Abstract

Claims (10)

1. Schwenkverschraubung zum Anschluß einer Rohrleitung an eine in einer Anschlußfläche befindliche Einschraubgewindebohrung,
mit einem Schwenkverschraubungsstutzen, der eine axiale zylindrische Durchgangsbohrung hat, von der radial ein Anschlußstutzen abzweigt, und
mit einer Hohlschraube, die im unteren Bereich des Schraubenschaftes ein Außengewinde und oben am Schraubenschaft einen radial überstehenden Kopf hat, und die eine nach unten offene, axiale Sackbohrung aufweist, die unterhalb des Kopfes in dem Schraubenschaft endet, wo radiale Durchgangsöffnungen im Schraubenschaft ausgebildet sind,
wobei die Hohlschraube axial durch die Durchgangsbohrung des Schwenkverschraubungsstutzens in die Einschraubgewindebohrung einschraubbar ist, und zwischen der Hohlschraube und dem Schwenkverschraubungsstutzen im oberen Bereich oberhalb des Anschlußstutzens eine obere Ringdichtung und im unteren Bereich unterhalb des Anschlußstutzens eine untere Ringdichtung eingesetzt ist, um den Ringspalt zwischen der Hohlschraube und der Durchgangsbohrung im Bereich des Schraubenschaftes bzw. zwischen Schwenkverschraubungsstutzen und Anschlußfläche nach außen abzudichten,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die obere und die untere Ringdichtung als Weichdichtungen (14) ausgebildet sind, die jeweils in eine obere und untere Ringkammer (13, 13') eingesetzt sind, die durch axial offene Ringausnehmungen (11, 12) in der Hohlschraube (3) und/oder des Schwenkverschraubungsstutzens (2) und/oder der Anschlußfläche (5) gebildet werden, die im zusammengesetzten Zustand der Schwenkverschraubung (1) axial gegen korrespondierende Gegenflächen an der Hohlschraube (3) und/oder dem Schwenkverschraubungsstutzens (2) und/oder der Anschlußfläche (5) anliegen und davon geschlossen werden.
