Abstract

Housing (1) for essentially stick-shaped active ingredient mass (400), preferably for essentially stick-shaped cosmetics and/or care products (100), in particular for deodorants (200), comprising at least one lower housing part (2) with at least one base (3) and at least one wall (4), characterized in that at least one spacer device (5) with at least one spacer element (6) and at least one positioning element (7) for stick-shaped active substance mass (400) is arranged at least in sections in the lower housing part (2) and that at least one sleeve device (8) is provided, which at least partially encompasses the spacer device (5) and is arranged at least partially between the wall (4) of the lower housing part (2) and the spacer device (5), the sleeve device (8) being displaceable at least the lower housing part (2), the spacer device (5) and the sleeve device (8) being manufactured at least in sections and in particular completely from cardboard (9), paper (10) and/or the like.

Description

The present invention relates to a housing for an essentially stick-shaped mass of active substance, such as essentially stick-shaped cosmetics and/or care products, in particular for deodorants, comprising at least one lower housing part with at least one base and at least one wall. The present invention also relates to an active ingredient product such as a cosmetic and/or care product with such a housing.

Housings for stick-shaped products are known in a variety of configurations in the prior art. Such products usually have a rub-off consistency, so that an active substance contained in the stick-shaped product can be transferred to a surface.

Here z. B. pen-shaped products from the medical, cosmetic, or medically therapeutic area such. B. deodorant sticks and lipsticks are exemplified. But also in other areas, e.g. B. for technical applications, pen-shaped products are offered. For example, greases and greases in stick form are known.

However, conventional housings for known pin-shaped devices often have a complex design. Deodorant sticks have z. B. usually an adjustment mechanism to drive out the stick-shaped cosmetics from the housing for use. In such housings, the pins are often unscrewed. Such adjustment mechanisms are sometimes complex to construct and can only be implemented with difficulty, if at all, using sustainable materials such as paper or cardboard.

In the case of sustainable housings made of paper, for example, in some designs the deodorant stick is arranged in a cardboard tube, with this tube having a movable bottom. A user can then slide the base into the tube to push the pin up and out of the tube.

The disadvantage of such packaging, however, is that a user also comes into contact with the inside of the tube, to which residues of deodorant or cosmetics can adhere. In addition, the deodorant stick is relatively easy to unintentionally slide back into the tube during use.

It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide an alternative embodiment of a stick-shaped product which improves the aforementioned disadvantages and in particular can be manufactured using sustainable materials.

This object is achieved by a housing having the features of claim 1 and by an active substance product having the features of claim 26. Preferred developments are the subject matter of the dependent claims. Further advantages and features of the present invention result from the general description and the description of the exemplary embodiments.

The housing according to the invention is used to hold essentially stick-shaped active ingredient mass, preferably essentially stick-shaped cosmetics and/or care products, in particular deodorants, and comprises at least one lower housing part with at least one base and at least one wall. At least one spacer device with at least one spacer element and at least one positioning element for stick-shaped active substance masses such as stick-shaped cosmetics is arranged at least in sections in the lower housing part. Furthermore, at least one sleeve device is provided, which at least partially surrounds the spacer device and is arranged at least partially between the wall of the lower housing part and the spacer device. The sleeve device is provided in a displaceable or displaceable manner. Furthermore, at least the lower housing part, the spacer device and the sleeve device are made at least in sections and in particular completely from cardboard, paper and/or the like.

Manufactured is to be understood here in particular as meaning that the housing is manufactured at least partially and preferably entirely from paper, cardboard or other suitable materials such as fiber composites, cellulose or the like, or includes such materials. At least one coating is also preferably provided.

Paper or cardboard and/or the like is understood to mean in particular all types of cardboard and paper or products with similar or the same properties, in particular also recycled paper or recycled cardboard. In particular, this also includes paper and cardboard made from all fibers that can be used for this purpose.

Active ingredient mass is understood in particular as meaning a substantially solid mass which can be at least slightly rubbed off by a user. In terms of consistency, soapy and/or waxy active substance masses are particularly suitable here. An active substance is to be understood in particular not only as a pharmaceutical or medically active active substance, but or any substance or formulation that achieves a desired effect.

For example, the mass of active substances can be assigned to the medical sector, the cosmetic sector and/or the body care sector. The use of the housing for deodorant sticks, lipsticks (care, cosmetic and/or therapeutic), cosmetic pencils, insect sticks as a repellent to prevent insect bites and/or against itching after insect bites and/or for all medical or cosmetic or care products is exemplified here Substances that are offered in stick form are mentioned.

