Claims (13)

1. Netz zum Implantieren in das Lumen eines Körper-Durchganges, um einen Kanal darin auszubilden, wobei das Netz aus einer Anordnung von rohrförmigen Ele­ menten besteht, die längs einer gemeinsamen Längsachse ausgerichtet sind und aufeinanderfolgend miteinander durch entsprechende Sätze von Verkettungsglie­ dern verbunden sind, von denen jedes sich in einem Winkel zur Längsachse er­ streckt, wobei jedes rohrförmige Element aus einem kontinuierlichen Streifen be­ steht, der eine etwa zick-zack-förmige Wellung bildet, die durch einen ersten Satz von gebogenen Teilen, die in einer Richtung gewandt sind, und einen zweiten Satz von gebogenen Teilen, die axial von dem ersten beabstandet sind und die in der entgegengesetzten Richtung gewandt sind, definiert ist, wobei die gebogenen Teile aufeinanderfolgend miteinander in Paaren in entgegengesetzten Richtungen durch geradlinige zwischenliegende Teile verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
  • a) in dem nicht aufgeweiteten Zustand des Netzes die zugewandten, gebogenen Teile, die zu benachbarten rohrförmigen Elementen gehören, in Umfangsrichtung voneinander um einen Abstand versetzt sind, der etwa gleich der Hälfte des Abstandes zwischen den gebogenen Teilen eines jeden Satzes ist,
  • b) jedes der Verkettungsglieder sich von einem gebogenen Teil, der zu einem rohrförmigen Element gehört, zu einem zugewandten gebogenen Teil, das zu dem nächst benachbarten rohrförmigen Element gehört, erstreckt, wobei die gebogenen Teile so miteinander verbunden sind, dass sie in Umfangsrichtung zueinander um einen Abstand versetzt sind, der etwa gleich der Hälfte des Abstandes zwischen den gebogenen Teilen eines jeden Satzes ist, und
  • c) mindestens einige der gewinkelten Verkettungsglieder, in Richtung der Längs­ achse gesehen, in einem entgegengesetzten Winkel zu den übrigen gewinkelten Verkettungsgliedern angeordnet sind.
