Description
Fig. 1 zeigt ein herkömmliches Fußbodenbelagmaterial aus Holz. Fig. 1 shows a conventional wood flooring material. This flooring material is cut into bars from raw wood blocks, and the bars are installed on concrete floors or the like. Due to the moisture content of concrete floors, after a period of time, the floor part of the wood floor becomes damp and corrodes or warps. To avoid this situation, a protruding frame structure is made on the floor before the wood floor is installed on it, so as to avoid moisture contact with the flooring material. However, this method of flooring production only increases the labor and material costs, and the installation process of the wood floor is complicated. Another conventional type of flooring material is a foam material floor shown in Fig. 2. Before manufacturing (forming) the foam flooring material, a color pigment is added to the raw material that forms the foam material on which a plurality of wood threads are formed. This foam material may look like wood, but in fact it is not real wood. Consequently, this foam material does not give a warm feeling to the user. Furthermore, the wood material and the foam material have great differences in terms of their properties such as external appearance and the real feel of these two materials.

On a core layer 3 formed from a foam material, the protective layers 4, 5 made of fibrous material are applied to the upper surface and the bottom surface of the
Core layer 3 is assembled, forming the upper protection layer 5 and the bottom protection layer 4.
On the upper surface of the upper protective layer 5, a wood layer 6 is glued so that the entire floor covering is formed with high rigidity and strong floor material. According to the present invention, the protective layers 4, 5 are made of fibrous material, namely either a carbon fiber or glass fiber material. The fibrous material is first impregnated with a resin or the resin is added during the heating process so that the fibers of the fibrous material are hardened after heating. The threads of the fibrous material of the protective layers 4, 5 can be either straight threads or crossed threads.
According to the present invention, the top layer of the flooring material is the wood layer 6, which gives a warm feeling, and the appearance of the whole flooring material can be like that of real wood material. The present invention uses small volume of wood to produce a large amount of natural wood flooring material, and therefore avoids the excessive use of wood material and the massive cutting of trees for this wood material. Therefore, the ecological damage to the environment is reduced. In addition, the top part and the bottom part of the core layer 3 are made of fibrous material, which gives the flooring material high rigidity and strength. The core layer 3 and the protective layers 4, 5 have corrosion resistance and moisture resistance.
Therefore, according to the present invention, the durability of the flooring material is increased. The flooring material can also be laid directly on the concrete floor without first forming a frame structure on the floor before laying the flooring material. Consequently, the cost of installing the floor is greatly reduced by using the flooring material of the present invention.
