Abstract
Langzeit-transparente kosmetische Zubereitung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Kombination aus mindestens einem Polyglycerinester, mindestens einem Alkylenglykol und mindestens einem vicinalen Alkandiol enthält.
Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft langzeit-transparente kosmetische Zubereitungen, die eine Kombination aus mindestens einem Polyglycerinester, mindestens einem Alkylenglykol und mindestens einem vicinalen Alkandiol enthalten.
- Transparente kosmetische Zubereitungen, die beispielsweise in Glasampullen verkauft werden sollen, müssen langzeit-transparent bleiben. Solche Zubereitungen stellen oft Lösungen dar, die niedrig viskos sind (< 500 mPas). Oft werden aber pflanzliche Extrakte oder Sensorikverbesserer eingesetzt, die zwar am Anfang transparent einsetzbar sind, nach einigen Tagen oder erst Wochen dann aber doch langsam ausflocken.
- Die meisten im Markt befindlichen kosmetischen Zubereitungen enthalten ethoxylierte (= Ethylenglycol-haltige und/oder Polyethylenglycol-haltige, PEG-haltige) Verbindungen, insbesondere als Tenside, bspw. Natriumlaurylethersulfat, und ggf. propoxylierte (= Polypropylenglycolhaltige, PPG-haltige) Verbindungen, die, allgemein bekannt, zu belastbaren, stabilen Emulsionszubereitungen führen. Auch für Nichttensidbestandteile von kosmetischen Reinigungsmitteln, wie Verdicker werden häufig ethoxylierte Verbindungen, zum Beispiel PEG-Ester, eingesetzt, beispielsweise als Lösungsmittel. Auch PEG selbst kann Bestandteil von kosmetischen Mitteln sein.
- Die Verwendung von Polyethylenglykolen und/oder Polyethylenglykolderivaten und deren Abkömmlingen werden in der Öffentlichkeit jedoch kontrovers diskutiert, da sie im Verdacht stehen nach topischer Applikation die Haut durchlässiger für Fremdkörper wie z. B. Schadstoffe zu machen. Weiterhin können unter Einwirkung von Sonnenstrahlung die photoinstabilen Polyethylenglykolhaltigen(PEG)-Emulgatoren zersetzt werden und unschöne Hautreaktionen auslösen.
- Aus den genannten Gründen werden vom Verbraucher zunehmend kosmetische Formulierungen gesucht, die frei von dieser Substanzklasse sind.
- Überraschenderweise wurde gefunden, daß sich mittels einer Kombination aus Polyglycerinester, Alkylenglykol und vicinalem Alkandiol langzeit-transparente, PEG-freie kosmetische Zubereitungen erhalten lassen.
- Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist daher eine langzeit-transparente kosmetische Zubereitung, die eine Kombination aus mindestens einem Polyglycerinester, mindestens einem Alkylenglykol und mindestens einem vicinalen Alkandiol enthält.
- Vorteilhafterweise ist die erfindungsgemäße Zubereitung, trotz Abwesenheit von ethoxylierten und propoxylierten Verbindungen, langzeit-transparent, stabil und kompatibel mit üblichen kosmetischen Inhaltsstoffen. Insbesondere kommt es auch nach längerer Aufbewahrungszeit nicht zu Ausflockungen von in der Rezeptur enthaltenen Pflanzenextrakten oder Sensorikmodifizierern.
- Die Formulierung „langzeit-transparent“ bedeutet im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung, daß sich die Transparenz der entsprechenden Zubereitung auch bei längerer, insbesondere mehrmonatiger Lagerung im Temperaturbereich zwischen Raumtemperatur und 40°C nur unwesentlich oder gar nicht verringert.
- Vorzugsweise enthält die erfindungsgemäße langzeit-transparente Zubereitung einen oder mehrere Polyglycerinester, die ausgewählt sind unter Estern der Capronsäure, Caprylsäure, 2-Ethylhexansäure, Caprinsäure, Laurinsäure, Isotridecansäure, Myristinsäure, Palmitinsäure, Palmoleinsäure, Stearinsäure, Isostearinsäure, Ölsäure, Elaidinsäure, Petroselinsäure, Linolsäure, Linolensäure, Elaeostearinsäure, Arachinsäure, Gadoleinsäure, Behensäure und Erucasäure. Erfindungsgemäß geeignete Polyglycerinester sind beispielsweise Polyglyceryl-2 Dipolyhydroxystearate (Dehymuls® PGPH), Polyglycerin-3-Diisostearate (Lameform® TGI), Polyglyceryl-4 Isostearate (Isolan® GI 34), Polyglyceryl-3 Oleate, Diisostearoyl Polyglyceryl-3 Diisostearate (Isolan® PDI), Polyglyceryl-3 Methylglucose Distearate (Tego Care® 450), Polyglyceryl-3 Beeswax (Cera Bellina®), Polyglyceryl-4 Caprate (Polyglycerol Caprate T2010/90), Polyglyceryl-3 Cetyl Ether (Chimexane® NL), Polyglyceryl-3 Distearate (Cremophor® GS 32) und Polyglyceryl Polyricinoleate (Admul® WOL 1403), Polyglyceryl Dimerate Isostearate sowie deren Gemische. Besonders bevorzugt sind Polyglycerinester mit 6 bis 10 Einheiten. Ein ganz besonders bevorzugter Polyglycerinester ist Polyglyceryl-10 Laurat.
- Bevorzugtermaßen enthält die erfindungsgemäße langzeit-transparente Zubereitung mindestens 3 Gew.-% Polyglycerinester, insbesondere 3 Gew.-% bis 20 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 6 Gew.-% bis 12 Gew.-% Polyglycerinester.
