Fig. 3 unterscheidet sich von Fig. 1 im Prinzip nur dadurch, dass statt eines einstückigen und einteiligen Anbindungsprofils ein Anbindungselement 13 verwendet wird, welches aus einer Kederschnur 16 besteht, die von einem Kedereinfaßband gehalten ist, welches mit wenigstens einem Ende 14 (in Fig. 3 sind zwei Enden dargestellt) an der Unterseite des Außenbezugs 11 des Verdecks angeheftet ist, in der Regel ebenfalls durch Verschweißen.Fig. 3 differs from Fig. 1 in principle only in that instead of a one-piece and one-part connection profile, a connection element 13 is used which consists of a piping cord 16 which is held by a piping binding tape which is attached with at least one end 14 (two ends are shown in Fig. 3) to the underside of the outer cover 11 of the convertible top, usually also by welding.
