Claims (4)

1. Universell einsetzbare, zweiteilige Verschlußvorrichtung für Mehrfachreaktionsräume, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie
  • a) als Abdichtungsmaterial der Reaktionsräume ein transparentes, strahlendurchlässiges, gasdichtes, hitzestabiles Verschlußmaterial aufweist, über das
  • b) eine deckungsgleiche, flexible Lochmaske positioniert ist, die aus einem flexiblen und thermostabilen Material besteht und mindestens soviel Fenster mit geeignetem Durchmesser aufweist, wie Mehrfachreaktionsräume vorhanden sind, welche so angeordnet sind, daß sie sich beim Auflegen auf den Mehrfachreaktionsraum jeweils exakt über der Mitte der Einzelkavitäten befinden.

Verschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Materialien a) und b) so angeordnet sind, daß sowohl eine Anregung von zugehörigen Chromophoren durch Energiequellen verschiedener Wellenlänge als auch eine Detektion simultan direkt im Reaktionsraum ungehindert durch die zweiteilige Verschlußvorrichtung erfolgen kann, wobei gleichzeitig eine gegebenenfalls erforderliche optimale Wärmeübertragung auf die Reaktionsräume sowie Volumenkonstanz im Detektionsansatz durch geeignete Gegenheizungsvorrichtungen möglich ist.2.