- Vorzugsweise enthält die erfindungsgemäße langzeit-transparente Zubereitung ein oder mehrere Alkylenglycole, wie beispielsweise Ethylenglycol, Diethylenglycol, Propylenglycol, Butylenglycol, Hexylenglycol, insbesondere Butylenglycol.
- Bevorzugtermaßen enthält die erfindungsgemäße langzeit-transparente Zubereitung mindestens 4 Gew.-% Alkylenglykol, insbesondere 4 Gew.-% bis 12 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 4 Gew.-% bis 8 Gew.-% Alkylenglykol.
- Vorzugsweise enthält die erfindungsgemäße langzeit-transparente Zubereitung ein oder mehrere vicinale Alkandiole, insbesondere aus der Gruppe 1,2-Pentandiol, 1,2-Hexandiol, 1,2-Heptandiol, 1,2-Octandiol, 1,2-Nonandiol, 1,2-Decandiiol und Methylpropandiol, besonders bevorzugt Methylpropandiol.
- Bevorzugtermaßen enthält die erfindungsgemäße langzeit-transparente Zubereitung mindestens 5 Gew.-% vicinales Alkandiol, insbesondere 5 Gew.-% bis 10 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 5 Gew.-% bis 7 Gew.-% vicinales Alkandiol.
- Die erfindungsgemäße langzeit-transparente Zubereitung ist vorzugsweise niedrig viskos. Die Viskosität liegt insbesondere unter 500 mPas.
- Die erfindungsgemäße langzeit-transparente Zubereitung enthält vorzugsweise mindestens einen Pflanzenextrakt und/oder ein pflanzliches Polymer sowie bevorzugtermaßen mindestens einen Parfuminhaltsstoff.
- Vorzugsweise beträgt der Parfümstoffgehalt der Zubereitung nach der Zugabe der Parfümstoffe 0,3 Gew.-% bis 3 Gew.-%, insbesondere 0,5 Gew.-% bis 1,5 Gew.-%.
- Überraschenderweise bildet die erfindungsgemäße langzeit-transparente Zubereitung nach dem Aufbringen auf die Haut einen Polymerfilm aus, der einen spürbaren Straffungseffekt bewirkt. Dies ist besonders unerwartet, da die erfindungsgemäß eingesetzten Inhaltsstoffe der Zubereitung nicht als Filmbildner bekannt sind.
- Die erfindungsgemäße langzeit-transparente Zubereitung kann außerdem weitere polymere Filmbildner mit Hautstraffungseffekt enthalten, wie sie beispielsweise in der
DE102009009758A1 beschrieben werden, auf die hiermit in vollem Umfang Bezug genommen wird. Grundlage des Straffungseffektes durch Polymere ist die Tatsache, dass sich Polymerfilme bei der Bildung aus einer Lösung häufig leicht zusammenziehen. Bei einer entsprechenden Haftung auf der Haut ist dabei eine Straffung zu spüren. Besonders bevorzugt ist die Kombination kationischer bzw. kationogener Monomere mit anionischen polymeren Verdickern. - Als kationische und/oder kationogene filmbildende Polymere sind Polymere auf Basis von Acryl- oder Methacrylsäureestern bevorzugt, wobei die Acryl- oder Methacrylsäureester mit einer Aminogruppe subsituiert sind, welche gegebenenfalls alkyliert (quaternisiert) ist. Als vorteilhafte Beispiele seien Dimethylaminoethylmethacrylat und Dimethylaminopropylmethacrylamid sowie deren methylierte oder ethylierte Analoga erwähnt. Bevorzugt eingesetzte polymeren Filmbildner dieser Art sind Vinylcaprolactam/VP/Dimethylaminoethylmethacrylate Copolymer (CAS: 2-Propenoic acid, 2-methyl-, 2-(dimethylamino)ethyl ester, polymer with 1-ethenylhexahydro-2H-azepin-2-one and vinylpyrrolidone), z. B. Advantage® Typen von ISP, Polyquaternium-11, z. B. Gafquat® Typen von ISP oder Luviquat® PQ 11 PN von BASF, Polyquaternium-89, z. B. Ultrahold Flex® von BASF, Polyacrylate-21 (and) Acrylates/Dimethylaminoethyl Methacrylate Copolymer z. B. Syntran® PC5100 von Interpolymer, VP/Vinylcaprolactam/DMAPA Acrylates Copolymer z. B. Aquaflex® SF-40 von ISP, Polyquaternium-28 z. B. Gafquat® HS-100 von ISP, Polyquaternium-47, z. B. Merquat® 2001 von Nalco, Polyquaternium-55 z. B. Styleze® W-20 von ISP, Polyquaternium-69 z. B. Aquastyle® 300 von ISP oder VP/DMAPA Acrylates Copolymer (Copolymer vinylpyrrolidone and dimethylaminopropyl methacrylamide) z. B. Styleze® CC-10 von ISP. Ebenfalls geeignet sind Polymere enthaltend Vinylimidazol bzw. das alkylierte (quaternisierte) Analogon. Hier sind z. B. VP/Methacrylamide/Vinyl Imidazole Copolymer z. B. Luviset® Clear von BASF, Polyquaternium-16 z. B. Luviquat® Typen von BASF, Polyquaternium-46 z. B. Luviquat® Hold von BASF oder Polyquaternium-68 z. B. Luviquat® Supreme von BASF als bevorzugte polymere Filmbildner zu nennen. Ebenfalls geeignet sind Polymere enthaltend Diallyldimethylammonium Chlorid, wie z. B. Polyquaternium-22 z. B. Merquat® Typen von Nalco, Polyquaternium-39 z. B. Merquat® Typen von Nalco, Polyquaternium-4 z. B. Celquat® Typen von National Starch, Polyquaternium-6 z. B. Merquat® Typen von Nalco, Polyquaternium-7 z. B. Merquat® Typen von Nalco oder Salcare® Typen von Ciba oder Polyquaternium-87 z. B. Luviquat® Sensation von BASF. Besonders bevorzugt umfasst mindestens ein filmbildendes Polymer als Monomer Dimethylaminoethylmethacrylat und mindestens ein filmbildendes Polymer zusätzlich mindestens ein Vinyllactam-Monomer. Vorteilhaft ist weiterhin wenn mindestens ein filmbildendes Polymer ein Copolymer aus Vinylpyrrolidon, Vinylcaprolactam und Dimethylaminoethylmethacrylat ist. Es ist erfindungsgemäß von Vorteil, wenn Mischungen von zwei oder mehreren der polymeren Filmbildner eingesetzt werden.
