Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Kühlen des menschlichen Sprunggelenkes, insbesondere zum Behandeln von Schmerzzuständen und Schwellungen nach Verstauchungen, Bänderzerrungen,- dehnungen oder -abrissen im Bereich der Sprunggelenke des Fusses.

Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung besteht aus einer ca 39 cm breiten Plastikfolie (1), in die 4 Kühlkammern (4) eingelassen sind. Aus Gründen einer unkomplizierten Füllung mit dem Kühlmittel sind die Kühlkammern auf jeder Seite jeweils miteinander verbunden. An der Vorrichtung sind 3 Klettverschlüsse (5) so angeordnet, dass sie nach Anlegen zweifach über dem Rist des betroffenen Fusses, sowie einfach vor dem unteren Schienbein verschlossen werden können.
