Description
The invention relates to a paper packaging material supply for a packaging machine. Today's packaging machines use paper, in particular recycled paper, as packaging raw material. As a suitable Papierbeforatung a paper web in zig-zag folding (Leporello form) is provided. The zigzag folding offers a cuboid storage stack structure, which is particularly space-saving and gentle to store and transport.
It is an object of the invention to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art, in particular to provide a Papierverpackungsmaterialvorrat as a system with the storage space-saving and transport space saving the largest possible storage of paper packaging material is achieved, in particular the paper packaging stock as fast as possible, störungs and materialstauarm by a packaging machine can be processed.
This object is solved by the features of claim 1.
Thereafter, a paper packaging material supply is provided having a base support, such as a transport pallet. The transport pallet may, for example, have a europallet or another international pallet configuration. The basic carrier serves to be able to transport the packaging material as a unit and to transport. Furthermore, the paper packaging material supply has multiple, preferably three, four, five or more, zig-zag folded paper web stacks. The paper web piles are placed in the familiar Leporello folding columnar on the base support. In this case, the paper web stacks are arranged such that they are parallel to each other in the width direction and the short sides are aligned. The opposing widthwise extending fold edge sides of the paper web stack are substantially uniformly corrugated. The ribbing is created by the superimposed slightly offset folding edges of the Leporello folding. The short sides are formed by simple superimposed cut sides and are executed essentially smooth. The paper web stacks each have at least a height of 500 mm, so that there is a compact sufficiently large supply of packaging material.
The paper of the paper stack may be formed of recycled paper containing at least a fraction of waste paper. Preferably, a recycled paper is used, which has a waste paper content of 70% to 100%, in particular of substantially 100%.
Preferably, the height of the respective paper web stacks is greater than 800 mm and less than 1100 mm. In this case, the cuboid, columnar stack a depth of about 200 mm, preferably about 280 mm, with a width of about 300 mm can be provided up to 380 mm. Each paper web stack forms an uninterrupted, adhesive-free, continuous paper web when the entire stack height is unfolded. The paper web stack is not created by connecting several bundles to each other via adhesives, but forms a continuous, uninterrupted paper web.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the plurality of paper web stacks are connected to one another in such a way that a paper web formed by all the paper web stacks arranged on the base carrier is uninterrupted, endlessly unfolded and processed. All paper web stacks resting on the base carrier are unfolded and consumed without having to carry out an additional loading process of the paper packaging material of the stock unit.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the bottom fold sheet is connected to the top folder such that the zigzag sequence can be continued continuously. The end edge of the upper fold end sheet may be provided with an adhesive strip, preferably with a protective film, which can be pulled off to activate the adhesive strip.
In a further development of the invention, two adjacent paper web stacks of the plurality of paper web stacks, preferably all the paper web stacks in a neighboring position to another paper web stack, are arranged at a distance from each other to form a cuboidal gap space, which is uniformly large, especially in the height, depth and width directions. The gap is bounded by the Faltrandseiten the paper web stack, which are diametrically opposed and because of the Faltränder has a corrugated profiling. The gap is to ensure that both paper web stacks can stand side by side without contact. The gap space surprisingly causes a secure, papierstauarmes unfolding of the paper web stack. It has been found that when the paper web stacks are unfolded, strong air streams are produced which can impair the unfolding process if the paper web stacks are in direct contact with each other and the gap space is too narrow. The inventors found that on the one hand direct contact of the paper web stacks can lead to a Verhakungsphänomen, which can affect the unfolding of the Leporello folding, especially when the packaging machine with a higher conveying speed deducted. Furthermore, it was found that a smooth support wall adjacent to a paper web stack to be folded would cause web break injuries. It was found that with the smooth support wall suction air flows the folded paper tape to the wall, whereby higher tensile forces act on the paper web. Surprisingly, a suction effect is significantly weakened and thus the tensile stress on the packaging material significantly reduced when a paper web stack is used adjacent to the paper web stack to be folded. It is the corrugated profiling of the rabbet edge surface which avoids a continuous air flow and suction effect. Preferably, the gap space is not less than 10 mm, in particular less than 20 mm, and should preferably be between 10 and 100 mm.
In a further development of the invention, a paper web section pulled down extends into the gap space of two adjacent paper web stacks.