- Als polymere anionische Verdicker sind solche Substanzen zu verwenden, die ein Rheologie-modifizierendes Polymer enthalten, welches als ein Monomer Acrylsäure enthält. Hierbei sind Polymere gemeint, die unter die Klasse der ASE-(„Alkali Swellable Emulsion”), bzw. HASE-(„Hydrophobically modified Alkali Swellable Emulsion“)Verdicker fallen. Diese Verdicker können neben der Acrylsäure weitere, bevorzugt nichtionische, Monomere enthalten. Bevorzugt ist mindestens ein anionisches verdickendes Polymer ein Copolymer aus Acrylsäure und Vinylpyrrolidon. Besonders bevorzugte polymere anionische Verdicker sind hierbei Homopolymere der Acrylsäure mit der INCI-Bezeichnung Carbomer z.B. Carbopol® Typen von Lubrizol, Copolymere von Acrylsäure mit Alkylacrylaten mit der INCI-Bezeichnung Acrylates Copolymer z. B. Aculyn® 33 von Rohm & Haas, Copolymere von Acrylsäure mit Vinylpyrrolidon mit der INCI-Bezeichnung Acrylic Acid/VP Crosspolymer z. B. Ultrathix® P-100 von ISP, Copolymere von Acrylsäure mit C10-C30 Alkylacrylaten mit der INCI-Bezeichnung Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylates Crosspolymer z. B. Carbopol® oder Pemulen® Typen Lubrizol oder Synthalen® Typen von 3 V Sigma, Copolymere von Acrylsäure mit Ethylacrylat und assoziativen Alkylacrylaten mit der INCI-Bezeichnung Acrylates Copolymer z. B. Carbopol Aqua SF-1® von Lubrizol oder Copolymere von (Meth-)Acrylsäure mit Alkylacrylaten und ethoxylierten hydrophob modifizierten Alkylacrylaten mit den INCI-Bezeichnungen Acrylates/Steareth-20 Methacrylate Copolymer, Acrylates/Beheneth-25 Methacrylate Copolymer, Acrylates/Steareth-20 Methacrylate Crosspolymer z. B. Aculyn® 22, 28 oder 88 von Rohm & Haas oder der INCI Acrylates/Palmeth-25 Acrylates Copolymer z. B. Synthalen® von 3 V Sigma. Ebenfalls vorteilhaft können Verdicker auf Basis von Acrylamidomethyl Propansulfonsäure (AMPS), wie z. B. Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP Copolymer z. B. Aristoflex® AVC von Clariant oder Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/Beheneth-25 Methacrylate Copolymer z. B. Aristoflex® HMB von Clariant verwendet werden. Es ist erfindungsgemäß von Vorteil, wenn Mischungen von zwei oder mehreren dieser polymeren anionischen Verdicker in der Zubereitung eingesetzt werden.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung umfasst die Zubereitung mehrere Phasen, wobei mindestens eine der Phasen transparent bzw. transluzent ist. Besonders bevorzugt umfasst die erfindungsgemäße Zubereitung vier Phasen, nämlich eine Wasserphase, eine Verdickerphase, eine Parfümphase und eine pH-Phase. Vorzugsweise werden zunächst Wasser- und Verdickerphase vereinigt und dann die pH-Phase und die Parfümphase zugegeben.
- Die erfindungsgemäße langzeit-transparente Zubereitung enthält vorzugsweise auch noch Zusätze von Glycerin oder Ethylhexylglycerin (Octoxyglycerin) sowie gewünschtenfalls Ethanol und/oder Phenoxyethanol.
- Enthält die Zubereitung Phenoxyethanol, so ist eine Einsatzkonzentration von 0,1 bis 1 Gew.-% erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft. Enthält die Zubereitung Glycerin, so ist eine Einsatzkonzentration von 0,1 bis 15 Gew.-% erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft.
- Erfindungsgemäße kosmetische Zubereitungen, wie beispielsweise Cremes, Gele, Lotionen, alkoholische und wäßrig/alkoholische Lösungen, (Micro-)Emulsionen oder Salben können – je nach Art der Formulierung – als Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe milde Tenside, Ölkörper, Emulgatoren, Konsistenzgeber, Verdickungsmittel, Polymere, Siliconverbindungen, Stabilisatoren, biogene Wirkstoffe, Filmbildner, Quellmittel, UV-Lichtschutzfaktoren, Antioxidantien, Hydrotrope, Konservierungsmittel, Solubilisatoren und dergleichen enthalten.
- Typische Beispiele für geeignete milde, d.h. besonders hautverträgliche Tenside sind Fettalkoholpolyglycolethersulfate, Monoglyceridsulfate, Mono- und/oder Dialkylsulfosuccinate, Fettsäureisethionate, Fettsäuresarcosinate, Fettsäuretauride, Fettsäureglutamate, α-Olefinsulfonate, Ethercarbonsäuren, Alkyloligoglucoside, Fettsäureglucamide, Alkylamidobetaine und/oder Proteinfettsäurekondensate, letztere vorzugsweise auf Basis von Weizenproteinen.
