Claims (2)

1. Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Portionen überzogener, Eiscreme dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer waagerechten rechteckigen Ebene in gleichen Abständen Behälter (1) miteinander verbunden sind, daß die Behälter (1) mittels einer Befülleinrichtung mit Eiscreme (2) zwecks Portionierung gefüllt und durch eine Platte (3), die an ihrer Unterseite pro Behälter (1) einen Draht (4) als elektrischen Widerstand aufweist, abdeckbar sind, daß die Drähte (4) der aufgesetzten Platte (3) senkrecht und mittig in die Behälter (1) ragen und mit einer Stromquelle kontaktierbar sind, wobei die Drähte (4) in den Behältern (1), in denen die portionierte Eiscreme (2) mittels Gefriereinrichtung eingefroren ist, sowohl als Halterung der Behälter (1) an der Platte (3) als auch als Halterung der gefrorenen Portionen der Eiscreme (2) dienen, daß die Platte (3) mit den angefrorenen befüllten Behältern (1) über die Länge der Behälter (1) zum Lösen der Portionen Eiscreme (2) aus den Behältern (1) in ein erwärmtes Wasserbad (5) eintauchbar ist, daß die an den Drähten (4) der Platte (3) festgefrorenen aus den Behältern (1) gelösten Portionen Eiscreme (2) über einem mit Überzugsmasse gefüllten Behälter (6) eintauchbar angeordnet sind und daß sich die durch Tauchen überzogenen Portionen Eiscreme (2) bei Kontaktierung der Drähte (4) mit der Stromquelle von diesen zum verpacken lösen.1.
