Definitions
- the invention relates to lamellar with integrable shoulder lowering according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the shoulder joint forms the movable connection between the shoulder blade and the humerus.
- the healthy shoulder joint has the highest mobility, because it is mainly secured by the rotator cuff.
- the mobility is hardly limited by the bone structure.
- the entire shoulder joint can change position by moving the scapula. Only then is it possible to bring the arm and the hand in many different positions and carry out a variety of activities.
- the lying surface has an upper and a lower row of mutually parallel slats, which are connected by extending transversely to the slats elastic body with each other, wherein the elastic body up and down have tabs in the slats can be inserted.
- a disadvantage of this known lying surface with two slats is that at high loads by a person sleeping there with heavy body weight results in an unfavorable pressure distribution in the bed.
- the slatted frame is not suitable for people with shoulder diseases, since the support surface is designed to be equally hard.
- Another known method is that the lamellae of the upper row of lamellae in the shoulder area are provided with thinner, cut-in or perforated lamellas. As a result, the clamping force of the individual slats is reduced - the contact pressure is reduced.
- the disadvantage is that a good match to different body sizes, body shapes and especially different body weights is very expensive.
- a lamellar grate which has a plurality of transversely or perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the grate arranged upper lamellae, which are each held at both ends on a plate carrier or on a plate carrier section and form a slatted base support surface for a bed support.
- the lamellar grid has a recess in which an elastic body is arranged, which forms part of the slatted base support surface and is supported on the lower plate carrier or on the lower lamellae.
- the elastic body is thus easily inserted into the resulting gap or recess and rests on the lower row of lamellae. As a result, a certain material-related softness factor can be achieved.
- This type of storage has the disadvantage that, from an orthopedic point of view, this is often inadequate, since these cushion inserts react only passively to body movements and the respective contact pressure. As a result, the actual shoulder sag in combination with the overlying mattress is insufficient in most cases, since the shoulder can sink too low for a stronger cushioning material down and softer padding material is too low stabilizing and supporting effect.
- a slatted frame which has a recess in the region of the slats, in which a holding device with a cushion can be suspended.
- the holding device is designed as a trough made of steel or plastic, in which the pad is inserted.
- the holding device is attached to the lateral longitudinal members of the frame, which is a major drawback, since a (pressure) load on the pad a hard transition between the pad and the adjacent slats arises.
- Object of the present invention is therefore to provide an integrable and easy mountable shoulder lowering for double-sided lamellar gratings, by which an orthopedic-anatomically correct lowering of the shoulder zone in the lateral position and an equally correct storage, stabilization and support in the supine position is achieved ,
- lamellar grid has at least one recess, wherein in this area an insert can be suspended, which receives a resilient insert body and this spaced from the lower row of lamellae.
- the insert is designed as a hanging bag and has in its longitudinal extent at its two ends loops, in which the upper slats are inserted. It is also possible that the suspension insert has in its edge regions rubber rapes or the like, with which a slight connection to the adjacent rows of lamellae is possible.
- the hanging insert preferably consists of an elastic, preferably textile material. However, any other flexible material for hanging use is possible.
- the insert body In the hanging insert an insert body is used, which is referred to below as shoulder-lowering or textile use.
- the insert body consists of a soft, elastic material.
- the suspension insert and the insert body form a part.
- the insert body at its edge regions in each case loops, via which a connection to the slats of the upper row of lamellae can be produced.
- the suspension insert is arranged together with the insert body in the recess so that they form a flat surface with the lying surface.
- the insert body has a concave or convex curvature relative to the lying surface.
- the loop extends over the entire width of the recess and is penetrated by at least one lamella.
- a plurality of individual loops are arranged over the width of the recess on the suspension insert, which are penetrated by at least one lamella.
- the recess in the slatted base in the area of the upper row of slats either already exists at the factory or can be subsequently formed by simply removing a plurality of upper slats.
- the suspension insert is then hung in the last, upper row of lamella in front of the recess, so that the textile insert forms a slightly sagging pocket for receiving an insert body.
- the recess in the upper row of lamellae is arranged in the region of the shoulder.
- the number of the recess is not limited to one.
- a plurality of recesses along the longitudinal extension of the slatted frame are arranged.
- suspension insert with its peripheral loops with several rows of lamellae.
- suspension insert does not necessarily have to be connected to the last row of louvres in front of the recess, but can also be connected, for example, to the penultimate row of louvres in front of the recess.