- Als Ölkörper kommen beispielsweise Guerbetalkohole auf Basis von Fettalkoholen mit 6 bis 18, vorzugsweise 8 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen, Ester von linearen C6-C22-Fettsäuren mit linearen C6-C22-Fettalkoholen, Ester von verzweigten C6-C13-Carbonsäuren mit linearen C6-C22-Fettalkoholen, wie z.B. Myristylmyristat, Myristylpalmitat, Myristylstearat, Myristylisostearat, Myristyloleat, Myristylbehenat, Myristylerucat, Cetylmyristat, Cetylpalmitat, Cetylstearat, Cetylisostearat, Cetyloleat, Cetylbehenat, Cetylerucat, Stearylmyristat, Stearylpalmitat, Stearylstearat, Stearylisostearat, Stearyloleat, Stearylbehenat, Stearylerucat, Isostearylmyristat, Isostearylpalmitat, Isostearylstearat, Isostearylisostearat, Isostearyloleat, Isostearylbehenat, Isostearyloleat, Oleylmyristat, Oleylpalmitat, Oleylstearat, Oleylisostearat, Oleyloleat, Oleylbehenat, Oleylerucat, Behenylmyristat, Behenylpalmitat, Behenylstearat, Behenylisostearat, Behenyloleat, Behenylbehenat, Behenylerucat, Erucylmyristat, Erucylpalmitat, Erucylstearat, Erucylisostearat, Erucyloleat, Erucylbehenat und Erucylerucat in Betracht.
- Daneben eignen sich Ester von linearen C6-C22-Fettsäuren mit verzweigten Alkoholen, insbesondere 2-Ethylhexanol, Ester von Hydroxycarbonsäuren mit linearen oder verzweigten C6-C22-Fettalkoholen, insbesondere Dioctyl Malate, Ester von linearen und/oder verzweigten Fettsäuren mit mehrwertigen Alkoholen (wie z.B. Propylenglycol, Dimerdiol oder Trimertriol) und/oder Guerbetalkoholen, Triglyceride auf Basis C6-C10-Fettsäuren, flüssige Mono-/Di-/Triglyceridmischungen auf Basis von C6-C18-Fettsäuren, Ester von C6-C22-Fettalkoholen und/oder Guerbetalkoholen mit aromatischen Carbonsäuren, insbesondere Benzoesäure, Ester von C2-C12-Dicarbonsäuren mit linearen oder verzweigten Alkoholen mit 1 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen oder Polyolen mit 2 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen und 2 bis 6 Hydroxylgruppen, pflanzliche Öle, verzweigte primäre Alkohole, substituierte Cyclohexane, lineare und verzweigte C6-C22-Fettalkoholcarbonate, Guerbetcarbonate, Ester der Benzoesäure mit linearen und/oder verzweigten C6-C22-Alkoholen (z.B. Finsolv® TN), lineare oder verzweigte, symmetrische oder unsymmetrische Dialkylether mit 6 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen pro Alkylgruppe, Ringöff- nungsprodukte von epoxidierten Fettsäureestern mit Polyolen, Siliconöle und/oder aliphatische bzw. naphthenische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie z. B. Squalan, Squalen oder Dialkylcyclohexane.
- Als Emulgatoren können unter anderem zwitterionische Tenside verwendet werden. Als zwitterionische Tenside werden solche oberflächenaktiven Verbindungen bezeichnet, die im Molekül mindestens eine quartäre Ammoniumgruppe und mindestens eine Carboxylat- und eine Sulfonatgruppe tragen. Besonders geeignete zwitterionische Tenside sind die sogenannten Betaine wie die N-Alkyl-N,N-dimethylammoniumglycinate, beispielsweise das Kokosalkyldimethylammoniumglycinat, N-Acylaminopropyl-N,N-dimethylammoniumglycinate, beispielsweise das Kokosacylaminopropyldimethylammoniumglycinat, und 2-Alkyl-3-carboxylmethyl-3-hydroxyethylimidazoline mit jeweils 8 bis 18 C-Atomen in der Alkyl- oder Acylgruppe sowie das Kokosacylaminoethylhydroxyethylcarboxymethylglycinat. Besonders bevorzugt ist das unter der CTFA-Bezeichnung Cocamidopropyl Betaine bekannte Fettsäureamid-Derivat. Ebenfalls geeignete Emulgatoren sind ampholytische Tenside. Unter ampholytischen Tensiden werden solche oberflächenaktiven Verbindungen verstanden, die außer einer C8/18-Alkyl- oder -Acylgruppe im Molekül mindestens eine freie Aminogruppe und mindestens eine – COOH- oder -SO3H-Gruppe enthalten und zur Ausbildung innerer Salze befähigt sind. Beispiele für geeignete ampholytische Tenside sind N-Alkylglycine, N-Alkylpropionsäuren, N-Alkylaminobuttersäuren, N-Alkyliminodipropionsäuren, N-Hydroxyethyl-N-alkylamidopropylglycine, N-Alkyltaurine, N-Alkylsarcosine, 2-Alkylaminopropionsäuren und Alkylaminoessigsäuren mit jeweils etwa 8 bis 18 C-Atomen in der Alkylgruppe. Besonders bevorzugte ampholytische Tenside sind das N-Kokosalkylaminopropionat, das Kokosacylaminoethylaminopropionat und das C12/18-Acylsarcosin. Neben den ampholytischen kommen auch quartäre Emulgatoren in Betracht, wobei solche vom Typ der Esterquats, vorzugsweise methylquaternierte Difettsäuretriethanolaminester-Salze, besonders bevorzugt sind.
- Als Konsistenzgeber kommen in erster Linie Fettalkohole oder Hydroxyfettalkohole mit 12 bis 22 und vorzugsweise 16 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen und daneben Partialglyceride, Fettsäuren oder Hydroxyfettsäuren in Betracht. Bevorzugt ist eine Kombination dieser Stoffe mit Alkyloligoglucosiden und/oder Fettsäure-N-methylglucamiden gleicher Kettenlänge und/oder Polyglycerinpoly-12-hydroxystearaten.
