Claims (1)

Scharnier, das im wesentlichen aus einem Oberteil (1) und einem Unterteil (2) besteht, die jeweils eine Hülse (11, 21) aufweisen, in die ein Verbindungsstift (3) gesteckt werden kann und an der jeweils ein Befestigungslappen (12, 22) geformt ist, die an dem Türrahmen und der dazugehörigen Tür befestigt werden können, wobei die Hülse (11) des Oberteiles (1) einen Hohlraum (111) aufweist, in dem eine Trennscheibe (1112) mit einem Loch (11121) vorgesehen ist, die eine Kammer (1111) zur Aufnahme eines oberen und unteren Lagers (7, 8) sowie einer Druckfeder (6) bildet, und die Hülse (21) des Unterteiles (2) auch einen Hohlraum (211) aufweist, in dem eine Trennscheibe (2111) vorgesehen ist, die ein Profilloch (2112) besitzt, und wobei in den beiden Hülsen (11, 21) der Verbindungsstift (3) aufgenommen ist, der am oberen Ende ein Gewinde (31), in das eine Mutter (5) gedreht werden kann, im unteren Bereich einen Abschnitt mit vergrößertem Durchmesser (32) und am unteren Ende ein Profilstück (33) mit einer Ringnut (331) aufweist, wodurch, wenn der Verbindungsstift (3) in die Hülse (21) gesteckt wird, das Profilstück (33) in das Profilloch (2112) passen und ein Sperring (4) in die Ringnut (331) gelegt werden kann, damit der Verbindungsstift (3) im Profilloch (2112) undrehbar gesperrt wird, wonach die Hülse (11) des Oberteiles (1) über den Verbindungsstift (3) geschoben wird und das untere Lager (8), die Druckfeder (6) und das obere Lager (7) nacheinander um den Verbindungsstift (3) in der Kammer (1111) aufgenommen werden, wonach die Mutter (5) in das Gewinde (31) des Verbindungsstiftes (3) gedreht wird, gegen die das obere Lager (7) abstützt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Hülse (11) des Oberteiles (1) auf der unteren Stirnseite eine schräge Ringfläche (112) aufweist, die durch eine Spiralfläche im Uhrzeigersinn und eine Spiralfläche gegen den Uhrzeigersinn gebildet ist, die spiegelbildlich miteinander verbunden sind, und dementsprechend die Hülse (21) des Unterteiles (2) auf der oberen Stirnseite eine komplementäre schräge Ringfläche (212) aufweist, und daß um die schräge Ringfläche (112) herum an der Hülse (11) eine V-förmige Positionierelement (113) mit einem Rastteil (1131) vorgesehen ist und dementsprechend um die schräge Ringfläche (212) herum an der Hülse (21) ein Positionierelement (213) mit den Rastnuten (2131, 2132) vorgesehen ist, wodurch, wenn die Tür geöffnet wird, das Oberteil (1) gedreht und angehoben wird, so daß die Druckfeder (6) zusammengepreßt wird, (da die Kammer (1111) für die Druckfeder (6) verkleinert wird), wobei das Rastteil des Positionierelementes (113) in die Rastnut (2132) einrasten kann und die Tür im geöffneten Zustand gehalten wird, und wenn die Tür geschlossen werden soll, muß der Benutzer nur die Tür leicht drücken, damit das Rastteil (1131) die Rastnut (2132) verläßt, wodurch das Oberteil (1) wegen des Gewichtes der Tür und der Rückstellkraft der Druckfeder (6) wieder in seine urpsrüngliche Lage zurückkehrt, so daß sich die Tür automatisch schließt.
