Eine elektrischer Heizband/Zipfelmützenturban für den Kopf-/Stirnbereich:

Description

  • Durch diesen Gebrauchsartikel (2.) ergibt sich eine neue Lösung in der Kosmetik und Pflege, so dass Mimik- und Stirnfalten sehr gelindert werden, ebenso lästiger Spannungskopfschmerz. Damit verbunden ist eine verstärkte Tiefendurchblutung der Kopfhaut im oberen Bereich (3.), durch die Anwendung als Zipfelmützenturban. Dieses Problem wurde noch nicht durch eine innovative Idee wie diese gelöst.
  • Das Heizband besteht aus weichem hautfreundlichem Kunststoffgewebe, Größe ca. 20 × 70 cm, (Turban als gewickelte Zipfelmütze) mit Innenelektrik, einem ca. 150 cm langem Kabel mit Heizstufenregelungsschalter und Abschaltautomatik. Dazu gehört evtl. ein waschbarer Stoffüberzug. Ebenso ein Klettverschluss. (4).
  • Der Schutzanspruch bezieht sich auf die Idee, nach Bedarf bei Erkältungen und Schmerzen bzw. zur Behandlung von Stirnfalten die Kopf-/Stirn-/Schläfenregion zu durchwärmen, was auch vorteilhaft die Durchblutung des Augenbereichs anregt (5).
  • Hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnlich wohltuende Wirkung (durch eigene erfolgreiche Erprobung erzielt), in Bezug auf die Behandlung von Stirnfalten, ”Krähenfüßen” und Spannungskopfschmerz. Erstaunlicherweise hat sich außer dem Wohlfühleffekt ein verbessertes Aussehen beim Gesichtsausdruck (Muskulatur) eingestellt. (6).
  • Ein Weg zur Herstellung dieses Produkts wäre m. E. spezialisierte Herstellerfirmen von Heizkissen oder Orthopädietechnik zu beauftragen.

  1. Eine elektrischer Heizband/Zipfelmützenturban für den Kopf-/Stirnbereich:

Problemlösung: • Dieses Produkt ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Problemlösung erfolgt u. z. durch die Verwendung eines Heizbandes, ähnlich eines Heizkissens, jedoch zu einem Zipfelmützenturban gewickelt, um auf einfache Weise eine verstärkte Tiefendurchblutung in Kopf-/Stirnbereich zu erreichen, wie dies bei früher in Benützung gewesenen Frisör-Trockenhauben erfolgte, um eine bessere Durchblutung zu erreichen.
  3. Wesentliche Merkmale sind: • Die Umhüllung des Hauptes, in einer Verwendung als Zipfelmützenturban, bestehend aus weichem, hautfreundlichem Kunststoffgewebe, Maße ca. 20 × 60 cm, mit Innenelektrik, mit einem ca. 150 cm langes Kabel mit Heizstufenregelungsschalter und Abschaltautomatik, sowie evtl. ein dazugehörender waschbarer Stoffüberzug. Außerdem wird benötigt ein Klettverschluss an der Außenseite, zwecks Anpassung an jeweilige Kopfgröße.
  4. Schutzanspruch: • Dieser bezieht sich auf einen elektrischen Heizband/Zipfelmützenturban aus weichem Material, mit Klettverschluss und Kabel mit Abschaltautomatik, ähnlich beigefügtem Muster.
