Durch die Bewegung des Schwimmers(6)aus der Bereitschaftsstellung(Bild 2)nach oben(Bild 3)wird,durch zusammenführen der Plättchen(3)am Schwimmer(6)mit den beiden Plättchen(3)am Hals(2),der Stromkreis geschlossen und somit ein Alarm ausgelöst. Der Alarm weist darauf hin,daß das Wasser die gewünschte Höhe erreicht hat. Der Stromkreis(Bild 5)besteht aus einer Batterie(l l),einem Alarm(8)und zwei Scalter(9,10). Schalter(9)befindet sich am Körper(l)und dient dazu das Gerät ein oder aus zu schalten. Schalter( 10),welches aus den Plättchen(3)am Ende des Halses(l)und Schwimmer(6)besteht,befindet sich am Ende des Halses(l).
