Claims (1)
- - die umschäumte Verstärkung aus maschenförmigen Glas- oder Textilgewebe mit Längs- und Querfaden besteht,
- - die Stärke der Längs- und Querfäden sowie deren Lage im Profil einschl. Maschenweite dem gewünschten Verstärkungsgrad angepaßt wird.
- - die Maschen ausreichend groß sind, um eine vollständige Durchdringung des Gewebes mit dem in der Reaktionsphase flüssigen PUR-Material zu erreichen,
- - das Glasfasergewebe so geformt ist, daß es bei der Herstellung in zwei- oder mehrteiligen Schäumformen durch Einspannen zwischen den Schließflächen fixiert und der überstehende Teil nach Entnahme des Profils aus der Schäumform zusammen mit dem Schäumgrat abgeschnitten werden kann,
- - das Glasfasergewebe so geformt ist, daß es über Stifte oder Stege im Schäumwerkzeug beim Schließen in die gewünschten Position gedrückt wird,
- - das Glasfasergewebe wahlweise auch als vorgeformter Zuschnitt, vorrangig hergestellt aus eigenstabilem Gewebe mit kräftigeren Längsfasern, bestehen kann,
- - das Glasfasergewebe aus mehreren Lagen, z. B. einem kräftigen mit größerer Maschenweite
- - und einem schwächeren mit geringer Maschenweite besteht, im Falle eines Gewebe-Formteils dies so gestaltet ist, daß die exakte Fixierung durch Einhaken der Maschen über vorhandene Stifte in der Schäumform erfolgen kann und hierdurch die Kante gewebefrei ist.