- Geeignete Verdickungsmittel sind beispielsweise Aerosil-Typen (hydrophile Kieselsäuren), Polysaccharide, insbesondere Xanthan-Gum, Guar-Guar, Agar-Agar, Alginate und Tylosen, Carboxymethylcellulose und Hydroxyethylcellulose, ferner höhermolekulare Polyethylenglycolmono- und -diester von Fettsäuren, Polyacrylate, (z.B. Carbopole® von Goodrich oder Synthalene® von Sigma), Polyacrylamide, Polyvinylalkohol und Polyvinylpyrrolidon, Tenside wie beispielsweise ethoxylierte Fettsäureglyceride, Ester von Fettsäuren mit Polyolen wie beispielsweise Pentaerythrit oder Trimethylolpropan, Fettalkoholethoxylate mit eingeengter Homologenverteilung oder Alkyloligoglucoside sowie Elektrolyte wie Kochsalz und Ammoniumchlorid.
- Geeignete kationische Polymere sind beispielsweise kationische Cellulosederivate, wie z.B. eine quaternierte Hydroxyethylcellulose, die unter der Bezeichnung Polymer JR 400® von Amerchol erhältlich ist, kationische Stärke, Copolymere von Diallylammoniumsalzen und Acrylamiden, quaternierte Vinylpyrrolidon/Vinylimidazol-Polymere, wie z.B. Luviquat® (BASF), Kondensationsprodukte von Polyglycolen und Aminen, quaternierte Kollagenpolypeptide, wie beispielsweise Lauryldimonium hydroxypropyl hydrolyzed collagen (Lamequat®L/Grünau), quaternierte Weizenpolypeptide, Polyethylenimin, kationische Siliconpolymere, wie z.B. Amidomethicone, Copolymere der Adipinsäure und Dimethylaminohydroxypropyldiethylentriamin (Cartaretine®/Sandoz), Copolymere der Acrylsäure mit Dimethyldiallylammoniumchlorid (Merquat® 550/Chemviron), Polyaminopolyamide, wie z.B. beschrieben in der
FR 2252840 A - Als anionische, zwitterionische, amphotere und nichtionische Polymere kommen beispielsweise Vinylacetat/Crotonsäure-Copolymere, Vinylpyrrolidon/Vinylacrylat-Copolymere, Vinylacetat/Butylmaleat/ Isobornylacrylat-Copolymere, Methylvinylether/Maleinsäureanhydrid-Copolymere und deren Ester, unvernetzte und mit Polyolen vernetzte Polyacrylsäuren, Acrylamidopropyltrimethylammoniumchlorid/Acrylat-Copolymere, Octylacrylamid/Methylmethacrylat/tert.Butylaminoethylmethacrylat/2-Hydroxyproyl-methacrylat-Copolymere, Polyvinylpyrrolidon, Vinylpyrrolidon/Vinylacetat-Copolymere, Vinylpyrrolidon/ Dimethylaminoethylmethacrylat/Vinylcaprolactam-Terpolymere sowie gegebenenfalls derivatisierte Celluloseether und Silicone in Frage.
- Geeignete Siliconverbindungen sind beispielsweise Dimethylpolysiloxane, Methylphenylpolysiloxane, cyclische Silicone sowie amino-, fettsäure-, alkohol-, polyether-, epoxy-, fluor-, glykosid- und/oder alkylmodifizierte Siliconverbindungen, die bei Raumtemperatur sowohl flüssig als auch harzförmig vorliegen können. Weiterhin geeignet sind Simethicone, bei denen es sich um Mischungen aus Dimethiconen mit einer durchschnittlichen Kettenlänge von 200 bis 300 Dimethylsiloxan-Einheiten und hydrierten Silicaten handelt. Eine detaillierte Übersicht über geeignete flüchtige Silicone findet sich zudem von Todd et al. in Cosm.Toil. 91, 27 (1976).
- Als Stabilisatoren können Metallsalze von Fettsäuren, wie z.B. Magnesium-, Aluminium- und/oder Zinkstearat bzw. -ricinoleat eingesetzt werden.
- Unter biogenen Wirkstoffen sind beispielsweise Tocopherol, Tocopherolacetat, Tocopherolpalmitat, Ascorbinsäure, Desoxyribonucleinsäure, Retinol, Bisabolol, Allantoin, Phytantriol, Panthenol, AHA-Säuren, Aminosäuren, Ceramide, Pseudoceramide, essentielle Öle, Pflanzenextrakte und Vitaminkomplexe zu verstehen.
- Gebräuchliche Filmbildner sind beispielsweise Chitosan, mikrokristallines Chitosan, quaterniertes Chitosan, Polyvinylpyrrolidon, Vinylpyrrolidon-Vinylacetat-Copolymerisate, Polymere der Acrylsäurereihe, quaternäre Cellulose-Derivate, Kollagen, Hyaluronsäure bzw. deren Salze und ähnliche Verbindungen.
- Als Quellmittel für wäßrige Phasen können Montmorillonite, Clay Mineralstoffe, Pemulen sowie alkylmodifizierte Carbopoltypen (Goodrich) dienen. Weitere geeignete Polymere bzw. Quellmittel können der Übersicht von R. Lochhead in Cosm.Toil. 108, 95 (1993) entnommen werden.
