Abstract

Material is fed through an inlet (14), ground between grinding plates that rotate in a housing (5) and removed through an outlet (14). The shaft carrying the grinding plates rotates in a bearing supported from the rear of the housing (5). The bearing is surrounded by passages providing airflow from outside to cool it. Airflow is promoted by fan blades on the back of the grinding plates and by the conveying vacuum in the outlet (34). The airflow passages run partly in the radial and partly in the axial direction and can be housed in a separate bush. Some of the passage inlets can be closed by a cover to control the airflow. The cross-sectional area of the individual passages is preferably 20 to 21 cm 2>.

Claims (10)

1. Vorrichtung zum Zerkleinern von Aufgabegut mit einer innerhalb einer Wellenlagerung(19) drehbar gelagerten Antriebswelle (18), an der mittelbar innerhalb eines Gehäuses um die Antriebswelle (18) rotierende erste Zerkleinerungswerkzeuge (27) befestigt sind, die mit zweiten Zerkleinerungswerkzeugen (15) zusammenwirken, indem zwischen ersten und zweiten Zerkleinerungswerkzeugen (27, 15) eine Relativbewegung ausgeführt wird, wodurch sich eine konzentrische Zerkleinerungszone ergibt und wobei das Aufgabegut axial in das Gehäuse (5) eingeleitet und anschließend radial der Zerkleinerungszone zugeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wellenlagerung (19) zumindest im Übergangsbereich zum Gehäuse (5) ringförmig um die Drehachse (20) angeordnete Kanäle (31) aufweist, die zur Kühlung der Wellenlagerung (19) eine Luftströmung (32) von außerhalb des Gehäuses (5) in das Gehäuse (5) ermöglichen.1.
