Abstract

Description

The invention relates to a pocket-like device for receiving objects which are olfactory in the surroundings, with a front and a rear part and a closable opening.

Such devices are basically not known from the prior art.

However, disposable gloves are generally known which, for example, are used in large numbers daily, especially when filling up with diesel fuel, and are disposed of after a single use. This not only generates large amounts of waste, but is also considered disadvantageous for environmental reasons. The high energy consumption for the production of these disposable gloves should be mentioned in particular.

It is also known in principle that motorists deposit a tank glove in their trunk that is only used for the purpose of refueling a motor vehicle. Although this reduces the amount of waste, it often leads to a certain odor nuisance at least in the trunk or in the vehicle as a whole.

Against this background, the object of the invention is to create a new pocket-like device for accommodating objects that are olfactory in the environment, by which odor nuisance is prevented on the one hand and which is to be regarded as advantageous in terms of environmental protection on the other.

The pocket-like device according to the invention has the significant advantage that the amount of waste is significantly reduced by using a reusable tank glove instead of a disposable glove and storing it in the car in such a way that it does not cause any unpleasant odors to the environment.

The pocket-like device according to the invention represents a simple and very effective and permanently usable option for storing a glove wetted with diesel fuel.

In principle, it would of course also be conceivable that other products that have a strong smell can also be stored in the pocket-like device according to the invention.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the front and back parts of the pocket-like device each have a flat filter element, which are arranged in correspondingly shaped receiving pockets within the front and back parts. By means of these advantageously flat filter elements, almost complete shielding of the tank glove is achieved.

Furthermore, an embodiment in which the filter element is designed as an activated carbon filter mat is particularly advantageous. As a result, the odor is permanently absorbed, the costs of the activated carbon filter mats being relatively low.
