Claims (3)

1. Schrittgrößenverstellvorrichtung für einen Ellipsen- oder Crosstrainer, umfassend
zwei Montagerahmen (10), die parallel angeordnet sind, wobei ein innerer Endteil eines ersten Montagerahmens einem äußeren Endteil eines zweiten Montagerahmens gegenüber liegt, ein hohles Rohr (11), das zwischen dem inneren Endteil des ersten Montagerahmens und dem äußeren Endteil des zweiten Mon­ tagerahmens vorgesehen ist, eine Verbindungsstange (12), die im hohlen Rohr (11) angeordnet ist, wobei sich zwei Enden der Verbindungsstange durch das hohle Rohr und aus dem Montagerah­ men heraus erstrecken, eine horizontale Gleitnut (13), die von einem Ende der Verbindungsstange (12) des Montagerahmens (10) entfernt vorgesehen ist, wobei die Gleitnut (13) im Inneren einen Kurbelblock (14) aufweist, der mit einem Verstellarm (30) verbunden und mit diesem zur Verstellung seiner Position beweglich ist;
ein Sektorzahnrad (20) und eine bewegliche Sektorscheibe (21), die jeweils mit einem Ende der Verbindungsstange für eine wechselseitige Bewegung verbunden sind, wobei die Außen­ kante des Sektorzahnrades (20) zu einer halbrunden Zahnung gebildet ist;
zwei Verstellarme (30), deren vordere Enden jeweils schwenkbar mit einem Exzenterteil (201, 211) des Sektorzahnra­ des (20) und der Sektorscheibe (21) verbunden sind und deren andere Enden mit dem Kurbelblock (14) verbunden sind;
zwei Pedalkurbeln (40), die mit einem Ende schwenkbar mit einem Ansatz des Kurbelblocks (14) und mit dem anderen Ende fest mit einem Pedal (41) verbunden sind;
einen Griff (50), der an das Sektorzahnrad (20) anstößt und dessen inneres Ende zu einer Schnecke oder Schraube (52) gebildet ist, um mit der halbrunden Zahnung (200) des Sektor­ zahnrades (20) in Eingriff zu treten;
wobei bei Handhabung der Schrittgrößenverstellvorrichtung der Griff (52) so gedreht wird, daß er das Sektorzahnrad (20) zur Drehung in einem geeigneten Winkel zur Verstellung des Abstandes zwischen dem Kurbelblock (14) und der Verbindungs­ stange (12) einstellt und zugleich die Schrittweite zwischen den beiden Pedalen (41) verstellt.1.
