Description

Zusammenklappbare oder starre Transportbehälter sind in der Regel mit Gitter- oder Blechwänden versehen. Man hat Gitterboxen mit Kunststoff auskleidungen hergestellt, bei denen die Auskleidung mit Klammern an den Gittern befestigt wurde. Auskleidungen auf die Metallrahmen zu nieten konnte sich nicht durchsetzen, da schon bei geringer Beanspruchung von außen die Nieten ausrissen. Zu dem wellten sich die Platten bei hoher Temperatur sehr stark. Weiterhin war wegen der großen Nietenanzahl die Methode unwirtschaftlich. Man hat dann die Kunststoffplatten, insbesondere mit U-Profilen versehen, da die Anformung des Winkelprofiles durch die starken Wölbungen bei Hitze erstens häßlich aussahen und zudem Angriffs punkte zum Hängenbleiben boten.
