Claims (4)
- a) als Abdichtungsmaterial der Reaktionsräume ein transparentes, strahlendurchlässiges, gasdichtes, hitzestabiles Verschlußmaterial aufweist, über das
- b) eine deckungsgleiche, flexible Lochmaske positioniert ist, die aus einem flexiblen und thermostabilen Material besteht und mindestens soviel Fenster mit geeignetem Durchmesser aufweist, wie Mehrfachreaktionsräume vorhanden sind, welche so angeordnet sind, daß sie sich beim Auflegen auf den Mehrfachreaktionsraum jeweils exakt über der Mitte der Einzelkavitäten befinden.
