Mobiler Kühltunnel zur Produktkühlung nach dem Produktionsvorgang als erstes Glied in der Kühlkette zur Gewährleistung der erforderlichen Produkttemperaturen gemäß den Herstellervorgaben bzw. den gesetzlichen Vorschriften gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der Kühltunnel aus zwei handelsüblichen Seecontainern in isolierter Bauweise besteht. Beide Container haben innen eine mit Edelstahl verkleidete Oberfläche. Diese beiden Container stehen im Betriebszustand übereinander. Wobei der so genannte Tunnelcontainer (1) unten steht und eine einspurige Kettenförderanlage (2) enthält, über die das auf Paletten gelagerte Produkt (3) durch den Kühltunnel befördert wird. Auf dem Tunnelcontainer steht als zweiter Container, der Aggregatscontainer (4) in dem die zur Kühlung notwendigen technischen Einrichtungen, wie Umluftventilatoren (5) Kühler (6) mit Kondensatwanne (7) und Versorgungstrasse (8) enthalten sind. Die Kälteerzeugung erfolgt durch eine gesonderte Einheit. Im Tunnelcontainer befindet sich links und rechts neben der Förderspur eine Überdruck- (9) bzw. eine Unterdruckkammer (10) über die die Kühlluft in den Tunnel eingebracht bzw. wieder abgesaugt wird. Um die eingeblasenen Kühlluft gleichmäßig durch die Produktsteigen zu fördern ist auf der Druckseite ein Lochblechverteiler (11) angebracht. Um eine gleichmäßige Querströmung im Tunnel zu gewährleisten wird die Luft auf der Saugseite über ein Lochblechgleichrichter (12) abgesaugt. Die beiden Container sind mittels, entlang der Längswände im Boden angeordneter Verbindungsöffnungen (13) luftseitig mit der Über- (9) bzw. der Unterdruckkammer (10) verbunden.