However, the housing according to the invention can also be used in the technical field. For example, grease and/or lubricants can be provided in the form of sticks in the housing according to the invention. The use for rubbing seals such as e.g. B. called the door seals of a car.

Even if the field of application for the housing according to the invention is very diverse, the advantages and further preferred configurations are explained below by way of example using a cosmetic product or using stick-shaped cosmetics as the active ingredient mass. However, the invention can of course be transferred to any other field of application and also offers the advantages described below there.

The sleeve device is in particular guided over the spacer device and can be displaced between the spacer device and the lower housing part. Displaceable is to be understood in particular as the sleeve device being displaceable in the longitudinal extent of the sleeve, i.e. in the axial direction of the sleeve, so that the sleeve can preferably be pushed at least in sections into the lower housing part and at least in sections can be pulled out of the lower housing part.

The sleeve device, the spacer device and/or the sleeve device are preferably provided at least in sections from tubes or tube-like structures.

Depending on the design, the base and the wall of the lower housing part can preferably be provided as separate components or can also be manufactured in one piece. All of the other components can preferably be provided separately, in assemblies or in one piece.

The housing according to the invention offers many advantages. The housing according to the invention provides a housing for essentially stick-shaped cosmetics such as deodorants, which does not require a complex adjustment mechanism for moving out the stick-shaped cosmetics.

For this purpose, the housing has at least one spacer element, so that the stick-shaped cosmetic can be arranged at a distance from the bottom of the housing or the lower housing part. The stick-shaped cosmetics, such as a deodorant, protrude from the lower housing part or even protrude completely outside of the lower housing part as a result of standing on the positioning element of the spacer device.

In order to protect the stick-shaped cosmetic, it is surrounded by the sleeve device or the cosmetic is arranged in the sleeve device. Due to the spacing of the stick-shaped cosmetics from the base of the lower housing part, the sleeve device can be pushed down for use of the stick-shaped cosmetics, so that the stick-shaped cosmetics are released at least in sections.

If the stick-shaped cosmetic is no longer used, a cover can simply be pushed on, for example, or the sleeve device can be shifted back so that the stick-shaped cosmetic is again covered by the sleeve device.

The stick-shaped cosmetic can be released in particular by a rotary slide effect, the sleeve device being pushed at least a little into the lower housing part, the sleeve device preferably being rotated at least slightly at the same time in order to facilitate the displacement of the sleeve device along the stick-shaped cosmetic.

By using paper or cardboard or comparable materials, a particularly sustainable packaging or a particularly sustainable housing can be provided. Compared to, for example, housings for deodorants that are otherwise produced in a sustainable manner, which comprise a sleeve with a movable base, the stick-shaped cosmetics cannot slip back into the housing on their own during use, since they are held in a fixed position by the spacer device. A user holds the lower case so that the stick-shaped cosmetic is prevented from being covered by the sleeve means during use.

In addition, a user does not come into contact with surfaces that are in contact with the cosmetic. With the well-known sustainable packaging with the sliding bottom, a user comes possibly in contact with the inside of the packaging, which may contain cosmetic residues.

The spacer element and the positioning element are preferably manufactured in one piece.

The positioning element can be designed in a one-piece configuration with the spacer element or even if it is provided as a separate part as a kind of collar or brim or beaded collar at an upper end or in the upper area of the spacer element. The collar should preferably be aligned inwards or outwards.

If the positioning element is designed as a collar or collar-like or as a flanged collar or brim, this can preferably be provided circumferentially.

Particularly preferably, at least the lower housing part and/or the sleeve device have a rounded cross section. A round or oval cross-section is particularly preferred here, although rectangular cross-sections can also be advantageously used depending on the configuration.

According to the invention, at least one sleeve device is provided. In expedient developments, however, a plurality of sleeve devices and in particular two sleeve devices can preferably also be provided. Alternatively, a sleeve device can also be designed preferably in several parts and in particular in two parts. Depending on the design, this can have manufacturing advantages. So e.g. B. two sleeve devices can be provided, which also define a closed filling space when the active ingredient mass is filled in. After hardening, a user can then remove the upper part of the sleeve device or the upper sleeve device when using it for the first time, so that the first area of the active substance mass is released for use. For this purpose, the sleeve devices can preferably be of different lengths. The section of the sleeve device to be removed before the first use or the upper sleeve device can then be provided, in particular, shorter than the lower section of the sleeve device or the lower sleeve device.

