Description

The invention relates to a parcel box, which is suitable inter alia for the delivery, collection, storage or acceptance of shipping packages.

Parcel boxes are particularly suitable as an additional acceptance device for parcels in addition to the usual mailbox in the household or commercial environment.

In times of the Internet trade more goods are sent as packages. The packets are often delivered to the addressee at a time during which the addressee can not personally accept the packet. Likewise, it may be advantageous to deliver a package similar to a letter at a particular location, without having to be personally taken. Household usual mailboxes are usually too small for receiving parcels.

Various parcel delivery boxes are available on the market that are not optimal for the owner, the addressee and / or the deliverer.
