Description
Technischer BereichTechnical part
The technical solution concerns a system of mobile partitions intended primarily for office buildings, hotels, schools, exhibition buildings (galleries, trade fairs) or residential buildings.
Bisheriger Stand der TechnikPrevious state of the art
As a partition in the construction sector is generally understood a vertical, usually not supporting separation construction whose main function is the subdivision of areas with different functions in buildings, in office buildings especially the delineation of working and community areas or of individual work areas with each other. In addition to the subdivision function partitions have to fulfill other tasks, which mainly concern the airborne sound insulation, the fire resistance and the fire properties of the materials used as well as their strength and stability. In particular, the users are subject to design, transparency, translucency, health and safety requirements from the point of view of the protection of persons and assets. After the static effect on the load-bearing structures, the partitions can be subdivided into standing (load underlying structures), suspended (load overlying constructions), suspended (load adjacent vertical constructions) and combined (combination of the above-mentioned loads). In general, partitions can be divided into "heavy" and "light" according to the material used. Heavy ones are usually made of classic building materials such as masonry or monolithic constructions. The light weight can be subdivided according to their construction type into fixed, convertible and mobile. Fixed partitions are characterized by a fixed connection with the supporting structure, during disassembly they are usually irreversibly damaged. Convertible partitions, on the other hand, can be reused elsewhere after their disassembly or allow a change in the layout of the given space. The highest degree of variability is provided by mobile partitions. With these types of partitions, the space arrangement is easiest and fastest to change, and its operation is very easy to learn. Mobile partitions usually burden the load-bearing structures above them. They get their mobility through various types of suspensions that move in rail-like guide profiles. At these suspensions then the individual panels of the partition are attached. Such walls can be "parked" in a designated location, making changes in the layout possible without the need for a trained specialist. The movement of the wall parts is usually done manually, but can also be semi-automatic or fully automatic. For mobile partitions, the space between the actual wall panel and the floor or ceiling is sealed by a sliding strip at the end of which a rubber seal rests on the adjacent construction. This seal is used for noise reduction and fire protection. When attaching the blackboard in the desired position, the sliding horizontal bar is extended on the floor and on the ceiling and thus the room noise-insulated. To extend the bar, a mechanical or electrically operated drive is used. In manual operation, a crank is turned, which forwards the rotational movement in a transmission. Instead of a transmission, the principle of a scissor mechanism is often used, which is driven by a threaded rod, which is also rotated by an inserted crank. For electrically operated wall panels, the crank can be replaced by a motor. In all these methods, the rotary motion is converted into a linear motion, which then acts on the weather strip on the floor and on the ceiling. This drives out by the pressure. In order that the structure (be it the actual mechanism of the wall panel or the opposite structure - ceiling, floor) is not destroyed, the mechanism is provided with a spring of known contact pressure, which optionally absorbs the introduced by the rotational excess energy.
- - The principle of transmitting a rotary motion into a linear motion makes the design very complicated due to the large number of mechanical components.
- - The mechanical translations can not be maintained because they are permanently installed and hidden inside the blackboard.
- - The large number of components used makes high technical demands on the personnel who manufactures these modules.
- - The mechanical components increase the weight of the wall panels, thereby increasing the load on the load-bearing structure of the building and the elements for transferring the load of the wall panels into the building structure must be generously dimensioned.
Grundlage der technischen LösungBasis of the technical solution
The above-mentioned disadvantages of the previous movable partitions are due to a lightweight mobile partition with elastic pneumatic elements (hereinafter only "lightweight mobile partition") eliminated. Their solution allows the movable suspension of the individual wall panels on a ceiling support rail, with all mechanical components are replaced by pneumatic.
The lightweight mobile dividing wall is made up of individual wall panels that connect tightly to each other. Each panel is provided at its upper end with at least one, but usually two rollers that roll on tracks (ribs) in the supporting ceiling structure. This construction makes it possible to hang the blackboard on the rail and to easily move it to the adjacent board. To fix the wall panel at the intended location, each panel is provided on the top and bottom with a pneumatic seal body disposed in a recess in the top and bottom of the wall panel. The pneumatic seal body consists of a fixed sealing profile with the basic shape of a U, which is firmly connected in the recess with the wall panel. The fixed sealing profile is covered by a movable sealing profile, which has the shape of an inverted U in cross section. By covering the fixed sealing profile by a movable sealing profile, a variable space is created between the fixed and the variable sealing profile. Since the movable sealing profile changes its position in the vertical direction, the volume of the variable space also changes. In the variable space an elastic air bellows is arranged. The wall panel of the lightweight mobile partition has a support frame made of horizontal and vertical closed metal profiles, which are firmly connected. The frame is fitted with cladding panels on both sides, which protrude above the horizontal frame profiles in the upper and lower part of the wall panel, creating the upper and lower openings for the pneumatic seal body. In the variable space of the pneumatic seal body in the upper and lower part of the wall panel, an elastic air bellows is arranged. The elastic bellows arranged in the sealing bodies are connected by air hoses to a valve which is located in the vertical frame profile of the wall panel. When the panels have been assembled into a lightweight mobile divider, the valve located in the vertical frame profile is no longer visible because it is obscured by the adjacent panel. Before suspending the wall panel from the ceiling support rail, the air is sucked out of the elastic air bellows, which are located on the floor and on the ceiling, via the valve by means of a vacuum pump with a special end piece. By unlocking the valve and pulling out the end of the vacuum pump, the elastic air bladder remains deflated and the resulting vacuum causes it to "collapse" or shrink. This frees up the space between the floor or ceiling and the wall panel of the lightweight mobile divider, and at the same time frees the entire wallboard for further movement. The released wall panels of the lightweight mobile partition can then be "parked" in the parking area or the floor plan can be changed. The movement of the wall panels is made possible by a system of rollers guided by a ceiling support rail. This determines the position of the entire lightweight mobile partition and at the same time allows the moving of the wall panels of the lightweight mobile partition in the parking position. When reassembling the lightweight mobile divider (in its space-separating function), the wall panel is simply brought to its desired position in the divider wall and fixed in that position by pressing the valve against the vertical edge of the wall panel with a finger. This results in the suction of air at atmospheric pressure in the elastic bellows and re-sealing the space between the floor or the ceiling and the wall panel by the movable sealing profile of the pneumatic seal body at the top of the wall panel against the ceiling or the bottom the ceiling support rail and at the bottom of the wall panel is pressed against the floor. In this way, the blackboard is fixed and stabilized in the lightweight mobile partition. All components of the pneumatic system (elastic bellows, hoses and valves) are interconnected by separable connections and the entire pneumatic system can easily be removed for maintenance. The assembly of the pneumatic seal body, which is part of the elastic air bellows, takes place in a step in which the entire composition of the elastic bellows is inserted in the pneumatic seal body in the recess in the wall panel and secured with a screw. The hanging device of the blackboard usually consists of two single or double castors. The caster is cantileously and rotatably mounted at the upper end of a vertical axis passing through the horizontal frame profile of the support frame of the wallboard to which it is attached by means of a hollow profile, the guide of the roller shutter and a shutter for adjusting the height of the roller. The ceiling support rail has in cross-section the shape of a closed square profile with a horizontal rib in the interior and a central continuous groove in the lower wall of the ceiling support rail. The bottom wall and the horizontal rib in the interior of the square closed profile of the ceiling support rail represent the supporting elements (tracks) for the roller.
