Claims (8)

1. Instrument für die Preparierung eines Knochenkanals zwecks Aufnahme eines Implantats, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:
  • - ein dünnwandiges elastisch biegbares Rohr (12) mit einem Außendurchmesser kleiner als der Innendurchmesser der kortikalen Knochenwand
  • - ein Griffabschnitt (14) oder ein Kupplungsabschnitt für eine Antriebsmaschine an einem Ende des Rohrs (12)
  • - ein Schneidenabschnitt am anderen Ende des Rohrs und
  • - ein Anschluss (20) für eine Saugvorrichtung nahe dem oberen Ende des Rohrs (12).