The sleeve device is preferably supported on the inside of the wall of the lower housing part. In particular, the sleeve device is dimensioned in such a way that the sleeve device bears against the lower housing part at least in sections.

In advantageous developments, the positioning element is arranged at least in sections outside the housing of the lower housing part. Depending on the configuration, it is particularly preferred that the positioning element is arranged in the upper third, in particular in the upper quarter, preferably at the very top in the lower housing part or even outside of the lower housing part. In this way it can be achieved that a large part or even all of the stick-shaped cosmetic is arranged outside the lower housing and can be released depending on the position of the sleeve device.

The height of the sleeve device preferably corresponds essentially to the height of the lower housing part. Depending on the configuration, it can also be provided that the sleeve device has a greater height than the lower housing part, so that the sleeve device cannot be pushed completely into the lower housing part. The complete pushing in of the sleeve device could, under certain circumstances, lead to the problem that the sleeve device can no longer be pushed back since the user might then no longer be able to grasp it.

The spacer element is particularly preferably attached to the bottom of the lower housing part. Depending on the configuration, the spacer element can also be attached to the wall of the lower housing part. In any embodiment, however, it is expedient if the sleeve device can be pushed far enough into the lower housing part so that a predetermined part of the stick-shaped cosmetic can be released by sliding down the sleeve device.

In expedient configurations, the positioning element is fastened to the spacer element and/or is manufactured in one piece with the spacer element. However, depending on the configuration, the positioning element can, for example, also rest freely on the spacer element.

Preferably, the spacer device is tubular, at least in sections, or is designed as a tube.

At least one free cross section is particularly preferably provided in the spacer device. In particular, the spacer device is hollow at least in sections. The spacer element is preferably of hollow design, with the spacer element then being expediently of tubular design.

In expedient developments, the positioning element is designed so that it can be flowed through at least in sections. Preferably, the free-flowing active ingredient mass can be placed through the Aufstellele ment to be filled into the filling space or into the sleeve device. The positioning element is preferably designed at least in sections as a net, grid and/or sieve. The configuration with webs, for example in the shape of a cross, is also preferred.

At least one opening is particularly preferably provided in the base of the lower housing part, which opening can be closed in particular with at least one closure device. Such a configuration is particularly advantageous if the base is already firmly connected to the wall of the lower housing part during filling. Then, in a preferred embodiment, the sleeve device can be filled from below through the opening in the base. For this purpose, for example, a filling piece or a hose is passed through the opening and through the free cross-section in the spacer element in the direction of the positioning element through which flow can take place. Then the active ingredient mass that has been rendered flowable can be filled into the sleeve device by the erecting element.

The sleeve device is preferably supported at least in sections on the outside of the spacer device. In this way, reliable guidance of the sleeve device can be achieved.

Particularly preferably, a gap is formed at least in sections between the outside of the spacer device and the inside of the wall of the lower housing part, in which gap the sleeve device is accommodated and guided. In this way, in particular, a circumferential gap or an annular gap is formed, in particular when round cross-sections of the individual components are used.

At least one fixing element is preferably provided on and/or on the positioning element. Such a fixing element can be made available, for example, by an adhesive layer which connects the stick-shaped cosmetic and the positioning element to one another. In this way it is achieved in particular that the sleeve device can also be pushed back upwards in order to cover the stick-shaped cosmetics. Depending on the configuration, however, such a fixing element can also be formed, for example, by an anchor element which protrudes from the surface of the positioning element. In particular, when the stick-shaped cosmetic is poured directly into the housing, the cosmetic that is still liquid can then enclose the anchor element, so that it is firmly connected thereto after hardening.

At least one safety device is preferably provided. Such a safety device serves in particular to ensure that the sleeve device, which is held in the lower housing part in a movable manner or can be pushed back and forth, cannot be completely pulled out of the lower housing part.

Such a securing device preferably comprises at least one collar or the like on the sleeve device and/or the spacer device and/or on the lower housing part. In this case, in particular, a type of collar is provided on the sleeve device and the spacer element.

At least one stop is preferably provided. Such a stop serves in particular to ensure that the sleeve device cannot be pushed completely into the housing. Such an application can be used particularly expediently if the sleeve device has the same height or a lower height than the lower housing part. Such a stop can be provided in particular in the lower housing part or on the lower housing part or on the spacer device.

At least one upper housing part is preferably provided. In this case, such an upper housing part preferably has at least one wall and, depending on the design, at least one upper cover element. In general, the upper case is designed as a lid so that the cosmetic stick can be covered when not in use. In particular, the upper and lower housing parts are coordinated with one another, so that when the cover is closed or attached or the upper housing part is attached, a housing that is continuous to the west or, depending on the design, a continuous tube is created.