- Unter UV-Lichtschutzfaktoren sind beispielsweise bei Raumtemperatur flüssig oder kristallin vorliegende organische Substanzen (Lichtschutzfilter) zu verstehen, die in der Lage sind, ultraviolette Strahlen zu absorbieren und die aufgenommene Energie in Form längerwelliger Strahlung, z.B. Wärme wieder abzugeben. UVB-Filter können öllöslich oder wasserlöslich sein. Als öllösliche Substanzen sind z.B. zu nennen:
- • 3-Benzylidencampher bzw. 3-Benzylidennorcampher und dessen Derivate, z.B. 3-(4-Methylbenzyliden)campher wie in der
EP 0693471 B1 beschrieben; - • 4-Aminobenzoesäurederivate, vorzugsweise 4-Dimethylamino)benzoesäure-2-ethylhexylester, 4-(Dimethylamino)benzoesäure-2-octylester und 4-(Dimethylamino)benzoesäureamylester;

EP 0694521 B1 beschrieben. - Als wasserlösliche Substanzen kommen in Frage:
- • 2-Phenylbenzimidazol-5-sulfonsäure und deren Alkali-, Erdalkali-, Ammonium-, Alkylammonium-, Alkanolammonium- und Glucammoniumsalze;
- • Sulfonsäurederivate von Benzophenonen, vorzugsweise 2-Hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenon-5-sulfonsäure und ihre Salze;
- • Sulfonsäurederivate des 3-Benzylidencamphers, wie z.B. 4-(2-Oxo-3-bornylidenmethyl)benzolsulfonsäure und 2-Methyl-5-(2-oxo-3-bornyliden)sulfonsäure und deren Salze.
- Als typische UV-A-Filter kommen insbesondere Derivate des Benzoylmethans in Frage, wie beispielsweise 1-(4‘-tert.Butylphenyl)-3-(4‘-methoxyphenyl)propan-1,3-dion, 4-tert.-Butyl-4‘-methoxydibenzoylmethan (Parsol 1789), 1-Phenyl-3-(4‘-isopropylphenyl)-propan-1,3-dion sowie Enaminverbindungen, wie beschrieben in der
DE 19712033 A1 (BASF). Die UV-A und UV-B-Filter können selbstverständlich auch in Mischungen eingesetzt werden. - Neben den vorgenannten primären Lichtschutzstoffen können auch sekundäre Lichtschutzmittel vom Typ der Antioxidantien eingesetzt werden, die die photochemische Reaktionskette unterbrechen, welche ausgelöst wird, wenn UV-Strahlung in die Haut eindringt. Typische Beispiele hierfür sind Aminosäuren (z.B. Glycin, Histidin, Tyrosin, Tryptophan) und deren Derivate, Imidazole (z.B. Urocaninsäure) und deren Derivate, Peptide wie D,L-Carnosin, D-Carnosin, L-Carnosin und deren Derivate (z.B. Anserin), Chlorogensäure und deren Derivate, Liponsäure und deren Derivate (z.B. Dihydroliponsäure), Aurothioglucose, Propylthiouracil und andere Thiole (z.B. Thioredoxin, Glutathion, Cystein, Cystin, Cystamin und deren Glycosyl-, N-Acetyl-, Methyl-, Ethyl-, Propyl-, Amyl-, Butyl- und Lauryl-, Palmitoyl-, Oleyl-, γ-Linoleyl-, Cholesteryl- und Glycerylester) sowie deren Salze, Dilaurylthiodipropionat, Distearylthiodipropionat, Thiodipropionsäure und deren Derivate (Ester, Ether, Peptide, Lipide, Nukleotide, Nukleoside und Salze) sowie Sulfoximinverbindungen (z.B. Buthioninsulfoximine, Homocysteinsulfoximin, Butioninsulfone, Penta-, Hexa-, Heptathioninsulfoximin) in sehr geringen verträglichen Dosierungen (z.B. pmol bis µmol/kg), ferner (Metall)-Chelatoren (z.B. α-Hydroxyfettsäuren, Palmitinsäure, Phytinsäure, Lactoferrin), α-Hydroxysäuren (z.B. Citronensäure, Milchsäure, Äpfelsäure), Huminsäure, Gallensäure, Gallenextrakte, Bilirubin, Biliverdin, EDTA, EGTA und deren Derivate, ungesättigte Fettsäuren und deren Derivate (z.B. γ-Linolensäure, Linolsäure, Ölsäure), Folsäure und deren Derivate, Ubichinon und Ubichinol und deren Derivate, Vitamin C und Derivate (z.B. Ascorbylpalmitat, Mg-Ascorbylphosphat, Ascorbylacetat), Tocopherole und Derivate (z.B. Vitamin-E-acetat), Vitamin A und Derivate (Vitamin-A-palmitat) sowie Koniferylbenzoat des Benzoeharzes, Rutinsäure und deren Derivate, α-Glycosylrutin, Ferulasäure, Furfurylidenglucitol, Carnosin, Butylhydroxytoluol, Butylhydroxyanisol, Nordihydroguajakharzsäure, Nordihydroguajaretsäure, Trihydroxybutyrophenon, Harnsäure und deren Derivate, Mannose und deren Derivate, Superoxid-Dismutase, Zink und dessen Derivate (z.B. ZnO, ZnSO4) Selen und dessen Derivate (z.B. Selen-Methionin), Stilbene und deren Derivate (z.B. Stilbenoxid, trans-Stilbenoxid) und die erfindungsgemäß geeigneten Derivate (Salze, Ester, Ether, Zucker, Nukleotide, Nukleoside, Peptide und Lipide) dieser genannten Wirkstoffe.
