Claims (3)

1. Nadelfaden-Halteeinrichtung für eine Knopfloch-Nähmaschine,
die Knopfloch-Nähmaschine (1)
  • - mit einer Grundplatte (2) und einem Arm (4),
  • - mit einer in dem Arm (4) verschiebbar gelagerten auf und abgehenden Nadelstange (7) mit einer Nähnadel (8), die ein Öhr (9) für den Nadelfa­ den (10) aufweist,
  • - mit einem beweglich mit der Grundplatte (2) verbundenen Tisch (11) mit einem Klemmhalter (13) für ein Nähgutteil (12),
  • - mit einem an der Grundplatte (2) gelagerten Greiferlager (14) mit einem Fadenschneidmesser (16) und mit der Nähnadel (8) zusammenarbeitende Stichbildemittel (15) zur Ausführung einer Knopfloch-Naht (83; 83'),
die Nadelfaden-Halteeinrichtung (21)
  • - mit einem mit dem Arm (4) befestigten Lager (18),
  • - mit einer Klemme (57), die mit einem Hubantrieb (53) in eine angehobene Stellung entfernt von dem Nähgutteil (12) und in eine abgesenkte Stellung nahe dem Nähgutteil (12) bringbar ist,
  • - mit einem Schiebeantrieb (39) zum Positionieren der Klemme (57) in der abgesenkten Stellung in eine der Nähnadel (12) nahe gelegene Stellung und in eine der Nähnadel (12) entfernt gelegene Stellung,
  • - mit einem Betätigungsantrieb (77) zum Verbringen der Klemme (57) in ei­ ne Fangstellung mit zueinander entfernt befindlichen Klemmstücken (62, 67) und in eine Klemmstellung mit aufeinander gedrückten Klemm­ stücken (62, 67),
  • - wobei die Klemme (57) in der Fangstellung in der vorgeschobenen Stel­ lung in den Arbeitsbereich der Nähnadel (12) bringbar ist, so daß sich das Nadelfaden-Stück (84, 84') nach Beendigung des Nähvorgangs und dem Schneiden des Nadelfadens (10) durch das Fadenschneidmesser (16) von einem Punkt (85; 85') in dem Nähgutteil (12) zu dem Öhr (9) der sich oberhalb des Nähgutteils (12) befindlichen Nähnadel (8) zwischen den Klemmstücken (62, 67) erstreckt,
  • - wobei sich das Nadelfaden-Stück (84; 84) nach Umstellen der Klemme (57) in die Klemmstellung eingeklemmt zwischen den Klemmstücken (62, 67) befindet,
  • - wobei die Klemme (57) von dem Schiebeantrieb (39) und dem Huban­ trieb (53) in die angehobene Stellung mit dem eingeklemmten Nadelfa­ denStück (84; 84') bringbar ist
  • - und wobei für den Neuanfang einer nachfolgend zu erzeugenden Knopfloch-Naht (83; 83') die Klemme (57) mit dem eingeklemmten Nadel­ faden-Stück (84; 84') in die abgesenkte Stellung verbracht wird, bis das Nadelfaden-Stück (84; 84') von anfänglichen Stichen der Knopfloch-Naht (83; 83') übernäht ist,
gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:
  • - die von der Klemme (57) erreichten Stellungen (HK, AK, AVF, AVK) er­ strecken sich in einer Ebene (y-z-Ebene),
  • - in der Fangstellung befinden sich die Klemmstücke (62, 67) derart weit entfernt voneinander, daß sich das zu erfassende Nadelfaden-Stück (84; 84') ungeachtet der Lage des Punktes (85; 85'), an dem das Nadel­ faden-Stück (84; 84') aus dem Nähgutteil (12) austritt, zwischen den Klemmstücken (62, 67) befindet.