The upper housing part can preferably be pushed onto the sleeve device. This ensures that the upper housing part is securely held in a specific position.

In advantageous developments, the upper housing part is rotatably provided on the sleeve device and/or the lower housing part.

At least one shaping device is preferably arranged in the upper housing part. Such a shaping device is used in particular to bring the upper end of the stick-shaped cosmetic back into a predetermined shape after use, so that the stick-shaped cosmetic is again optimally shaped when it is used again. The shaping device can be integrated as a separate component or in the upper housing part or the cover.

In expedient configurations, the shaping device is provided such that it can be removed from the upper housing part or the cover and/or is provided in a movable or displaceable manner in the upper housing part or cover. Thus, the shaping device can also be removed from the lid for use and/or slid inside the lid with the lid in place in order to be brought into contact with the tip of the stick-shaped cosmetic.

The shaping device particularly preferably comprises at least one support for the sleeve device. With such a configuration, it is particularly possible to shape the tip of the stick-shaped cosmetic 100 and/or to have a predetermined piece of the stick-shaped cosmetic protrude from the sleeve device. For this purpose, the shaping device is pushed onto the sleeve device until the shaping device abuts the tip of the stick-shaped cosmetic. The tip of the stick-shaped cosmetic can now be brought into a predetermined shape, for example by rotating the shaping device. Additionally or exclusively, by placing the shaping device with the support for the sleeve device, it can be achieved that a defined piece of the stick-shaped cosmetic protrudes from the sleeve device. The seat of the former meets the top rim of the sleeve assembly and pushes it into the lower housing until the former rests on the tip of the stick cosmetic. Thus, a defined piece of the stick-shaped cosmetic is released.

At least one surface of the shaping device and/or the upper housing part can preferably have special shapes in order to provide the surface of the tip of the stick-shaped cosmetic with a special optical and/or functional design. In particular, structures such as honeycombs, lines, a corrugated surface and/or similar structures can be produced via such formations.

In all configurations, a thread can preferably also be provided in order to release the stick-shaped cosmetic. In particular, an embodiment is preferred in which at least the sleeve device comprises a thread, in which case the sleeve device can then be turned up and down, preferably in interaction with a corresponding thread in the lower housing part and/or the spacer device. This provides an alternative to shifting the sleeve assembly.

The active ingredient product according to the invention, such as a cosmetic and/or care product, comprises at least one housing, as described above, and at least one essentially stick-shaped and rubbable active ingredient mass, such as essentially stick-shaped cosmetics, in particular a deodorant. In this case, in particular, the stick-shaped mass of active substance, such as a stick-shaped cosmetic or a care substance, can be released for use by moving the sleeve device. For this purpose, the sleeve device is preferably shifted downwards, at least in sections, into the lower housing part, so that the tip of the stick-shaped active substance mass is released for use.

The active ingredient product according to the invention also offers the advantages that have already been explained above for the housing according to the invention.

The method according to the application is suitable for filling a housing, as has been described above, with a mass of active substance. For this purpose, an essentially closed filling space is created by placing the upper housing part on the sleeve device and/or by inserting the sleeve device into a corresponding filling device. The flowable substance mass is filled through the spacer element and the positioning element. The active substance mass then hardens, as a result of which the stick-shaped active substance mass is present in the sleeve device.

In this case, the housing is filled in particular in such a way that the housing is arranged with the upper housing part or the cover of the housing at the bottom. In this way, the active substance mass that is capable of flowing or has been made flowable can flow into the sleeve device.

For filling, in particular a filling pipe, a hose and/or the like is preferably guided through an opening in the bottom of the lower housing part and further through the hollow spacer element up to the positioning element. The active ingredient mass that has been made flowable can then reach the filling space through the positioning element, which is designed so that it can be flowed through. For this purpose, the positioning element is designed in particular in the form of a lattice, a net and/or a sieve.

For filling, the upper housing part preferably provides a filling device which, together with the sleeve device, delimits the space to be filled. In particular, a shaping device can be provided in the lower housing part, which, when pouring in the free-flowing active substance mass, shapes the tip of the stick-shaped active substance mass or cosmetic later after curing during pouring.

The method according to the application also offers many advantages. A significant benefit is below inter alia, the particularly simple filling of the housing with a free-flowing active substance mass in order to provide the active substance product or cosmetic and/or care product or a deodorant according to the invention.

