Abstract

The valve includes an elastomer membrane(17) lying on a valve face(3) and forming with it a valve chamber(23). Claims (5)

1. Pneumatische Wegeventilanordnung mit
  • - einem Ventilgrundkörper (101) mit einer sich quer zu seiner Mittellängsachse (104) erstreckenden Gesamtflä­ che (103), einem Anschlusskanal (113b) für eine Druck­ luftquelle und mehreren Anschlusskanälen (113a, 113c) für Verbraucher, wobei die Anschlusskanäle mit wenigs­ tens einer von einem Ventilsitz (116) umfassten Öffnung (40a, 40b, 43a, 43b) in der Gesamtfläche des Ventil­ grundkörpers ausmünden,
  • - einer auf der Fläche aufliegenden und mehrere Ventil­ räume (123) zwischen sich und der Fläche freilassenden einstückigen Gesamtmembran (117), wobei an die Innen­ seite der Gesamtmembran ein sich in den Ventilraum hin­ ein erstreckendes Dichtelement (125) angeformt ist, das mit einer Öffnung zusammenwirkt,
  • - mehreren außerhalb der Ventilräume angeordneten, je­ weils mit einem Dichtelement verbundenen Betätigungs­ stangen (128), mit denen das Dichtelement von der je­ weiligen Öffnung wegkippbar ist,
  • - einem Durchgriffsöffnungen (130) aufweisenden Gehäuse­ deckel (102), wobei die Durchgriffsöffnungen jeweils von einer Betätigungsstange durchsetzt sind, und
  • - einer außerhalb des Gehäusedeckels angeordneten Schalt­ wippe (58), die um zwei rechtwinklig zueinander ange­ ordnete Schwenkachsen (70, 71) schwenkbar gelagert ist, wobei mit der Schaltwippe die Betätigungsstangen aus­ lenkbar und das jeweilige Dichtelement von dem ihm zu­ geordneten Ventilsitz wegkippbar ist.