- the main advantage of the suspension application is that the pressure and tension movements resulting from body weight and body movements during sleep allow an interactive, anatomically adjusted lowering and simultaneous stabilization of the shoulder zone.
- the insert body is thus not only in the recess, but is in communication with the upper row of lamellae. At every movement of the body on the lamellar grate, a compensatory movement over the suspension insert relative to the insert body takes place at the same time.
- the hanging insert used in the form of an elastic, padded textile part is free-hanging ("hammock principle") and does not rest on the lower row of lamellae.
- the integrable shoulder-lowering is automatically reflected in the edge areas lifted up, those lamellae to which the tab is attached, tilt by the resulting traction slightly upward and thus the height difference between shoulder and head is optimally balanced.
- the spine thus remains in a straight, relaxed position even in the critical cervical spine area. If the sleeper rotates at night from the lateral position on the back or even in the prone position, the integrable shoulder depression is automatically returned together with the lamellar grid back to the orthopedically correct starting position.
- the integrable shoulder depression with the interactions and interactions between lamellar rust, rubber mattress and Schafschurwollauflage and the body of the sleeper corresponds, especially in lateral position, where the contact pressure in the shoulder region is correspondingly large.
- a thin padding and filling layer preferably made of sheep's wool and a shell made of 100% cotton, a high air permeability and a good moisture exchange are ensured, which supports a pleasant and healthy sleeping climate.
- the integrable, textile shoulder zone responds to weight transfers, body shapes and positional changes due to the textile parts associated with the lamellar grid, such as a sensitive sensor on the shoulder, back and neck area of the sleeper.
- the lamellar grate 1 is preferably installed in a bed frame, wherein the bed frame in a conventional manner consists of two mutually parallel side walls, which have on their inner side corresponding to the circumferential direction of the bed extending side rails on which the fin shelf 1 rests.
- the lamellar grid 1 consists of a plurality of mutually parallel upper and lower lamellae 3, 10.
- the lamellae 10 in this case form the underside of the lying surface, while the lamellae 3 form the upper side of the lying surface 2.
- Each disk carrier 4 preferably has a square cross-section with a square side length of about 8 cm.
- the plate carrier 4 As a preferred material for the plate carrier 4, a latex material or a textile material is used.
- the plate carrier 4 may for example be formed as a belt, wherein it has along its longitudinal extent numerous slots in which the upper and lower plates 3, 10 are inserted and held there. With the plate carrier 4, it is possible to align the slats 3, 10 in both the horizontal and in the vertical direction against each other.
- Each blade 3, 10 is preferably made of a solid wood material having a width of about 3 cm, with a thickness of about 8 mm, wherein the blades 3, 10 are arranged at a mutual distance of about 10 cm.
- the blade may also consist of another material, such as plastic.
- the lamellar grid 1 along its longitudinal extent to individual recesses 6, 7, 8, in which an insert body 9 is used.
- the recess is achieved by a partial removal from the upper lamellae 3.
- the insert body 9 is in this case every time on a lamellar row formed by the lower slats 10.
- the lamellar grate 1 according to the invention is shown in a plan view.
- the plate carriers 4 for the lamellae 3, 10 extend along the longitudinal extent of the lamellar grid 1.
- the lamellae 3, 10 are detachably inserted into the plate carrier 4 and are held there.
- the textile plate carrier 4 can also be sewn to the lamellae 3, 10 via a thread.
- the fin shelf 1 has in the upper head of a lamella 5, which is formed by at least 5 upper fins 3.
- a recess 6 which is preferably in the region of the shoulder, the person lying on the lamellar 1, is.
- the recess 6 is designed, for example, in such a way that approximately 5-6 upper lamellae 3 are missing, the lower lamellae 10 still being present in this area (recess 6).
- FIG. 1 are along the longitudinal extent of the lamellar grate 1 even more recesses 7, 8 are present, which are, for example, at the level of the human hip or at the level of the human knee.
- the edge region of the recess 6 is formed by lamellae 17, 18, the lamella 17, the upper edge region and the lamellae 18 forming the lower edge region of the recess 6.
- an elastic insert body 9 used, which is connected via a hanging insert 12 with loops with the edge-side fins 17, 18.
- the suspension insert 12 is preferably formed as a hanging bag and has at its two spaced ends each loop-like insertion openings into which the slats 17, 18 are inserted.
- the hanging insert 12 is made of a textile material and forms a slightly sagging insert, which carries and holds the insert body 9 in the region of the recess 6.
