Description
Die Feinstaubemission jeglicher Kraftfahrzeuge stellt ein großes Problem im heutigen Straßenverkehr dar. Die Bremsstaubabsorptionsanlage ist ein Gerät, welches den Feinstaubausstoß durch die Bremsanlagen der Verkehrsfahrzeuge verhindert. Das System basiert auf einem Grundkorpus, welcher hinter bzw. im Bremsblock platziert wird. Im Grundkorpus garantieren verschiedene Komponenten die komplette Absorption des Bremsstaubs. Eine Nass-Trockensaugkomponente ist im Grundkörper platziert. Diese saugt den Staub ein und verhindert somit dessen Austreten in die Atmosphäre. Um dieses Absaugen zu vereinfachen zieht zum einen ein sich im Grundkörper befindlicher Elektromagnet den metallischen Abrieb der Bremsbeläge sowie der Bremsscheibe zum Sauger. Zum anderen wird um die Öffnung der Saugkomponente ein elektrostatisches Feld erzeug um die Feinstaubteilchen leichter zum Sauger zu bugsieren. Nach der Einsaugung werden die Teilchen in einem Filtersystem gespeichert. Die gefilterte Luft wird durch die Luftkanäle anschließend wieder entlassen. Das Einsatzgebiet des Systems ist sehr vielfältig: in Pkws, Lkws, Flugzeugen, Schienenfahrzeugen reduziert es die Feinstaubemission um ein deutliches.