- Außerdem können erfindungsgemäß Verbindungen zur Unterdrückung oder Minderung von Hautstörungen zugesetzt werden, die durch UV-Strahlung induziert werden, insbesondere Aktivatoren von Peroxisom-Proliferator-Aktivierten Rezeptoren (PPAR-Aktivatoren), wie in der
WO 02/38150 - Zur Verbesserung des Fließverhaltens können ferner Hydrotrope, wie beispielsweise Ethanol, Isopropylalkohol, oder Polyole eingesetzt werden. Polyole, die hier in Betracht kommen, besitzen vorzugsweise 2 bis 15 Kohlenstoffatome und mindestens zwei Hydroxylgruppen. Die Polyole können noch weitere funktionelle Gruppen, insbesondere Aminogruppen, enthalten bzw. mit Stickstoff modifiziert sein. Typische Beispiele sind
- • Glycerin;
- • Alkylenglycole, wie beispielsweise Ethylenglycol, Diethylenglycol, Propylenglycol, Butylenglycol, Hexylenglycol sowie Polyethylenglycole mit einem durchschnittlichen Molekulargewicht von 100 bis 1.000 Dalton;
- • technische Oligoglyceringemische mit einem Eigenkondensationsgrad von 1,5 bis 10 wie etwa technische Diglyceringemische mit einem Diglyceringehalt von 40 bis 50 Gew.-%;
- • Methyolverbindungen, wie insbesondere Trimethylolethan, Trimethylolpropan, Trimethylolbutan, Pentaerythrit und Dipentaerythrit;
- • Niedrigalkylglucoside, insbesondere solche mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffen im Alkylrest, wie beispielsweise Methyl- und Butylglucosid;
- • Zuckeralkohole mit 5 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie beispielsweise Sorbit oder Mannit,
- • Zucker mit 5 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie beispielsweise Glucose oder Saccharose;
- • Aminozucker, wie beispielsweise Glucamin;
- • Dialkoholamine, wie Diethanolamin oder 2-Amino-1,3-propandiol.
- Als Konservierungsmittel eignen sich beispielsweise Phenoxyethanol, Formaldehydlösung, Parabene, Pentandiol oder Sorbinsäure sowie die in Anlage 6, Teil A und B der Kosmetikverordnung aufgeführten weiteren Stoffklassen.
- Erfindungsgemäß einsetzbar sind weiterhin Riechstoffe oder Parfümöle, die zusätzlich zu ihrer Funktion als Geruchsüberdecker den kosmetischen Zubereitungen ihre jeweilige Duftnote verleihen. Als Parfümöle seien beispielsweise Gemische aus natürlichen und synthetischen Riechstoffen genannt. Natürliche Riechstoffe sind Extrakte von Blüten, Stengeln und Blättern, Früchten, Fruchtschalen, Wurzeln, Hölzern, Kräutern und Gräsern, Nadeln und Zweigen sowie Harzen und Balsamen. Weiterhin kommen tierische Rohstoffe in Frage, wie beispielsweise Zibet und Castoreum. Typische synthetische Riechstoffverbindungen sind Produkte vom Typ der Ester, Ether, Aldehyde, Ketone, Alkohole und Kohlenwasserstoffe. Riechstoffverbindungen vom Typ der Ester sind z.B. Benzylacetat, p-tert.-Butylcyclohexylacetat, Linalylacetat, Phenylethylacetat, Linalylbenzoat, Benzylformiat, Allylcyclohexylpropionat, Styrallylpropionat und Benzylsalicylat. Zu den Ethern zählen beispielsweise Benzylethylether, zu den Aldehyden z.B. die linearen Alkanale mit 8 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen, Citral, Citronellal, Citronellyloxyacetaldehyd, Cyclamenaldehyd, Hydroxycitronellal, Lilial und Bourgeonal, zu den Ketonen z.B. die Jonone und Methylcedrylketon, zu den Alkoholen Anethol, Citronellol, Eugenol, Isoeugenol, Geraniol, Linalool, Phenylethylalkohol und Terpineol, zu den Kohlenwasserstoffen gehören hauptsächlich die Terpene und Balsame. Bevorzugt werden jedoch Mischungen verschiedener Riechstoffe verwendet, die gemeinsam eine ansprechende Duftnote erzeugen. Auch ätherische Öle geringerer Flüchtigkeit, die meist als Aromakomponenten verwendet werden, eignen sich als Parfümöle, z.B. Salbeiöl, Kamillenöl, Nelkenöl, Melissenöl, Minzenöl, Zimtblätteröl, Lindenblütenöl, Wacholderbeerenöl, Vetiveröl, Olibanöl, Galbanumöl, Labdanumöl und Lavandinöl. Vorzugsweise werden Bergamotteöl, Dihydromyrcenol, Lilial, Lyral, Citronellol, Phenylethylalkohol, α-Hexylzimtaldehyd, Geraniol, Benzylaceton, Cyclamenaldehyd, Linalool, Boisambrene Forte, Ambroxan, Indol, Hedione, Sandelice, Citronenöl, Mandarinenöl, Orangenöl, Allylamylglycolat, Cyclovertal, Lavandinöl, Muskateller Salbeiöl, β-Damascone, Geraniumöl Bourbon, Cyclohexylsalicylat, Vertofix Coeur, Iso-E-Super, Fixolide NP, Evernyl, Iraldein gamma, Phenylessigsäure, Geranylacetat, Benzylacetat, Rosenoxid, Romilat, Irotyl und Floramat allein oder in Mischungen, eingesetzt.
- Der Gesamtanteil der Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe kann 1 bis 50, vorzugsweise 5 bis 40 Gew.-% – bezogen auf die Mittel – betragen. Die Herstellung der kosmetischen Zubereitungen kann durch übliche und dem Fachmann geläufige Verfahren erfolgen, beispielsweise durch bekannte Kalt – oder Heißprozesse, z. B. mittels der Phaseninversionstemperatur-Methode.
- Bei allen vor- oder nachstehend genannten relativen bzw. prozentualen gewichtsbezogenen Mengenangaben ist zu beachten, daß diese im Rahmen der erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen derart auszuwählen sind, daß sie sich in der Summe in der erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzung unter Einbeziehung sämtlicher Komponenten bzw. Inhaltsstoffe bzw. Zusatzstoffe bzw. Bestandteile bzw. Exzipienten stets zu 100% bzw. 100 Gew.-% ergänzen. Dies versteht sich aber für den Fachmann von selbst.
