Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bügel (1) zum Befestigen von Zaunfüllungen insbesondere Gittermatten (3) an eckigen Zaunpfosten (5), der kostengünstig hergestellt werden kann und der durch an den Bügel angeformte Widerlager (2) verhindert, dass sich die senkrechten Endstäbe der Gittermatten, die mit dem für die Befestigung notwendigem Druck beaufschlagt werden, verbiegen. Zaunanlagen werden häufig aus eckigen Profilrohrpfosten an denen Gittermatten befestigt werden hergestellt. Zum Befestigen der Gittermatten, werden unterschiedliche Systeme eingesetzt. Einige Systeme bestehen aus einem Distanzstück, das zwischen Pfosten und Gittermatte eingesetzt wird und einem Bügel der über die senkrechten Endstäbe der Gittermatten gestülpt mittels einer Schraube die Gittermatte gegen das Distanzstück und dieses wiederum gegen den Pfosten presst. Beim Einsatz dieser Systeme, werden die eingeklemmten senkrechten Endstäbe der Gittermatten zwar nicht verformt, die einzusetzenden Teile sind aber verhältnismäßig teuer und schwierig zu montieren, da beim Montagevorgang drei Teile in die richtige Position gebracht werden müssen. Bei anderen Systemen werden die waagerechten Stäbe der Gittermatten direkt gegen den Zaunpfosten gelegt und mit einem Bügel, der über die senkrechten Endstäbe der Gittermatten gestülpt wird, wiederum mittels einer Schraube die Gittermatten direkt gegen den Zaunpfosten presst. Diese Systeme sind zwar kostengünstiger weil kein Distanzstück eingesetzt wird, sie haben jedoch den Nachteil, dass sich die senkrechten Endstäbe der Gittermatten aufgrund des fehlenden Widerlagers, durch die über die Schraube und den Bügel aufgebrachte Kraft verformen.
