Claims (3)

1. Die Solar-Rohrzelle ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie rohrförmig, aber nicht notwendigerweise kreisrund ist, sie kann sowohl rund, eckig oder auch oval ausgeführt sein.
Sie ist weiterhin dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der tragende Körper aus Glas oder Kunststoff besteht.
Die Solar-Rohrzelle ist weiterhin dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie außen mit dem Elektrizität gewinnendem Material beschichtet ist, wie z. B. mit Silizium, oder mit einer Dünnschicht aus Kupfer, Indium und Selen, oder auch mit Galliumarsenit in Verbindung mit anderen Metallen bedampft ist.
Die Innenwandung der Solar-Rohrzelle kann beschichtet sein mit z. B. aufgedampftem Zink, Kupfer oder einem anderen, lötfähigem Metall.
Die Innenwandung der Solar-Rohrzelle kann anstelle eines aufgedampften Materials auch ausgestattet sein mit einem dünnen Metallgeflecht, welches bei der Herstellung der Grundkörper mit eingegossen wird.
Ein weiteres Kennzeichen der Solar-Rohrzelle ist, dass die Außenseite in bestimmten Abständen mit spiralförmig und gegenläufigen Metallfäden bzw. Metallstreifen bezogen ist.
Diese Bestückung kann auch geradlinig und quer verlaufen.