- Im Übrigen gilt, daß der Fachmann anwendungsbezogen oder einzelfallbedingt von den vorstehend oder nachfolgend angeführten Zahlen-, Bereichs-, Gewichts- und Mengenangaben abweichen kann, ohne daß er den Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung verläßt.
- Es versteht sich zudem von selbst, daß Ausgestaltungen, Ausführungsformen, Vorteile und dergleichen, welche vorstehend oder nachfolgend zu Zwecken der Vermeidung von Wiederholungen nur zu einem Erfindungsaspekt oder -gegenstand angeführt sind, auch in Bezug auf die übrigen Erfindungsaspekte oder – gegenstände entsprechend gelten.
- Ein weiterer Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist die Verwendung einer Kombination aus mindestens einem Polyglycerinester, mindestens einem Alkylenglykol und mindestens einem vicinalen Alkandiol, insbesondere als Lösungsmittel, zur Herstellung einer kosmetischen Zubereitung, insbesondere einer langzeit-transparenten kosmetischen Zubereitung.
- Ein weiterer Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer kosmetischen Zubereitung, insbesondere einer langzeit-transparenten kosmetischen Zubereitung, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß man eine Kombination aus mindestens einem Polyglycerinester, mindestens einem Alkylenglykol und mindestens einem vicinalen Alkandiol, insbesondere als Lösungsmittel, einsetzt.
- Ein weiterer Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein transparenter Behälter, insbesondere eine Ampulle, vorzugsweise eine Ampulle aus Glas oder Kunststoff, die eine erfindungsgemäße Zubereitung enthält.
- Beispiele:
- Die folgenden Beispiele beschreiben die Erfindung, ohne sie jedoch darauf einzuschränken. Alle Mengenangaben, Anteile und Prozentanteile sind, soweit nicht anders angegeben, auf das Gewicht und die Gesamtmenge bzw. auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitungen bezogen.
- Die Zubereitungen werden mit einem Becomix wie folgt hergestellt. Die Wasserphase wird im Becomix vorgelegt und auf 35°C erwärmt. Die anderen Phasen werden in separaten Kesseln vorbereit und in der angegebenen Reihenfolge zur Zubereitung gegeben. Zuerst wird die Verdickerphase, welche Raumtemperatur hat, eingesaugt und währenddessen homogenisiert. pH-Phase hat Raumtemperatur und wird nach der Verdickerphase zum Ansatz gegeben. Nun wird die Zubereitung einmal homogenisiert und danach die Parfümphase zur Zubereitung gegeben und es wird noch einmal homogenisiert.
- Es bildeten sich im Verlauf von 2 Monaten bei 40 °C Lagertemperatur in keiner der Zubereitungen Ausfällungen, Ausflockungen oder Intransparenzen. Beispiel 1

Claims (12)
- Langzeit-transparente kosmetische Zubereitung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Kombination aus mindestens einem Polyglycerinester, mindestens einem Alkylenglykol und mindestens einem vicinalen Alkandiol enthält.
- Zubereitung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Polyglycerinester ausgewählt ist unter Estern der Capronsäure, Caprylsäure, 2-Ethylhexansäure, Caprinsäure, Laurinsäure, Isotridecansäure, Myristinsäure, Palmitinsäure, Palmoleinsäure, Stearinsäure, Isostearinsäure, Ölsäure, Elaidinsäure, Petroselinsäure, Linolsäure, Linolensäure, Elaeostearinsäure, Arachinsäure, Gadoleinsäure, Behensäure und Erucasäure, insbesondere unter Polyglycerinestern mit 6 bis 10 Einheiten, ganz besonders bevorzugt Polyglyceryl-10 Laurat.
- Zubereitung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens 3 Gew.-% Polyglycerinester, insbesondere 3 Gew.-% bis 20 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 6 Gew.-% bis 12 Gew.-% Polyglycerinester enthält.
- Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein oder mehrere Alkylenglycole, wie beispielsweise Ethylenglycol, Diethylenglycol, Propylenglycol, Butylenglycol, Hexylenglycol, insbesondere Butylenglycol enthält.
- Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens 4 Gew.-% Alkylenglykol, insbesondere 4 Gew.-% bis 12 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 4 Gew.-% bis 8 Gew.-% Alkylenglykol enthält.
- Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein oder mehrere vicinale Alkandiole, insbesondere aus der Gruppe 1,2-Pentandiol, 1,2-Hexandiol, 1,2-Heptandiol, 1,2-Octandiol, 1,2-Nonandiol, 1,2-Decandiiol und Methylpropandiol, besonders bevorzugt Methylpropandiol enthält.
- Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens 5 Gew.-% vicinales Alkandiol, insbesondere 5 Gew.-% bis 10 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 5 Gew.-% bis 7 Gew.-% vicinales Alkandiol enthält.
- Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Viskosität von unter 500 mPas aufweist.
- Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens einen Pflanzenextrakt und/oder ein pflanzliches Polymer sowie bevorzugtermaßen mindestens einen Parfuminhaltsstoff enthält.
- Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mehrere Phasen umfasst, wobei mindestens eine der Phasen transparent bzw. transluzent ist.
- Verwendung einer Kombination aus mindestens einem Polyglycerinester, mindestens einem Alkylenglykol und mindestens einem vicinalen Alkandiol, insbesondere als Lösungsmittel, zur Herstellung einer kosmetischen Zubereitung, insbesondere einer langzeit-transparenten kosmetischen Zubereitung.
- Transparenter Behälter, insbesondere Ampulle, vorzugsweise Ampulle aus Glas oder Kunststoff, enthaltend eine Zubereitung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9.