The flowable mass of active substance is achieved in particular by heating a mass of active substance which is solid or can be rubbed off at room temperature.

Preference is given to filling or pouring enough active substance into the sleeve device for the positioning element to be surrounded at least in sections by the active substance (400, 100). In particular, so much active substance mass is filled in that the positioning element through which flow can take place, for example a net, a sieve and/or a lattice, is at least partially in the active substance mass. After hardening, the stick-shaped substance mass is firmly connected to the positioning element.

If a collar-shaped riser is provided, particularly if this is integrally formed with a tubular spacer, overhead loading is from the bottom of the lower housing to fill the mass so that at least a certain portion of the spacer is filled with it. Then, after the mass has solidified or cooled down, the pin-shaped mass stands securely on the collar and the mass protrudes a little into the spacer element, as a result of which a secure hold is ensured.

Before filling, the closure device is preferably removed from the opening in the base of the lower housing part and/or after filling, the closure device is inserted into the opening in the base of the lower housing part. In this way, the opening can be released for filling and/or closed after filling.

The figures show exemplary embodiments of active substance products 400 according to the invention, which are described on the basis of the configuration as a cosmetic product 300 or a deodorant stick. This is a purely exemplary representation, which can equally be transferred to all other areas of application of the present invention.

In 1 a housing 1 according to the invention and an active ingredient product 400 according to the invention, here a cosmetic product 300, are shown purely schematically in three views. The top view shows that the housing 1 according to the invention has a lower housing part 2 and an upper housing part 20 , with the upper housing part 20 being formed on the cover 22 here. When the cover 22 is in place, the housing 1 in the exemplary embodiment shown is of tubular design and has an approximately round cross-section here.

The housing 1 for the cosmetic product 300 according to the invention is made entirely of paper 9 or cardboard 10 in the exemplary embodiment shown here. Depending on the design, the housing 1 can also be made from other materials such as plastic. Due to the sustainability, however, the use of paper or cardboard is preferred.

The middle view shows that the upper housing part 20 or the cover 22 has been removed or pulled off upwards. It can now be seen that the cosmetic product 300 essentially comprises a stick-shaped substance mass 400 or cosmetics 100 or care substances 100 or here deodorant 200, which is still covered by the sleeve device 8 in the middle view. This sleeve device 8 is accommodated in the lower housing part 2 in a movable or displaceable or displaceable manner.

The bottom view shows that by pushing down the sleeve device 8 the stick-shaped active substance mass 400 or cosmetics 100 or here the deodorant 200 can be partially released in order to use the cosmetics product 300 .

A user holds the lower case 2 for use. By means of a sliding movement and/or a rotary sliding movement, he can push the sleeve device 8 or the tube 8 down into the lower housing part 2 far enough for a sufficient piece of the cosmetic 100 to be released.

Since a user holds the lower case 2 during use, the sleeve assembly 8 cannot slide back over the cosmetic 100 even during use, thereby preventing the sleeve 8 from accidentally slipping off.

In 2 is shown once again that the sleeve device 8 covers the cosmetics 100 or here the deodorant 200 when it is pushed up. For use, the sleeve device 8 can be shifted into the lower housing part 2 or pushed down along the substance mass 400 or the cosmetic 100 so that a piece of the cosmetic 100 is released for use.

In 3 an exemplary embodiment of a cosmetic product 300 according to the invention is shown in a sectional view from the side. Included In the exemplary embodiment shown here, the cosmetic product 300 comprises a housing 1 according to the invention and stick-shaped cosmetics 100, which is deodorant 200 in the exemplary embodiment shown here.

In the exemplary embodiment shown here, the housing 1 according to the invention comprises a lower housing part 2 and an upper housing part 20 , with the upper housing part 20 being designed as a cover 22 . A shaping device 21 is arranged in the upper housing part 20 here, which can reshape the tip of the stick-shaped cosmetic 100 after use.

The lower housing part 2 comprises a base 3 and a wall 4 which provide a receiving space for a spacer device 5 . The spacer device 5 comprises a spacer element 6 and a positioning element 7 . The stick-shaped active substance mass 400 or cosmetics 100 or the deodorant 200 can stand up on this positioning element 7 .

In the exemplary embodiment shown, the positioning element 7 rests loosely on the spacer element 6 and is held here by the sleeve device 8 .

In the exemplary embodiment shown here, the entire housing 1 or all components of the housing 1 are made of paper 9 or cardboard 10 . A sustainable housing 1 for cosmetics is thus made available, which can be used advantageously in particular in the field of organic cosmetics.

