Claims (12)

1. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines dreidimensionalen Ob­ jektes, bei der das Objekt schichtweise dadurch herge­ stellt wird, daß jeweils eine Schicht eines Pulvermateri­ als aufgetragen wird und an den dem Objekt entsprechenden Stellen verfestigt wird, mit
einem Träger (2), auf dem das Objekt aufgebaut wird, einem über den Träger bzw. eine zuletzt verfestigte Schicht bewegbaren Beschichter (7) zum Aufbringen einer Schicht des Pulvermaterials, einem Vorratsbehälter (24, 25), in dem das aufzubringende Pulvermaterial größeren Mengen gespeichert ist, und
einem Dosierbehälter (8, 9), der oberhalb des Beschich­ ters in dessen Endstellung angeordnet ist zum Dosieren und Bereitstellen des Pulvers für die aufzubringende Schicht und mit einer Fördereinrichtung (11), zum Fördern des Pulvers aus dem Vorratsbehälter in den Dosierbehälter (8, 9),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördereinrichtung als Leitung zwischen dem Vorratsbehälter und dem Dosierbehäl­ ter mit einer in dieser vorgesehenen mechanischen Förde­ rung ausgebildet ist.

einem Träger (2), auf dem das Objekt aufgebaut wird, einem über den Träger bzw. eine zuletzt verfestigte Schicht bewegbaren Beschichter (7) zum Aufbringen einer Schicht des Pulvermaterials, einem Vorratsbehälter (24, 25), in dem das aufzubringende Pulvermaterial in größeren Mengen gespeichert ist, und
einem Dosierbehälter (8, 9), der oberhalb des Beschich­ ters in dessen Endstellung angeordnet ist zum Dosieren und Bereitstellen des Pulvers für die aufzubringende Schicht und einer Leitung, über die der Vorratsbehälter (24, 25) mit dem Dosierbehälter (8, 9) verbunden ist, und mit einer Fördereinrichtung zum Fördern des Pulvers aus dem Vorratsbehälter (24, 25) in den Dosierbehälter (8, 9),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei Vorratsbehäl­ ter (24, 25) vorgesehen sind, in denen unterschiedliches Pulvermaterial speicherbar ist und daß eine Dosierein­ richtung (26) vorgesehen ist zum Herstellen eines ge­ wünschten Mischverhältnisses der Pulver aus den Vorrats­ behältern.

einem Träger (2), auf dem das Objekt aufgebaut wird, einem über den Träger bzw. eine zuletzt verfestigte Schicht bewegbaren Beschichter (7) zum Aufbringen einer Schicht des Pulvermaterials, einem Vorratsbehälter (24, 25), in dem das aufzubringende Pulvermaterial in größeren Mengen gespeichert ist,
einem Dosierbehälter (8, 9), der oberhalb des Beschich­ ters in dessen Endstellung angeordnet ist zum Dosieren und Bereitstellen des Pulvers für die aufzubringende Schicht und einer Fördereinrichtung (11) zum Fördern von Pulver aus dem Vorratsbehälter in den Dosierbehälter, und mit einem Überlaufbehälter (12, 13), zum Auffangen von durch den Beschichter aufgetragenen überschüssigen Pul­ vers, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Überlaufbehälter (12, 13) über eine Fördereinrichtung mit einer Pulverauf­ bereitungsstation (31, 32) zum Bevorraten und Behandeln von beim Bauprozeß nicht verfestigtem Pulver verbunden ist.
