Abstract

Fitnessgürtel, bestehend aus einem Gürtel (1) und einem mobilem Trainingsgerät (2), das in den Gürtel eingeklippst/eingehängt ist.

Description

  • Das Modul ist in einem Gürtel zum umschnallen fixiert/eingeklippst.
  • In diesem Modul sitzt eine Spule auf der eine Schnur/Seil auf-Zug gelagert ist.
  • Dieser Gegenzug ist beliebig einstellbar über außenliegende Knöpfe/Schiebeschalter.
  • Die Schnur/Seil wird über ein flexibles ”Auge” nach außen geführt, sodass ein freies Bewegen möglich ist. Am Ende der Schnur/Seil ist eine Schlaufe die zum befestigen an Arme, Füße oder Gegenstände dient.
  • Der Einsatz dieses Moduls kann z. B beim Joggen, Nordic Walking, Aerobic, gehen und laufen, Workout beim Joggen/Nordic Walking, spatzieren gehen und vielem mehr eingesetzt werden.

Claims (8)

  1. Fitnessgürtel, bestehend aus einem Gürtel (1) und einem mobilem Trainingsgerät (2), das in den Gürtel eingeklippst/eingehängt ist.
  2. Fitnessgürtel ist dadurch gekennzeichnet dass er auf verschiedene Größen eingestellt werden Kann (3), und an mehreren Punkten die Möglichkeit bietet das mobile Trainingsgerät Einzuklipssen/einzuhängen.
  3. Das mobile Trainingsgerät kennzeichnet sich dadurch, dass aus dem Gehäuse ein Seilzug/Schnurr Kommt (4), an dem am anderen Ende eine Schlaufe (5) oder Handschuh eingeklippst ist.
  4. das mobile Trainingsgerät hat an dieser Schlaufe einen Klettverschluss (6) der es ermöglicht den Durchmesser dieser Schlaufe individuell einzustellen.
  5. Das mobile Trainingsgerät hat am Gehäuse (10) zusätzlich eine Schlaufe (7) die auch wie unter Vorgenannter Position ausgeführt ist.
  6. Das mobile Trainingsgerät hat im inneren eine Feder die diesen Seilzug/Schnurr auf Zug im Gehäuse hält.
  7. Das mobile Trainingsgerät hat am Austritt des Seilzuges/Schnurr aus dem Gehäuse, eine Kugel (8) Die das rotieren des Seilzuges/Schnurr um 360° ermöglicht.
  8. Das mobile Trainingsgerät hat an der Außenseite Knöpfe/Schieber (9) die das verstellen der Innenliegenden Feder auf mehr Zug oder weniger Zug ermöglichen.