In the exemplary embodiment shown, the spacer element 6 of the spacer device 5 is tubular, with a gap 15 being formed between the spacer element 6 and the wall 4 of the lower housing part 2, in which the tube device 8 is slidably accommodated. The tube device 8 is arranged between the wall 4 and the spacer device 5 .

In the exemplary embodiment shown, the height 12 of the sleeve device 8 essentially corresponds to the height 13 of the lower housing part 2. In this way as much stick-shaped cosmetics 100 as possible can be provided or covered by the sleeve device 8 and also exposed.

In the 4 and 5 the previously shown exemplary embodiment of a cosmetic product 300 according to the invention with a housing 1 according to the invention is shown purely schematically with the upper housing part 20 removed.

In comparison of 4 and 5 it can be seen that the sleeve device 8 can be shifted or pushed into the lower housing part 2 in order to use the active substance mass 400 or the cosmetics 100 or here the deodorant 200 .

Since, as already stated, a gap 15 is formed between the outside 14 of the spacer element 6 and the inside 11 of the wall 4 of the lower housing part 2, in which the sleeve device 8 is guided, the sleeve device can be moved up and down in the exemplary embodiment shown. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the sleeve device 8 is supported on the inside 11 of the wall 4 of the lower housing part 2 . Depending on the configuration, a support can also be provided on the outside 14 of the spacer device 5 or the spacer element 6, as shown here.

In the 6 until 8th further exemplary embodiments of active ingredient products or cosmetic products 300 according to the invention or of housings 1 according to the invention are shown. The basic structure essentially corresponds to the previously shown embodiment.

In 6 it is shown that the positioning element 7 can be held or enclosed laterally by the spacer element 6 . In addition, 6 shown that a fastening element 23 can be provided in order to fasten the spacer device 5 to the bottom 3 of the lower housing part 2 .

In 7 another exemplary embodiment is shown, in which the spacer device 5 is manufactured in one piece. In such a configuration, the spacer element 6 also provides the positioning element 7 for the stick-shaped active substance mass 400 or cosmetics 100 .

In 8th shows that the positioning element 7 of the spacer device 5 can also be arranged outside of the lower housing part 2 . The spacer element 6 is relatively narrow in the exemplary embodiment shown here, so that a relatively wide gap 15 is formed.

The positioning element 7 is placed on the spacer element 6 here, with the positioning element 7 being held by the sleeve device 8 .

With such an embodiment, a particularly large part of the active substance mass 400 or the cosmetics 100 is made available to the user, since all of the cosmetics are arranged outside of the lower housing part 2 .

In 9 a further exemplary embodiment of a cosmetic product 300 according to the invention or a housing 1 according to the invention is shown, the basic structure again corresponding to the previously described embodiments. Here, too, a lower housing part 2 is provided, into which a sleeve device 8 can be pushed in order to release stick-shaped active substance mass 400 or cosmetics 100 or deodorant 200 .

The exemplary embodiment shown here shows that a fixing element 16 can be provided in order to connect the stick-shaped cosmetic 100 to the positioning element 7 of the spacer device 5 . In the exemplary embodiment shown, the fixing element 16 is designed as an adhesive layer 24 . In this way it can be achieved in particular that the sleeve device 8 can also be pushed back into a position covering the cosmetic 100 without removing the cosmetic 100 from the positioning element 7 .

In 10 11 is again an exemplary embodiment of a cosmetic product 300 according to the invention or of a housing 1 according to the invention, shown purely schematically in a lateral sectional view, with an anchor element 25 being provided here as the fixing element 16 . Such an anchor element 25 is particularly useful when the cosmetic stick 100 is poured directly into the housing 1 . The cosmetics 100 that are still liquid during pouring can thus enclose the anchor element 25 , after the cosmetics 100 have hardened, the stick-shaped active substance mass 400 or cosmetics 100 is held in a related manner on the positioning element 7 by the anchor element 25 .

In 11 It is shown that a stop 11 can also be provided in the lower housing part 2 in order to prevent the sleeve device 8 from being able to be pushed completely into the lower housing part 2 . This could result in a user no longer being able to pull the sleeve device 8 out of the lower housing part 2 .

Such a configuration is particularly advantageous when the sleeve device 8 has the same or a lower height 12 than the lower housing part 2 .

In 11 is also shown purely schematically that a securing device 17 can be provided which prevents the sleeve device 8 from being able to be completely removed from the lower housing part 2 .

Such a safety device 17 can also be advantageously combined with any of the previously shown embodiments.