- the length of the suspension insert 12 is in this case selected so that the insert body 9 is spaced from the lower blades 10.
- the suspension insert 12 may comprise further fastening means, such as hook-and-loop fasteners, by means of which a releasable connection with the insert body 9 can be produced.
- FIG. 2 the lamellar grate 1 which is essential to the invention is shown, which has two recesses 6, 7 in the region of the upper lamellae 3 along its longitudinal extent.
- a suspension insert 12 preferably has loops in the edge region, which are penetrated by the edge-side lamellae 17, 18.
- the hanging insert 12 is in this case designed such that it forms a kind of hanging mat in the recess 6 and has a distance 13 with respect to the lower slats 10.
- suspension insert 12 is always dimensioned so that it never comes to a touch of the lower slats 10.
- FIG. 3 a further embodiment of the invention is shown.
- the suspension insert 12 and the insert body 9 form a part and are arranged in a recess 6.
- the suspension insert 12 always has a certain distance 13 from the lower lamellae 10. The distance 13 is always so great that even with large pressure loads on the upper blades 3 or the insert body 9 no contact between the suspension insert 12 and the lower blades 10 is made.
- FIG. 4 With the FIG. 4 the attachment 14 between the upper blades 3 and the suspension insert 12 or the insert body 9 in the region of a recess 6, 7, 8 is shown.
- the attachment 14 is preferably via loops, which are firmly connected to the suspension insert 12 and are penetrated by the upper lamellae 3.
- attachment 14 between the suspension insert 12 and the slats 3 can be used. These could be, for example, a metal connection in the form of a clamp or a rubber-like connection.
- the invention is not limited to an arrangement of the attachment 14 on the suspension insert 12.
- the fasteners 14 may also be arranged directly on the insert body 9.
- FIG. 5 the compensatory movement of the upper fins 3 is shown when pressurized.
- suspension insert 12 is stretched, which preferably consists of a textile material. Because the suspension insert 12 is connected to the edge-side lamellae 17, 18, there is an interactive compensation movement between the lamellae and the insert body 9.
- the slats 3, 17, 18 move in the direction of arrow 15, 16 when a compressive force is applied to suspension insert 12.
- the slats 3 thus rotate with the insert body 9 down. This makes it possible for the first time to eliminate the hard transitions between the edge-side fins 17, 18 and the suspension insert 9.
- the hanging insert 12 is shown together with the insert body 9, which consist of a padded or unpadded cloth body, which bridge the recess 6, 7,8 in the manner of a hammock.
- Both parts 9, 12 can be used as an accessory later in an existing lamella 1.
- the shoulder lowering which is formed from the hanging insert 12 and the insert body 9, of a textile material which includes a filler of, for example, rubbish or latex.
- the invention also claims protection for an accessory for a lamellar grate 1, which is designed as a hanging insert 12, which is always spaced from the lower lamellar plane 10 and bridges the recess 6, 7, 8 in the lying surface (2) load-absorbing.
- the hanging insert 12 may consist of a padded or unpadded cloth body, which bridges the recess 6, 7, 8 in the manner of a hammock.

Description
The invention relates to lamellar with integrable shoulder lowering according to the preamble of
In order to fulfill a sleep medical requirement for healthy sleep, orthopedic-anatomical correct positioning of the body during sleep is very important. For example, it is already known from sleep medicine and orthopedics that in addition to the lumbar region, it is above all the shoulder zone that has to be properly relieved and accordingly stabilized during sleep.
The shoulder joint forms the movable connection between the shoulder blade and the humerus. Of all the ball joints of the human body, the healthy shoulder joint has the highest mobility, because it is mainly secured by the rotator cuff. Thus, the mobility is hardly limited by the bone structure. In addition, the entire shoulder joint can change position by moving the scapula. Only then is it possible to bring the arm and the hand in many different positions and carry out a variety of activities.
Der orthopädisch-anatomischen Schulter-Absenkung kommt sowohl was die Regernation der Schulterzone, als auch was die Gesamtschlafqualität anbelangt größte Bedeutung zu.The statistics show that in Germany alone 10-15% of adults already suffer from chronic shoulder pain. Often it is inflammatory diseases (omarthritis). Significant pain and functional disorders may result from accident or degeneration-related impairments. Another common condition is mucosal irritation of the shoulder joint (subacomeal bursitis). The orthopedic-anatomical shoulder lowering is of great importance in terms of regrenation of the shoulder zone as well as overall sleep quality.
