Abstract
Humus - Heating for the production of humus soil and energy production by the heat of rotting for the use of heating (wall surface heating, baseboard heating) and hot water. characterized in that the heat exchangers (PE, Aluverbundrohr, or copper pipe) are arranged vertically in the body for the biomass.
Description
This description is the technical development of the biomeiler / compost heater. This uses the heat of rotting of the aerobic and anaerobic composting to a) use the heat and b) to obtain the resulting material refinement = from the wood chippings to the humus soil.
Angemeldet wird die technische Weiterentwicklung:The technical development is registered:
For this purpose, some significant changes have been made:
- 1. The heat exchangers (embedded in the biomass PE, metal composite, or copper pipes) are now instead of horizontally (as in biomass / compost heating) arranged vertically in the biomass and covered with a metal layer (egWelding plate). The aim of this step is the areal heat absorption and laterally better slumping (run through) of the biomass. These heat exchangers do not sink with, as in biomeil / compost heating, but are permanently installed pipe walls. Depending on the performance, the heat exchanger on the outer sides and
1-3 Heat exchanger - intermediate pipe walls included. These are connected in series. Thus, there is an inlet (cold = 10 ° C) and a drain (warm = 60 ° C) which are connected to the buffer tank, or heat exchanger in the house. This water-bearing heat exchanger is driven by a circulation pump. This belongs to the installation in the house. - 2. The biomass is not temporarily stored as in the biomeiler, but passes through the humus heating from top to bottom. In this way, the transformation of wood chaff into humus soil is created. The principle is similar to a Humustoilette - top is raw material (wood chaff + manure) filled and skimmed through the extraction doors below the humus heating of the finished humus soil. This continuous process can be carried out permanently without dismantling the biomeiler. At intervals (about all
3-4 Months), top up into the body of the humus heating new Holzhäcksel - stable dung - refilling. In the form of how the biomass decomposes, the wood chop compacts and sags altogether. At intervals of6 -9 Months, the humus mass can be taken down and immediately used for soil cultivation. It is similar to a constant humus production. - 3. As a solid attachment / construction to a house exterior wall, or as a freestanding body. On the north wall (usually no windows) of a house, the humus heating similar to a "carport, or module" can be affiliated. The dimensions (outer edges) are max. 2 m to easily remove the humus bottom below. The height should be because of the permanent refill (all
3-4 Months) not 3.5 m. exceed. The length can be unlimited and continue around the house. It is an absolutely technology-free construct, ie no technical maintenance is necessary. The outer walls are provided with 10 cm - 50 cm insulation (eg straw bales, hemp, jute, etc.) to keep the humus heating suitable for winter use. The insides of the outer walls are lined with heat exchangers and tinplate. The outer cladding is a larch wood wedge bung cladding. There is no roof and the top layer of Holzhäcksel can be used as a high terrace, for planting in pots (urban garden) or similar. be used. The top of the roof is finished with an obliquely inward (approx. 6 ° inclination) formwork board and EPDM foil, each with a projection of 10 cm. A foundation is only necessary in a limited way for the walls of the humus heating, since there are no load-bearing loads (eg roof). The walls are a frame wood construction with 50 cm - 60 cm wide compartments for straw bales, or similar. and stand on a 20 cm - 30 cm high stone base strip (poroton, calcareous sandstone or similar), or Schraubfundament. The approximately 20 ° to the rear rising floor in the body consists of laminated wood panels and is designed with a sealing EPDM film to prevent leakage of leachate. This is collected in a catch basin below the humus heating and supplied by means of submersible pump + float switch back up the humus heating.