In the exemplary embodiment shown, it is provided that the securing device 17 has a collar 18 on the sleeve device 8 and the spacer element 6 . When the sleeve device 8 is pulled out, the two collars 18 of the sleeve device 8 and the spacer element 6 interact, so that the sleeve 8 is prevented from being pulled out any further.

In 12 is a modification of the in 11 illustrated embodiment shown in a schematic sectional view.

It is shown here that the shaping device can also be loose or removable in the upper housing part 20 or the cover 22 . However, it can also be made in one piece with the cover 22 or made available by it. Depending on the design, a user can reshape the tip of the stick-shaped active substance mass 400 or cosmetic 100 particularly well and in a controlled manner by means of a removable shaping device.

In 12 is further shown that the molding device 21 comprises at least one support 26 for the sleeve device 8 . With such an embodiment, it is possible in particular to shape the tip of the stick-shaped cosmetic 100 and/or also to let a predetermined piece of the stick-shaped cosmetic 100 protrude from the sleeve device 8 .

For this purpose, the shaping device 21 is pushed onto the sleeve device 8 until the shaping device 21 abuts the tip of the stick-shaped cosmetic 100 . In the exemplary embodiment shown here, this is achieved in that the shaping device is pushed from the outside, for example through an opening in the top of the lid or through a movable lid section with the upper housing part 20 in place, in the direction of the tip of the stick-shaped active substance mass 400 or cosmetic 100. The tip of the stick-shaped cosmetic can now be brought into a predetermined shape, for example by rotating the shaping device.

In addition, the forming device 21 can be slid onto the sleeve device 8 until the support 26 reaches the upper edge of the sleeve device 8 . The shaping device 21 can now be pushed further down, as a result of which the sleeve device 8 is pushed further into the lower housing part 2 .

In this way, a defined release of stick-shaped active ingredient mass 400 or cosmetic 100 can be ensured, since the shaping device can only be pushed so far over the sleeve device 8 until the former 21 hits the tip of the stick-shaped cosmetic.

The surface of the shaping device 21 which comes into contact with the stick-shaped cosmetic 100 can, depending on the design, have shapes that are not shown in detail in the figures, in order to provide the surface of the tip of the stick-shaped cosmetic 100 with a special optical and/or functional design. In particular, structures such as honeycombs, lines, a corrugated surface and/or similar structures can be produced at the tip of the stick-shaped cosmetic via such formations. Depending on the configuration, the formations can also be provided on another surface of the molding device 21 and/or on a surface of the upper housing part 20 .

In 13 is a modification of the embodiment according to FIG 12 shown. Here, in particular, use of the shaping device 21 after removal from the upper housing part 20 or from the cover 22 is provided. For this purpose, lateral wall sections which enclose the sleeve device 8 are provided on the shaping device adjoining the support 26 .

In the 14 until 15 a possible way of filling a housing 1 according to the invention is shown purely schematically. In the method according to the invention for filling a housing 1 , active substance mass 400 made flowable is filled through the lower housing part 2 via a filling piece 500 or a hose 500 .

For this purpose, in the exemplary embodiment shown here, the sleeve device 8 is pulled out completely and the upper housing part 20 or the cover 22 is placed on the sleeve device 8 . A closed filling space 27 is provided here, which is provided here by the sleeve device 8 and the upper housing part 20 . Here, the upper housing part together with the shaping device 21 provides a filling device 28 .

In the exemplary embodiment shown, the housing 1 stands on the cover 22 for filling. In the base 3 of the lower housing part 2 there is an opening 29 which can be covered or closed by means of a closure device 31 .

The spacer device 5 or here the spacer element 6 has a free flow cross section or cross section 31 here, for which purpose the spacer element 6 is configured in a tubular manner here.

The free-flowing cross-section 31 can be used to fill the housing 1 with a flowable substance mass 400 or cosmetics 100 or deodorant 200 . For this purpose, in the exemplary embodiment shown, a filler piece 500 is guided through the opening 29 into the spacer element 6 or into the free flow cross section.

The positioning element 7 is designed here as a lattice 32 and can therefore be flowed through by the free-flowing substance mass. In this way, the flowable substance mass 400 reaches the filling space 27.

The free-flowing substance mass 400 can be filled into the sleeve device up to a predetermined level. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the tip of the active ingredient mass 400 , which is solid or stick-shaped after hardening, is shaped directly by the shaping device 21 in the upper housing part 20 .

