Claims (1)

Rollenbockanlage zur Lagerung und zum Drehen schwerer Drehteile. Sie besteht aus 2 Rollenböcken wobei ein Bock angetrieben wird und der zweite Bock mit­ läuft.
Die Böcke werden entsprechend der Drehteillänge aufgestellt, so daß das Teil dann auf ihnen gelagert werden kann.
Die Anlage wird durch ihren Antrieb des angetriebenen Rollenbockes sowie die Auslegung der Rollen gekennzeichnet.
Bei bisherigen derartigen Anlagen für die Bearbeitung schwerer Drehteile (50 t Gesamtgewicht) wird das Teil entweder von Hand bewegt oder das Drehteil selbst angetrieben.
Die o. g. Antriebsart mit Hilfe der Zahnräder bringt den Vorteil, daß die Stirnseite des Drehteils nicht hergerichtet werden muß um ein Antriebsteil, welches die Drehung des Drehteiles verursachen würde, aufzunehmen.
Die Auslegung der Rollen ist so gestaltet, daß sie eine Unwucht des Drehteiles aufnehmen, was z. B. bei halbseitiger Beschaufellung von Turbinenläufern wichtig ist.
