Claims (33)

1. Klappdeckelverschluß für fließfähiges Gut enthaltende Behälter, um­ fassend:
  • - eine Verschlußkappe (100) mit einer Kopfplatte (110), die eine durch sie hindurchgehende Entnahmeöffnung (140) aufweist, wobei sich vom Außenrand der Kopfplatte (110) ein Kappenmantel (120) abwärts er­ streckt, der mit Mitteln (180) zur Befestigung der Verschlußkappe (100) auf einem Hals des Behälters versehen ist,
  • - einen Deckel (200), der mittels eines Scharniers (400) mit der Ver­ schlußkappe (100) einteilig ausgebildet und zwischen einer die Ent­ nahmeöffnung (140) verschließenden und sie öffnenden Stellung ver­ schwenkbar ist, wobei der Deckel (200) mit einem Deckelmantel (220), der in der Schließstellung mit seiner Unterkante (226) auf der Kopf­ platte (110) der Verschlußkappe (100) aufliegt,
  • - eine Orginalitätssicherung (300) mit mindestens einer Sollbruch­ stelle (380) zwischen der Verschlußkappe (100) und dem Deckel (200) zur optischen Anzeige des originalen, unbetätigten Zustandes bzw. des unter Zerstörung der Sollbruchstelle (380) bereits betätigten Zustandes des Abgabeverschlusses, wobei ein Originalitätssicherungselement (320) durch Formschluß und/oder Reibschluß an der Verschlußkappe (100) gehalten und über die Soll­ bruchstelle (380) mit dem Deckel (200) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sollbruchstelle (380) zwischen dem Deckel (200) und dem Origina­ litätssicherungselement (320) zumindest teilweise in einem Abstand unterhalb der Unterkante (226) des Deckelmantels (220) angeordnet ist.
