Kunststoff oder Aluminium) benötigt. Für eine Duschgelegenheit, die an drei Seiten geschlossen ist, kann die Erfindung aus nur der Wandhalterung (Pos. 1) und einem beweglichen Türelement (Pos. 3), sowie einem passenden Überzug aus wasserfestem, waschbarem Stoff (Pos. 8) bestehen. Auch für eine Badewanne kann die Erfindung angepasst werden. In diesem Fall bestünde die Erfindung dann aus einer Wandhalterung (Pos. 1) und einem feststehenden Teil (Pos. 2), an das mit Scharnieren (Pos. 4) ein bewegliches Element (Pos. 3) befestigt ist, sowie dem passenden Überzug aus wasserdichtem, waschbarem Stoff (Pos. 8). Die Wandhalterung wird beginnend an der Oberkante der Duschtasse (Pos. 7) bzw. Badewanne an der Wand befestigt. Das feststehende Element ist stabil mit der Wandhalterung verbunden. Feststehendes Element und Türelement sind durch Scharniere (Pos. 4) beweglich miteinander verbunden. Die Elemente bestehen aus einer Rahmenkonstruktion aus wasserunempfindlichem Material und bilden das Grundgerüst für einen Duschvorhang, der einem Bettbezug (3, Pos. 8) ähnlich, über das ganze Gestell gezogen und an der Wandhalterung befestigt wird. Die Rahmenkonstruktion hat am unteren Rand ca. 10 cm Abstand (1, Pos. 5) zur Duschtasse bzw. Badewanne. Dieser gewährleistet eine einfache Reinigung des Tassenrandes bzw. Wannenrandes. Um auch die Treffkante (3, Pos. 10), an der die beiden Duschelemente zusammentreffen spritzwasserdicht zu machen, überlappen die beiden Duschvorhangteile (Fig. Einzelheit B) an dieser Stelle und verschließen sich automatisch durch eingearbeitete Magnete. Der Duschvorhang ist an der Oberseite sowie an der Treffkante geschlossen. Für eine leichtere Handhabung beim Aufziehen, kann die untere Seite zuerst offen sein und nach dem Aufziehen evtl. per Reißverschluss (Pos. 12) geschlossen werden.
