Claims (1)

Entsafter mit zwei Schneidewerkzeugen (2, 3) bestehend aus ei­ nem Gehäuse (1), einem Antriebsmotor (11), der in dem Gehäuse montiert ist und eine mit Außengewinde versehene Hauptwelle (12) aufweist, die sich vom oberen Teil des Gehäuses nach oben erstreckt, einem Arbeitsbehälter (13), der an dem Oberteil des Gehäuses befestigt ist und einen inneren Aufnahmeraum mit ei­ ner Abflußöffnung (14), die unten an einer Seite davon vorge­ sehen ist, darstellt, einem kegelförmigen Durchschlagkorb (15), der in dem Aufnahmeraum, der durch den Arbeitsbehälter (13) gebildet wird, angeordnet ist und oben auf dem Gehäuse (1) von der Hauptwelle (12) des Motors (11), die sich von der Mitte des Bodens des Durchschlagkorbes (15) nach oben er­ streckt, gehaltert wird, einem Pülpegefäß (5), das auf dem Ge­ häuse an einer anderen Seite des Arbeitsbehälters (13) vorge­ sehen ist, einem Deckel (4), der oberhalb des Arbeitsbehälters (13) angeordnet ist, um den Arbeitsbehälter (13) und das Pülpegefäß (5) abzudecken, und der eine Beschickungsröhre (41) aufweist, die nach unten in den kegelförmigen Durchschlagkorb (15) hinein gerichtet ist, einem stationären Schneidewerkzeug (3), das feststehend mit dem unteren Ende der Beschickungsröh­ re (41) des Deckels (4) verbunden ist, und einem rotierenden Schneidewerkzeug (2) von vorherbestimmter Dicke, das in dem kegelförmigen Durchschlagkorb (15) oberhalb der Hauptwelle (12) angeordnet ist;
wobei das rotierende Schneidewerkzeug (2) in seiner Mitte mit einer Ausnehmung (23) versehen ist, in der ein sich axial er­ streckendes, mit Gewinde versehenes Loch für ein Befestigungs­ mittel vorgesehen ist, das sich dadurch hindurch erstreckt, um das rotierende Schneidewerkzeug (2) auf der Hauptwelle (12) in dem kegelförmigen Durchschlagkorb (15) zu befestigen, wodurch das rotierende Schneidewerkzeug (2) zusammen mit der Hauptwel­ le (12) eine Drehbewegung durchführt, wenn der Motor (11) ein­ geschaltet wird, wobei ferner das rotierende Schneidewerkzeug (2) an seiner oberen Oberfläche in einem zentralen Bereich mit einer Anzahl erster Schneideklingen (21) und darum herum in einem äußeren, peripheren Bereich mit einer ersten, ringförmi­ gen Zerkleinerungszone (22) von vorherbestimmter Breite verse­ hen ist; und
