Abstract
Doppelwandbehälter aus
Kunststoff zum Aufnehmen, Servieren oder Transportieren von Lebensmitteln,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die doppelte Wand des Behälters durch
zwei Schalen (1,2) erzeugt wird, die durch eine zusätzlich aufgebrachte
Spritzgussschicht (3) verbunden sind.
Description
- Schalen für Lebensmittel, wie zum Beispiel Eis, Salat, Soßen oder Getränke werden heute überwiegend aus Glas oder Porzellan erstellt. Diese Materialien haben große Vorteile in den Dauergebrauchseigenschaften, wie zum Beispiel die Spülmaschinenfestigkeit, die hygienischen Eigenschaften und die Kratzunempfindlichkeit..
- Isolierende Wirkungen können durch diese Produkte allerdings nicht oder nur begrenzt erzeugt werden. In den meisten Fällen werden Teller oder Schalen dieser Machart je nach Anwendungsbereich vorher erwärmt oder gekühlt, um die gewünschte Wirkung zu erzielen. Wärmeisolierende Behälter aus Kunststoff werden bislang meist nur zu Bechern oder Tassen verarbeitet. Diese sind in der Regel entweder durch eine Clipsverbindung oder Klebetechnik miteinander verbunden, oder sie werden mittels Ultraschall dauerhaft miteinander verschweißt. Eine isolierende Wirkung ist durch diese Verfahren zwar zu erreichen, die heute auf dem Markt befindlichen Behälter zeigen allerdings die Grenzen dieser Technik auf. So muss beim Ultraschallverschweißen die Sonotrodenaufnahme und die richtige Gestaltung des Verschweißbereiches berücksichtigt werden. Eine freie Gestaltung ist mit dieser Technik nicht zu erreichen. Mit einer Clipsverbindung können größere Schalen nicht dauerhaft wasserdicht bzw. spülmaschinenfest verbunden werden und eine Verklebung ist zum Beispiel bei Materialien wie Polypropylen nicht möglich. Im Allgemeinen ist eine Verklebung nur sehr aufwendig herzustellen.
- Vorteilhafte Wirkung der Erfindung:
- Mit der Erfindung wird ein Lebensmittelbehälter erstellt, welcher durch seine Doppelwandigkeit das innenliegende Gut länger kühl bzw. warm oder heiß hält und trotzdem noch gut stapelbar ist.
- Dies hat z.B. den Vorteil, dass man Eis oder Salat im Sommer länger kalt halten kann oder dass warme oder heiße Lebensmittel länger heiß bleiben. Bislang haben solche Behälter sehr dicke Wandstärken und können nur durch aufwendige Verfahren erstellt werden. Durch die spezielle Ausgestaltung der Kunststoffspritzgussteile können die Einzelteile unter Verwendung des Verbindungsspritzgießens direkt in einer Spritzgussmaschine unlösbar miteinander verbunden werden.

Claims (11)
- Doppelwandbehälter aus Kunststoff zum Aufnehmen, Servieren oder Transportieren von Lebensmitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die doppelte Wand des Behälters durch zwei Schalen (
1 ,2 ) erzeugt wird, die durch eine zusätzlich aufgebrachte Spritzgussschicht (3 ) verbunden sind. - Doppelwandbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter trotz der Doppelwandigkeit tief in einen identischen Behälter gestapelt (8) werden kann.
- Doppelwandbehälter zur Aufnahme von Lebensmittel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Luftspalt (
4 ) zwischen Außen- und Innenbehälter in dem Bereich, in dem er die Stapelhöhe bestimmt nur 0,5 – 2mm beträgt. - Doppelwandbehälter zur Aufnahme von Lebensmittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenkontur (
5 ) am Übergang zwischen Wand und Boden reinigungsfreundlich ohne Ecken erstellt ist. - Doppelwandbehälter zur Aufnahme von Lebensmittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenkontur eine vergrößerte Aufstehfläche (
6 ) aufweist, die dennoch leicht zu reinigen ist, da sie keine scharfen Kanten und Ecken aufweist. - Doppelwandbehälter zur Aufnahme von Lebensmittel nach Anspruch 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spalt (
7 ) zwischen Innenwand und der Aufstehfläche mehr als 10mm beträgt. - Doppelwandbehälter zur Aufnahme von Lebensmittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter an der flexiblen Verbindungsnaht (
3 ) durch einen Deckel (9 ) abgedichtet werden kann. - Doppelwandbehälter zur Aufnahme von Lebensmittel nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsnaht (
3 ) aus einem thermoplastischen Elastomer besteht. - Doppelwandbehälter zur Aufnahme von Lebensmittel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsnaht (
3 ) seitlich an der Außenwand angebracht ist. - Doppelwandbehälter zur Aufnahme von Lebensmittel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsnaht oben auf dem Behälter (
10 ) angebracht ist. - Doppelwandbehälter zur Aufnahme von Lebensmittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenbehälter im Bereich der Verbindungsnaht mit Stegen (
12 ) an der Außenwand abgestützt ist, um dem Spritzdruck im Anspritzbereich der Verbindungsnaht entgegenzuwirken.
