Abstract

Kopfkissen aus Schaumstoff mit aus einem Quader o. ä. von ca. 25 × 25 × 11 cm3 (Länge × Breite × Höhe) anatomiegerecht ausgeformten Mulden für Rücken- oder Bauchlage (bzw. Gesichtslage), dadurch gekennzeichnet, a) daß es in Augenhöhe eine paßgerechte, bis unten durchgehende Aussparung (3) aufweist, die ein müheloses Einführen einer Videobrille, z. Während medizinischer und zahnmedizinischer Eingriffe begrüßen es viele Patienten, wenn sie dabei ein Angebot zur Ablenkung und Unterhaltung angeboten bekommen. Hierfür eignen sich Videobrillen, die das Betrachten von Filmen oder auch die Ausführung von PC-gestützten Anwendungen, etwa Spielen, ermöglichen. Eine solche Videobrille ist der „cinemizer” der Firma Carl Zeiss, welche auch dreidimensionale Anwendungen erlaubt. Eine genaue Beschreibung dieser Brille findet sich unter cinemizer.de (abgerufen am 12.08.2011) . Charakteristisch für diese Videobrille sind u. a. die recht weit, fast bis zum Hinterkopf, reichenden Brillenbügel, welche als Schiene dienen, um mit Hilfe von zusätzlichen Clips die Brille sicher hinter den Ohren zu befestigen.During medical and dental interventions, many patients are pleased to be offered distraction and entertainment. Naturgemäß sind für die verschiedenen Lagerungsarten jeweils gesonderte Kissen nötig, die sich in ihren Formen teils erheblich voneinander unterscheiden. Dies bedingt z. Zum Stand der Technik gehören indes auch Vorrichtungen für Bauchlagerungen (oder genauer: Gesichtslagerungen), die im weitesten Sinne als Modifikationen von Kissen für Rückenlagerungen aufgefaßt werden können, indem sie zusätzlich Aussparungen für Augen und Nase (und ggf. einen Narkosetubus) aufweisen. Aufgrund der anatomischen Gegebenheiten liegt es nahe, solche Aussparungen T-förmig auszuführen. Ausgangspunkt der Erfindung ist ein herkömmliches quaderförmiges Schaumstoffkissen mit annähernd quadratischem Grundriß, wobei die Seitenlänge ca. 25 cm beträgt. Für Kopf und Nacken ist eine an die anatomische Form angepaßte Mulde eingearbeitet, wobei deren Kopfteil (1) übergangslos in den Nackenteil (2) übergeht. 1 zeigt ein solches Kissen für die Rückenlage mit ausgeformter Kopf- und Nackenmulde. Die Höhe beträgt ca. 10–12 cm. Zur Nomenklatur sei erwähnt, daß – in bezug auf den liegenden Patienten – das nackenseitige Ende des Kissens im folgenden „Vorderseite” genannt wird, während das scheitelwärtige Ende als „Hinterseite” bezeichnet wird (siehe hierzu 3). Die Bezeichnungen „oben” und „unten” werden in bezug auf die Position des Kissens zur Unterlage verstanden. Bei dieser Formgebung ist einerseits gewährleistet, daß in Seitenlage nur so wenig Druck auf die Wangen ausgeübt wird, daß der Komfort des Liegens nicht beeinträchtigt ist, während andererseits auch bei dieser Kissenkonfiguration noch eine Rückenlage mit ausreichendem Seitenhalt für den Kopf möglich ist. Dies ist z. B. dann von Vorteil, wenn im Rahmen eines medizinischen Eingriffs eine Umlagerung von Rücken- auf Seitenlage bzw. umgekehrt erforderlich ist, da man sich dann zeitraubende Umbauten des Kissens ersparen kann, indem man von es von vornherein für die Seitenlage konfiguriert.As will be described later, the pad can be tilted sideways by about 30-40 ° with the help of its wedge-shaped lower parts, in order to allow a lateral position of the head in this way.
