Claims (12)

1. Abdichtvorrichtung für das Formblasen von Flaschen, mit:
  • 1. einem Sitz (12) für einen Flaschenrohling, mit einem Sitzkörper (21) und einem Verbindungsbauteil (30), welches an dem Sitzkörper (21) zur Aufnahme eines Fla­ schenrohlings an dem Verbindungsbauteil (30) angeordnet ist, wobei ein erster An­ schlagabschnitt (26) an einem Außenumfang des Sitzkörpers (21) angeordnet ist; und
    • - einem Formaufbau (40) mit einem Paar von Formhälften (42), die zum Halten des Flaschenrohlings (50) dazwischen entgegengesetzt bewegbar sind, wobei jede Formhälfte (42) mit einem ersten Ausnehmungsabschnitt (44) und einem zweiten Anschlagabschnitt (48) ausgebildet ist, der von dem ersten Ausnehmungsabschnitt (44) um einen bestimmten Abstand beabstandet ist, wobei das Verbindungsbauteil (30) zwischen den Formhälften (42) angeordnet ist, die im Betrieb einander gegenü­ berliegend angeordnet sind, wobei ein Formraum zwischen den beiden ersten Aus­ nehmungsabschnitten (44) und dem Verbindungsbauteil (30) begrenzt ist zur Expan­ sion und zur Ausformung des Flaschenkörpers in dem Formraum, wobei in dem auf­ einander angeordneten Zustand der Formhälften vorbestimmte Abschnitte der ersten (26) und zweiten (48) Anschlagabschnitte aneinander zur Auflage gelangen, um zu verhindern, dass sich der Sitz (12) für den Flaschenrohling zur Außenseite des Formaufbaus (40) hin bewegt.

    • - einem zylindrischen Verbindungsbauteil (30) mit einem oberen Ende zur Auf­ nahme eines Flaschenrohlings (50) daran und einem unteren Ende, welches in der ringförmigen Wand (24) hin und her bewegbar eingesetzt ist, wobei ein zweite Schulter (32) an einer Außenfläche des unteren Endes des Verbindungsbauteils un­ terhalb des ersten Schulterabschnitts (25) ausgebildet ist und der Außendurchmesser des oberen Endes des Verbindungsbauteils (30) kleiner ist als der Außendurchmes­ ser seines unteren Endes.