As far as the mattress substructure is concerned, orthopedic-anatomical, above all double-sided, preferably free-swinging lamellar gratings in combination with a 5.0-7.5 cm thick rubber mattress and a sheep's wool overlay advantageous for the bed climate have proved successful.
In the double-sided lamella grates, it has also proved to be disadvantageous that due to the body weight in the shoulder area often too much back pressure of the lower lamella series arises, which can lead to tension and circulatory disorders during sleep.
Studies and surveys have shown that about 60% of all people are side sleepers. This sleeping posture is extremely popular because it relieves organs, spine and joints. In particular, side-sleeper with broad, pronounced shoulders require a flexible, automatically adaptable shoulder-lowering so that the cervical spine is relieved and the shoulder area can sink into the mattress according to the orthopedic-anatomical requirements.
In order to store orthopedically correct shoulder areas in particular, there are a number of structural mechanical and material-related shoulder depressions for double-sided lamellar gratings. However, from a sleep-medical and orthopedic point of view, these do not provide adequate functional shoulder zones. Especially for people with pressure sensitive Shoulder joints that sleep mainly on the side, such functional shoulder zones are very important. This is the only way to avoid sleep-disturbing pain impulses and, at the same time, to promote a regeneration of the shoulder zone through the sleep process. In particular, it affects individuals who suffer from acute or chronic shoulder problems such as calculus shoulder arthritis, impingement syndrome, rotator cuff tears, etc., or due to pain sensitivity following accidents and / or surgery.
One solution so far was that in the shoulder area from the upper row of lamellae about 5-6 fins were removed. Through the resulting gap in combination with the mattress and the mattress pad a better sinking of the shoulder zone was possible. At the same time, however, the necessary stabilization and support of the highly mobile shoulder joint is missing in the sleep phase, in which the muscle tone decreases sharply.
It is also possible to remove 5-6 lamellae from the lower lamellar row near the floor in the shoulder area. As a result, although the pressure is reduced upward just above the vane gap area, this in turn also leads to a reduction of the bearing pressure in the shoulder. One of the disadvantages is therefore that although the contact pressure is reduced, but the shoulder can not dodge sufficiently down. This is particularly detrimental to larger body movements and can lead to unwanted wakefulness in pressure and pain sensitive shoulders.
Another known method is that the lamellae of the upper row of lamellae in the shoulder area are provided with thinner, cut-in or perforated lamellas. As a result, the clamping force of the individual slats is reduced - the contact pressure is reduced. The disadvantage is that a good match to different body sizes, body shapes and especially different body weights is very expensive.
The elastic body is thus easily inserted into the resulting gap or recess and rests on the lower row of lamellae. As a result, a certain material-related softness factor can be achieved. This type of storage has the disadvantage that, from an orthopedic point of view, this is often inadequate, since these cushion inserts react only passively to body movements and the respective contact pressure. As a result, the actual shoulder sag in combination with the overlying mattress is insufficient in most cases, since the shoulder can sink too low for a stronger cushioning material down and softer padding material is too low stabilizing and supporting effect.
By resting the elastic body on the lower row of lamella this is pressed against the upper slats up, which often prevents sufficient shoulder lowering. This results in two hard transitions - one between the elastic body and the lamellar Headboard and one between the elastic body and the remaining, lamellar, lower part of the grate.
The holding device is attached to the lateral longitudinal members of the frame, which is a major drawback, since a (pressure) load on the pad a hard transition between the pad and the adjacent slats arises.
Object of the present invention is therefore to provide an integrable and easy mountable shoulder lowering for double-sided lamellar gratings, by which an orthopedic-anatomically correct lowering of the shoulder zone in the lateral position and an equally correct storage, stabilization and support in the supine position is achieved ,
An essential feature of the invention is that the lamellar grid has at least one recess, wherein in this area an insert can be suspended, which receives a resilient insert body and this spaced from the lower row of lamellae.
In a first preferred embodiment, the insert is designed as a hanging bag and has in its longitudinal extent at its two ends loops, in which the upper slats are inserted.
It is also possible that the suspension insert has in its edge regions rubber rapes or the like, with which a slight connection to the adjacent rows of lamellae is possible.
The hanging insert preferably consists of an elastic, preferably textile material. However, any other flexible material for hanging use is possible.
In the hanging insert an insert body is used, which is referred to below as shoulder-lowering or textile use. The insert body consists of a soft, elastic material.