In the exemplary embodiment shown here, the amount of active substance 400 is filled into the sleeve device 8 until the positioning element 7 or here the grid 32 is at least partially cast in as well. After the active substance mass 400 has hardened, a relatively firm connection is thus created between the positioning element 7 and the stick-shaped active substance mass 400.

The closure device 30 can cover the opening 29 after filling. After curing, the housing 1 can be inverted and placed on the lower housing part 2.

In the 17 until 19 is shown purely schematically that the sleeve device 8 can also be made in several parts or that several sleeve devices 8, here two sleeve devices 8, can be provided.

In 17 is the filling of active ingredient mass 400 through an opening in the bottom of the lower housing part 2 by means of a filler piece 500 similar to the embodiment in FIG 15 shown.

It can be seen that the sleeve device 8 is provided here by two separate tubes, with the shorter sleeve device 8 having a connection to the cover 22 or the upper housing part 20, so that a closed filling mold or a closed and straight filling space is created.

In 19 the housing is shown purely schematically in the orientation intended for use after the filling and the curing of the active ingredient mass 400 .

19 shows purely schematically that a user before using the cover 22 and removing the upper sleeve means 8 from the stick-shaped mass of beneficial agent 400, thereby releasing the first piece of product. Now a user can use the drug bulk. The removed sleeve assembly can be discarded. After use, the cover 22 is replaced.

If the released mass of active ingredient 400 is no longer sufficient, a user can push down or turn down the other sleeve device 8, as already described in relation to the other exemplary embodiments, in order to release more product. By pushing up or turning up the sleeve device 8, the substance mass is covered again.

In 20 an alternative configuration of a positioning element 7 is shown purely schematically. Here, the positioning element 7 is not closed or designed in the manner of a grid, but rather has webs arranged in the shape of a cross in order to enable the active substance mass 400 to flow through it during filling.

It is pointed out that individual features of the exemplary embodiments shown can be arbitrarily exchanged between the exemplary embodiments or transferred to other exemplary embodiments.

In 21 a further exemplary embodiment of a cosmetic product 300 according to the invention with a housing 1 according to the invention is shown purely schematically with the upper housing part 20 removed, which basically has the same basic structure as the exemplary embodiments described above. Features or designs that are not shown can be adopted as desired from the exemplary embodiments described above.

In contrast to the exemplary embodiments described above, the positioning device 7 of the spacer device 5 is designed as a collar 33 here, which is provided here as a flanged collar and is designed in one piece with the spacer element 6 of the spacer device 5 . For this purpose, the spacer element 6 , which is provided here in the form of a tube, is bent outwards or provided in the upper area 34 . Depending on the configuration, the collar 33 or the flared collar can also be bent or provided inwards.

Depending on the configuration, the collar 33 can also be provided as a separate component, with the collar 33 then being provided in the upper region 34 of the spacer element 6 or resting on it or being connected to it in some other way.

The sleeve device 8 is also provided here so that it can be displaced between the outer wall 4 and the spacer device 5 , the sleeve device being supported here only against the outer wall 4 and the positioning device 7 or the collar 33 .

In the exemplary embodiment shown here, the liquid substance mass 400 has been filled from the bottom into the closed housing 1, which is standing upside down. In this case, so much substance 400 has been filled into the housing that the hardened substance substance stands up on the positioning device 7 or on the collar 33 and that the substance substance protrudes into the tubular spacer element 6 . This ensures sufficient stability of the mass 400 and a secure hold in the housing 1 .

In 22 is the embodiment according to 21 shown purely schematically without the active substance mass 400 . So only the housing 12 according to the invention is shown.

Housing (1) for essentially stick-shaped active ingredient mass (400), preferably for essentially stick-shaped cosmetics and/or care products (100), in particular for deodorants (200), comprising at least one lower housing part (2) with at least one base (3) and at least one wall (4), characterized in that at least one spacer device (5) with at least one spacer element (6) and at least one positioning element (7) for stick-shaped active substance mass (400) is arranged at least in sections in the lower housing part (2) and that at least one sleeve device (8) is provided, which at least partially encompasses the spacer device (5) and is arranged at least partially between the wall (4) of the lower housing part (2) and the spacer device (5), the sleeve device (8) being displaceable at least the lower housing part (2), the spacer device (5) and the sleeve device (8) being manufactured at least in sections and in particular completely from cardboard (9), paper (10) and/or the like. Housing (1) according to the preceding claim, wherein the spacer element (6) and the positioning element (7) are manufactured in one piece. Housing (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the positioning element (7) is designed as a collar (33) at an upper end (34) of the spacer element.
