Claims (9)

1. Zehenkappe (10) aus nichtmetallischem Werkstoff für Sicherheits-, Schutz- oder Berufsschuhe nach DIN EN 12568, im wesentlichen umfassend eine Frontpartie (11), eine innere und eine äußere Seitenpartie (12, 13), eine Deckpartie (14) und eine Bördelung (15), wobei die Innenfläche (18) der Kappe (10) nach dem Schuhleisten geformt ist, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:
  • - der Werkstoff ist ein faserfreier Thermoplast,
  • - die Wandstärke der Frontpartie (11) ist deutlich verstärkt,
  • - die Wandstärke der Seitenpartien (12, 13) und der Deckpartie (14) verjüngt sich von der Frontpartie (11) ausgehend zu den Enden (16, 17) hin,
  • - die Außenfläche der Deckpartie (14) ist im wesentlichen eben.
