The present invention relates to toilet brushes with replaceable head according to the preamble of the independent claims. The technical area thus includes improvements of utility objects in the bathroom and sanitary sector.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART

Generic toilet brushes with replaceable head allow the advantageous replacement of the head of the toilet brush. Over time, the head of the brush becomes unsightly and the bristles turn yellow and stubborn buildup accumulates on it. A replaceable head can here be separated from the stem to attach a new replaceable head on a stick. The handle of the brush is retained and can be used longer in terms of material and resources. A disadvantage of the generic embodiments that the mechanisms developed for the change of the brush head are all very complex and prone. It takes at least months until a brush head has become unsightly through normal use. A highly complex mechanics would have to be re-learned, tested and used again and again by the user. But also the simpler mechanisms always provide levers, cables and the same direction, separate power transmission, which are fragile and prone to failure especially with plastic components. The inventors attribute these disadvantages to the fact that only the very simple plug-in heads have been able to gain acceptance in the market. Thus, there is a need for a robust construction that allows non-contact switching while being so simple to operate that the market can accept this as an immediately operable variant of the established design.

Object of the present invention was therefore to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide a toilet brush with replaceable head, which is able to provide an improved switching function to the effect.

The solution of this object is achieved according to the features of the independent claims. Advantageous embodiments will become apparent from the dependent claims and the following description.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