In a further preferred embodiment, the suspension insert and the insert body form a part. Thus, the insert body at its edge regions in each case loops, via which a connection to the slats of the upper row of lamellae can be produced.
The suspension insert is arranged together with the insert body in the recess so that they form a flat surface with the lying surface. In a further embodiment, the insert body has a concave or convex curvature relative to the lying surface.
The loop extends over the entire width of the recess and is penetrated by at least one lamella. However, it is also possible that a plurality of individual loops are arranged over the width of the recess on the suspension insert, which are penetrated by at least one lamella.
The recess in the slatted base in the area of the upper row of slats either already exists at the factory or can be subsequently formed by simply removing a plurality of upper slats. The suspension insert is then hung in the last, upper row of lamella in front of the recess, so that the textile insert forms a slightly sagging pocket for receiving an insert body.
Preferably, the recess in the upper row of lamellae is arranged in the region of the shoulder. However, it is also possible along the longitudinal extent of the slatted base at another location, such as e.g. in the hip area. Also, the number of the recess is not limited to one. Of course, a plurality of recesses along the longitudinal extension of the slatted frame are arranged.
Likewise, it would also be possible to arrange over the width of the slatted base a plurality of recesses, in which a suspension insert can be used together with an elastic insert body.
Of course, it is also possible to connect the suspension insert with its peripheral loops with several rows of lamellae. Also, the suspension insert does not necessarily have to be connected to the last row of louvres in front of the recess, but can also be connected, for example, to the penultimate row of louvres in front of the recess.
The main advantage of the suspension application is that the pressure and tension movements resulting from body weight and body movements during sleep allow an interactive, anatomically adjusted lowering and simultaneous stabilization of the shoulder zone.
The insert body is thus not only in the recess, but is in communication with the upper row of lamellae. At every movement of the body on the lamellar grate, a compensatory movement over the suspension insert relative to the insert body takes place at the same time.
Thus, an orthopedically correct storage, stabilization and relief of the shoulder joint and the entire shoulder zone during sleep and especially in lateral position but also in the supine position is achieved.
It is particularly advantageous that the hanging insert used (integrable shoulder depression) in the form of an elastic, padded textile part is free-hanging ("hammock principle") and does not rest on the lower row of lamellae.
This creates automatic, the physique and in particular the shoulder region corresponding freedom of movement down and is stabilized at the same orthopedically correct point by the train generated by the train, which on the one hand leads to the desired relief of the shoulder joint and the shoulder zone and on the other hand also allows the necessary support and stabilization ,
At the same time, by attaching the integrable shoulder drop to the adjacent lamellae, an optimal and flexible adaptation of the shoulder zone without time delay occurs with larger body movements such as turning from the side to the back and vice versa.
With the own body weight of the sleeper in the lateral position, the integrable shoulder-lowering is automatically reflected in the edge areas lifted up, those lamellae to which the tab is attached, tilt by the resulting traction slightly upward and thus the height difference between shoulder and head is optimally balanced. The spine thus remains in a straight, relaxed position even in the critical cervical spine area. If the sleeper rotates at night from the lateral position on the back or even in the prone position, the integrable shoulder depression is automatically returned together with the lamellar grid back to the orthopedically correct starting position.
Furthermore, it is advantageous that the integrable shoulder depression, with the interactions and interactions between lamellar rust, rubber mattress and Schafschurwollauflage and the body of the sleeper corresponds, especially in lateral position, where the contact pressure in the shoulder region is correspondingly large.
By using a thin padding and filling layer, preferably made of sheep's wool and a shell made of 100% cotton, a high air permeability and a good moisture exchange are ensured, which supports a pleasant and healthy sleeping climate.
For optimum function of the integrable shoulder lowering, it is preferred to use correspondingly surface-elastic, thin rubber mattresses so that no unnecessary and orthopedically undesirable back pressure is generated in the shoulder area.
The integrable, textile shoulder zone responds to weight transfers, body shapes and positional changes due to the textile parts associated with the lamellar grid, such as a sensitive sensor on the shoulder, back and neck area of the sleeper.
Due to the special "hammock technique", the integrable shoulder lowering always yields with the correct intensity and supports point elastically according to orthopedic-anatomical requirements. This elastic, padded textile insert sensitively absorbs every shoulder movement compensates for this in such a way that shoulder pressure, shoulder muscles, tendons and ligaments are stabilized during sleep and still not impaired in the blood circulation. Overall, a better sleep quality is possible and in particular optimal regeneration of the entire shoulder, neck and spine area.
