State of the art:

The increasing lack of space in inner cities is forcing municipalities to designate their remaining parking spaces as narrow as possible.

However, these narrow parking spaces do not take families, disabled people, parcel services, delivery companies, etc. into consideration.

There is hardly any space left on the sides for loading and unloading children and strollers, wheelchair users, walkers and other disabled people, parcel services, delivery companies, etc.

Another problem is the damage to other already parked vehicles when opening the doors due to a lack of space when loading and unloading vehicles.

Problem:

The invention specified in claim 1 is based on the problem of creating a motor vehicle parking space distance sign (distance sign Fig. 1 or Fig. 2) that can be attached to all parked motor vehicles in order to signal to the other vehicles parked behind that this vehicle (marked with the parking space distance sign) requires more space at the side (e.g. for loading and unloading children and strollers, etc.).

Solution:

This problem is solved with the features listed in claim 1. The plastic car parking space distance sign, which may only be attached to parked vehicles, consists of a horizontal or vertical variant .

The car parking space distance sign (Fig. 1 horizontal or Fig. 2 vertical) is clamped onto the top of the parked vehicle when the side window is closed and thus secured. The "car parking space distance sign" with the respective inscription (Please keep your distance!) and the marking (stroller or wheelchair or parcel service, etc.) signals to all following parked vehicles the required lateral space.

Achieves benefits:

They are characterized by the fact that all following parked vehicles are clearly signaled that the vehicle on which the "vehicle parking space distance sign" is attached needs a little more space on the side to open the doors and to load and unload children and strollers or wheelchairs and rollator users, etc.

This also prevents lateral damage to other vehicles.

The car parking space distance sign is characterized in that it consists of a signal flag ( 1 ), a movable part ( 2 ) in conjunction with a clamping device for car side windows ( 3 ) in a horizontal ( Fig. 1) and a vertical ( Fig. 2) position.
