Abstract

A solid fuel stove with a high burn efficiency and low emission products has a large upper burn chamber with a central fire support grid and with feeds for burn air and with a rear extract vent. The fire support is raised above the floor of the chamber to provide a secondary air feed into the lower chamber which facilitates a secondary burn and which contains the ash tray. Burn air vents are spaced around the bottom of the upper burn chamber which is provided with a door to take large fuel blocks e.g. logs. The burn chamber is lined with fire bricks.

Claims (18)

1.
