Abstract
Description
The The present invention relates to a material for the production of Bandages, in particular medical, sports and veterinary medical Bandages.
- They should stabilize and support joints or muscle areas, whereby the direct mechanical effect can be enhanced by integration of additional stabilizing elements (eg rails, pads),
- They should warm and thus contribute to increasing the elasticity and resilience of muscles, tendons and ligaments in active phases of the body, and on the other hand to reduce pain by indirectly influencing supply systems and nerve structures, and thus reduce drug treatment,
- They are intended to improve motion sequences through uniform compression of muscle and joint areas, also during movement, via receptors and proprioceptors,
- - They should promote the circulation through micro-massage, thus accelerating metabolic processes and thus shorten therapy, rehabilitation and regeneration,
- - they should not prevent skin respiration and dissipate the increased condensation caused by higher temperature levels of the sensitive areas where the evaporation does not harm,
- - the components of the bandages should be physiologically harmless,
- - The bandages should be durable, dimensionally stable and easy to clean.
Von
textilen bzw. Wirk-Bandagen ist bekannt (z.B. Untersuchungsbericht
From textile or Wirk-bandages is known (eg investigation report of the Institute of Applied Ergonomics, Munich 1996) that they can meet only a part of these demands:
The condensation is absorbed by the bandage and transported to the outside, where it evaporates and leads to cooling. This can have serious side effects especially with long-term use.
Textile Bandages do not compress evenly and can through the different Stretching of the mesh fabric partially cut, thereby Thrombosis danger exists at the joints. Textile bandages are less dimensionally stable, lose their after a relatively short time their desired Effect, i. the lifetime is limited.
Bandagen-Material
aus getriebenem (geschlossenzelligem) synthetischen Polymeren (z.B. Neopren,
einem synthetischen Chlorkautschuk, oder Polyurethan) haben diese
Nachteile nicht:
sie bilden eine gute Isolationsschicht gegenüber Temperaturänderungen
und Wasser. Die Körperwärme wird
in den durch Bandagen-Material überdeckten
Bereichen am Körper
gehalten, Kälte
von außen wird
am Vordringen zur Hautoberfläche
gehindert.
Untersuchungsbericht).Bandage material made of driven (closed-cell) synthetic polymers (eg neoprene, a synthetic chlorinated rubber, or polyurethane) do not have these disadvantages:
they form a good insulating layer against temperature changes and water. The body heat is held in the areas covered by bandage material on the body, cold from the outside is prevented from penetrating to the skin surface. The condensation water can not evaporate through the bandage material and thus lead to "hypothermia" in sensitive areas (see investigation report mentioned above).
A Compression by the high polymer bandage material is more uniform than in textile bandages. An anatomical preforming is easier. The bandages are long-term dimensional stability. The lifetime is greater than in textile bandages.
The cited Benefits are particularly pronounced with closed-cell neoprene; this material is very elastic, flexible and durable, reasons why it's been around many years as a bandage material is used. Products from this Neoprene are easy to clean.
- Its allergenic and cytotoxic potential due to ingredients (eg plasticizers and other additives) that can react aggressively to the skin and other tissues (examinations of BSL BIOSERVICE Scientific Laboratories GmbH, Planegg, 2002 and 2004),
- - the inability to remove excess heat and condensation in a controlled manner and to ensure skin respiration,
- - his mostly intense unpleasant smell.
Zur Lösung des obigen Problems, der Beseitigung der Nachteile des üblich verwendeten Bandagen-Materials für Neopren-Bandagen, wird mit der vorliegenden Erfindung ein Bandagen-Material mit den Merkmalen von Anspruch 1 vorgeschlagen.to solution the above problem, eliminating the disadvantages of the commonly used Bandage material for Neoprene bandages, with the present invention, a bandage material with the Features proposed by claim 1.
Bevorzugte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Bandagen-Materials sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.preferred Further development of the bandage material according to the invention are in the subclaims specified.
The bandage material according to the invention is characterized by the combination of three layers bonded together, wherein the outer layer consists of a textile lamination of synthetic fibers, natural fibers or a mixture of the two. The middle layer is made of a temperature-and water-insulating polymeric (closed or open-cell) material, esp It is largely odor-neutral, with the inner skin layer lying on top of the skin made of a synthetic fiber, natural fiber or blend fabric from both and is designed as a loop fabric, with the elimination of a portion of the loops patterns arise with channels that produce a pumping effect between the skin and bandage during movement, which allows breathing (air circulation) and provides a controlled heat and perspiration removal.
Die Zeichnungen zeigenThe The present invention will now be described with reference to an embodiment explained in conjunction with two drawings. The drawings show
