Claims (3)

1. Konusspannsatz zur Verbindung eines inneren Bauteils (3) mit zylin­ drischer Außenumfangsfläche (4), insbesondere einer Welle, mit einem eine Ausnehmung mit zylindrischer Innenumfangsfläche (2) größeren Durchmes­ sers aufweisenden äußeren Bauteil (1), insbesondere einer Nabe, welcher in dem radialen Zwischenraum zwischen der Außenumfangsfläche (4) und der Innenumfangsfläche (2) angeordnet ist,
mit einem Hauptkonusring (5, 25) mit einer zylindrischen Umfangsflä­ che (6, 27) und mindestens einer zu dieser koaxialen konischen Umfangsflä­ che (16, 17; 28),
mit mindestens zwei weiteren Konusringen (12, 13; 32, 33) mit je einer zylindrischen Umfangsfläche (14, 15; 39, 40), die an der zylindrischen Um­ fangsfläche (4; 2) anliegt, und je einer konischen Umfangsfläche (16, 17; 34, 35), die an der konischen Umfangsfläche (9, 11; 28) des Hauptko­ nusrings (5, 25) gleichen Konuswinkels und entsprechenden Durchmessers anliegt,
mit über den Umfang verteilten, einen Kopf (19) aufweisenden achsparallelen Spannschrauben (18, 18'), von denen mindestens ein Teil mit ihrem Gewinde in Gewindebohrungen (22, 36) der dem Kopf (19) der Schrauben (18, 18') abgewandten Konusrings (13, 33) eingreifen und mittels derer die Konusringe (12, 13; 32, 33) unter Abgleiten über die Konusflächen auf die Konusflächen (9, 11; 28) des Hauptkonusrings (5, 25) axial aufziehbar sind, wobei sie sich radial aufweiten und eine Verklemmung der Konusringe (5, 12, 13; 25, 32, 33) an den zylindrischen Umfangsflächen (2, 4) herbeiführen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Konusring mit der durch beim Verspannen auftretende Druckspannungen sich ergebenden höheren Belastung eine höhere Streck­ grenze seines Materials als der andere Konusring aufweist.
