Abstract
Description
There are a variety of designs (shutters, blinds, curtains, blinds) on the market serve the sun protection, the screen, the heat protection and the burglar protection.
Roller shutters serve as burglar protection, sun protection and to a limited extent as heat protection, because their construction does not allow thick-walled elements made of thermal insulation material. As screens with they are hardly suitable for variable light transmission.
Roller blinds and curtains made of fabrics and simple foils are practically only suitable as sun protection and have only a limited thermal insulation effect even in double-walled versions.
Louver blinds offer excellent sun protection and a screen with variable light transmission but no thermal insulation. Louvre blinds in connection with a are advantageous Insulating glazing (DE 38 06 648). However, their thermal insulation value is still far below that of one heat insulated wall. In addition, double glazing is expensive and only for permanent buildings suitable, especially if you increase the thermal insulation value with a roller shutter.
The aim of this invention is a combined blind, which is delivered pre-assembled in window frames, with a significantly better thermal insulation effect than is possible with a roller shutter construction, and which alternatively offers variable light protection with limited thermal insulation. The construction should be like this be robust that it can also be used for temporary buildings. The window elements with built-in In many cases, blinds should replace conventional masonry as self-supporting facade panels. but also for the construction of single-storey, free-standing, year-round habitable winter gardens, Greenhouses, temporary, energy-saving lightweight houses, e.g. B. for refugees or homeless people, serve.
Both parts of the blind should - if necessary - be able to be folded together to free To enable visibility. It should be possible to have several side by side with a single drive motor installed blinds to operate simultaneously. A protection against overheating in strong sunlight should take effect automatically.
This object according to the invention was achieved with a so-called blind facade panel, by combining a double-walled, highly heat-insulating folding blind with a slatted blind which is mounted in a transparent, double-walled folding blind. Both types of blinds are used alternatively ( Fig. 1) or can also be folded at the same time to allow a clear view ( Fig. 2).
Fig. 1 The shutter facade panel consists of a rectangular frame 1 , which is provided on the outside with a transparent pane 2 . It contains:
B. made of aluminum-laminated bubble wrap), which is connected to
- 2. einer transparenten Faltjalousie 4 (z. B. aus ETFE), in die reflektierende Jalousielamellen 5 eingelegt und (durch Nieten oder Halteschnüre 6 und U-Profile 26) in Position gehalten werden.2. a transparent folding blind 4 (eg made of ETFE), into which reflective blind slats 5 are inserted and held in position (by rivets or holding cords 6 and U-profiles 26 ).
Eine Bürstendichtung 23 dichtet die Jalousie nach oben ab.The two blinds are connected to each other and to the two positive drive belts 7 (e.g. translucent toothed belts, pearl cord, perforated tape), which also serve as guides (e.g. by means of a pin 8 ). The drive belts may be "smooth" to avoid getting caught in the blind slats, e.g. B. is provided by the toothed belt with one or two continuous flexible beads 31 . The upper and lower ends of the transparent folding blind 4 are formed by the shafts 9 and 10 , with which the transparent films of the blind film 4 are firmly connected. The shafts can be swiveled clockwise by about 60 degrees from the horizontal by means of a worm drive 11 and thereby exert a tensile force on the foils of the blind 4 and the slats connected to them. The upper shaft 9 is mounted in the frame 1 , while the shaft 10 is mounted in a freely movable bearing 12 . When a drive belt 7 is pulled downwards, the two upper drive rollers 13 (fixed rollers) rotate clockwise as in a roller shutter, the lower folding blind 3 unfolding while at the same time the upper folding blind 4 is pushed together. The drive torques for both the lifting movement and the swiveling movement can be transmitted to an adjacent Venetian blind panel via drivers 14 and 15 . The lower drive rollers 16 are loosely mounted on the axis 17 . Overheating is avoided by ventilation slots 19 and possibly a ventilation flap 20 ( FIG. 2) which is actuated via a thermo-pneumatic swivel drive 21 . The lateral sealing is carried out via a well slidable, soft elastic covering 22 . A brush seal 23 seals the blind upwards.
Fig. 2 While the version according to Fig. 1 only has a blind drive with which both blinds can be operated alternatively at the same time, a further blind drive 25 ( 17 is drive shaft) is provided in this version, which allows the upper shaft 9 to be moved vertically and thus push the transparent blind 4 down so that a clear view is possible. In contrast to FIG. 1, the blind slats 5 are pivoted with the aid of the drive wheel 25 , the sealing strip 24 abutting the sealing strip 27 installed in the frame during the upward stroke of the shaft 9 and thereby rotating the shaft by up to approximately 60 degrees. The ends of the sealing strips are magnetic so that the slats are aligned horizontally during the downward stroke.
The two layers of insulating film 3 a and 3 b of the opaque double-walled, highly heat-insulating pleated blind 3 are welded together on the inner zigzag folds by means of an intermediate film 28 . (When using aluminum-clad bubble wrap, a k-value of at least 0.6 can be achieved, corresponding to the insulating effect of approx. 6 cm rock wool.) The intermediate film consists of 2 film webs 28 a and 28 b, each parallel and at a short distance are connected to the connecting line of the inner zigzag folds with two weld seams 29 , between which there is a coating 30 on one of the two foils, which prevents welding through. In this way, the two insulating films can be welded over the intermediate film 28 without the formation of cold bridges, as would be the case with direct welding.
Burglary protection and sound insulation can be achieved through suitable material qualities for the glazing and the highly insulating pleated blinds can be achieved.
Venetian blind facade panels can be used in standardized sizes of approx. 1 × 2 m for the construction of simple, energy-saving prefabricated houses. They are suitable as facade and roof elements, whereby the ventilation flaps can be designed as roof windows, as well as with the appropriate fittings as windows and doors. If the folding blind 3 is designed to be reflective on both sides, it is unusually bright in the building - with positive effects on the lifestyle of the residents.
In order to achieve the highest energy saving effect and the highest quality of living, blinds, Ventilation flaps and windows operated by mechanical drives, according to individual Specifications are controlled by weather sensors.
