Description
The invention relates to a sports bandage, for stabilization and controlled heat transfer, consisting of a material blank which has at least two of its ends connecting elements for releasably closing the bandage.
Allgemein müssen Sportbandagen bestimmten Anforderungen genügen. In general, sports bandages must meet certain requirements.
On the one hand, joints or muscle areas should be stabilized and supported, eg. B. by an integration of stabilizing elements, such as rails or pads.
Zum Anderen sollen Sportbandagen Wärmen und die Belastbarkeit von Muskeln, Sehnen und Bändern in Aktivphasen des Körpers erhöhen. On the other hand, sports bandages should increase warmth and increase the capacity of muscles, tendons and ligaments in active phases of the body.
Sports bandages should, if possible, minimize pain and thus medical treatments by indirectly influencing supply systems and nerve structures.
Another task of sports bandages is to improve movement through a uniform compression of muscles and joint areas.
Furthermore, the requirement is made on sports bandages by micro massage to promote blood circulation in order to accelerate metabolic processes, so that therapy, rehabilitation and regeneration times are shortened.
Even the skin breathing should not be prevented. The aim of sports bandages is to remove the distribution of accumulating condensation water from sensitive areas to areas where evaporation cooling does not harm.
Studies on the implementation of these requirements in commercial sports bandages are z. B. in the investigation report of the Institute of Applied Ergonomics, Trageversuche to determine the temperature and humidity behavior of knee and back bandages under increased load, Munich 1996, the general public accessible.

Microperforations characterize permeable bodies and fabrics due to the finest quality embossed material and fabric recesses. For this purpose, the perforation object is pierced with a fine needle knife. On a distance of one centimeter, several dozen fine needles are arranged side by side, so that several needles per millimeter needles the perforation object. An alternative to the needling of objects is perforating by laser radiation of the same.
A disadvantage of the construction of sports bandages of the prior art is the removal of sweat through the sports bandages. There are no solutions to allow a controlled removal of sweat. In particular, it is not possible to allow the removal of sweat from certain regions below a sports bandage to selected regions.
The material of commercial sports bandages is generally neoprene. This was developed mainly for industrial purposes and is hardly suitable for use as a sports bandage. It is not able to ensure a controlled removal of heat and condensation.
The removal of sweat commercial sports bandages follows the uncontrolled forming thermal gradients between the skin, sports bandage and the environment. It is therefore not possible to realize a desired gas and / or liquid transport within sports bandages and thus to achieve a gentle, healing or exonerating influence on selected body zones.
Einschichtige Sportbandagen, insbesondere aus Neopren hergestellte, verlieren ihre Formstabilität, sie schnüren dabei oft Köperteile ab.Single-layer sports bandages, especially those made of neoprene, lose their dimensional stability, often tying off body parts.
The object of the invention is to propose a sports bandage, which allows improved gas, heat, and fluid transport, in particular from the skin to the environment, and thereby fulfills a variety of general requirements for sports bandages.
This object is achieved in a sports bandage, for stabilization and controlled heat transfer, consisting of a material blank having at least two of its ends connecting elements for releasably closing the bandage, characterized in that at least three functional layers are provided.
- [A2] In a preferred embodiment, the three functional layers are an outer layer facing away from the skin, as a textile lamination, preferably of synthetic fibers, a middle layer, of polymeric material, preferably driven synthetic rubber, and an inner layer facing the skin, in particular made of a fabric of synthetic fibers, consisting formed.
- [A3] If a textile functional layer with a jacquard pattern is formed on at least one side, preferably on the skin-facing side, forming inner layer, the sports bandage, a guiding of the sweat in the jacquard structure of the inner layer is supported. Advantageously, the sweat is passed along the fabric of the jacquard pattern. Thus, a controlled removal or distribution of sweat in the longitudinal direction of the extremity is possible. Surprisingly, the sweat is distributed under the sports bandage, so that a transport of regions of high sweat production takes place in such low production. Along with this, a uniform heat intake takes place. Side effects of externally transported and evaporated sweat, especially in long term applications, are minimized.
- [A4] The measure that the jacquard pattern is formed either periodically or irregularly or both, allows a targeted adaptation of the pattern to different body areas and treatment situations. Both different periodic or irregular patterns can be used to control the drainage and conduction of sweat under the sports bandage.
- [A5] In a preferred embodiment, the pattern is a cross-linked pattern, in particular from channels and their nodes forming executed. The outflow and the distribution of sweat are thus surprisingly improved. The channels act as a distribution system, advantageously influenced by the fabric material, the thickness of the channels and the size of the nodes influence on the distribution properties, eg. B. the distribution speed can be taken.
- [A6] It is particularly useful if at least one of the functional layers, preferably the middle layer, is perforated, in particular microperforated.
- [A7] In a preferred embodiment, the microperforation has a hole diameter of 0.05 mm to 3 mm. A variation of the hole diameter over the sports bandage as a function of the body area covering it enables an improved removal of perspiration and thus prevents uneven cooling of the area of the body covered by the entire sports bandage.
- [A8] If the microperforation has a hole density of 10 holes to 100 holes of 1 cm 2 , there is an advantage in having a stable and simultaneously microperforated sports bandage.
- [A9] If the microperforation has a hole area of 5% to 30% of the total area, preferably about 10% -15%, a pattern of the holes adapted to the load of the sports bandage can be used. Different patterns are advantageously line, triangle, quad, hex and circle patterns.
- [A10] In a preferred embodiment, the sports bandage has a total thickness of 3 mm to 8 mm. Such thick sports bandages improve the practicality of his wearer and allow a comfortable non-limiting wearing.
