Claims (17)

1. Angelhalter zum Halten und Anschlagen der Angelrute aufweisend
einen in den Erdboden steckbaren Stab (2),
einen Angelrutenträger (22), an dem eine Angelrute (24) lösbar befestigbar und der an dem Stab (2), um eine Achse (20) schwenkbar, angeordnet ist, wobei der Angelrutenträger (22) einen ersten Abschnitt (26) vor und einen zweiten Abschnitt (28) hinter der Achse (20) aufweist,
ein Federelement (46), das einerseits an dem zweiten Abschnitt (28) und andererseits an dem Stab (2) befestigt ist und
ein an dem ersten Abschnitt (26) befestigtes erstes Verbindungsteil (48; 70) und ein an dem Stab (2) befestigtes zweites Verbindungsteil (50; 72), die entgegen der Rückstellkraft des Federelementes (46) derart miteinander verbindbar sind, daß der Angelrutenträger (22) lediglich entgegen der Rückstellkraft des Federelementes (46) um die Achse (20) verschwenkbar ist, wobei das erste und zweite Verbindungsteil (48, 70; 50, 72) derart zusammenwirken, daß sich die Verbindungsteile (48, 70; 50, 72) voneinander lösen, wenn der Angelrutenträger (22) entgegen der Rückstellkraft des Federelementes (46) verschwenkt wird.1. ein erstes Verbindungsteil (48, 70), das mit dem ersten Abschnitt (26) verbindbar ist, und ein zweitens Verbindungsteil (50, 72), das mit dem Stab (2) verbindbar ist, und
ein Federelement (46), das einerseits mit dem Stab (2) und andererseits mit dem zweiten Abschnitt (28) verbindbar ist,
wobei die Verbindungsteile (48, 70; 50, 72) entgegen der Rückstellkraft des Federelementes (46) derart miteinander verbindbar sind, daß der Angelrutenträger (22) lediglich entgegen Rückstellkraft des Federelementes (46) um die Achse (20) verschwenkbar ist, wobei das erste und zweite Verbindungsteil (48, 72; 50, 70)derart ausgebildet sind, daß sich die Verbindungsteile (48, 70; 50, 72) voneinander lösen, wenn der Angelrutenträger (22) entgegen der Rückstellkraft des Federelementes (46) verschwenkt wird.16.
