Description
Im Bereich der auf dem Markt befindlichen Fitneßgeräte finden wir eine große Anzahl
verschiedener Geräte, mit deren Hilfe, ein oder mehrere Muskelgruppen, trainiert werden
können. Sie alle basieren auf nach dem Prinzip der dynamischen Bewegung. D. h. der Muskel
bewegt einen Widerstand über eine bestimmte Strecke, der Muskel wird dabei gestreckt und
verkürzt. Durch die Anzahl der Wiederholungen stellt sich nach einiger Zeit der positive
Trainingserfolg ein. Dieses ist die bekannte isotonische Trainingsform. Ein Beispiel von
Geräten ist der Expander. Auf diesem Prinzip basieren noch heute alle Trainingsgeräte, die wir
in Fitneßstudios oder Zuhause finden. Einige Beispiele: Kurz- oder Langhantel, Stepper,
Multiheimtrainer, Bauchkiller usw. Überhaupt sind sämtliche Trainingsformen noch in
isotonische Ausführung und im Zusammenhang mit Herz- Kreislauftraining. (z. B. sämtliche
Formen der Aerobic).
Dabei findet man gerade hier eine Vielzahl von gravierenden Nachteilen.
- - Selbstüberschätzung der eigenen Leistungsfähigkeit,
- - damit verbundene Erkrankungen,
- - damit verbundene Verletzungen,
- - falsch ausgeführte Bewegungen,
- - Abhängigkeit von einer Gruppe (Gruppenerlebnis),
- - großer zeitlicher Aufwand,
- - hohe finanzielle Ausgaben.
Isometrisches Training ist vom Prinzip her nicht neu. Es wurde hoch gelobt, ist aber vor
Jahren vom Herz-Kreislauftraining ins Abseits gedrängt worden. Zudem gab es kein Gerät,
das diese Übungsformen unterstützt und vereinfacht. In meiner Funktion als Vereinssportlehrer
finden in allen Übungsgruppen, die ich betreue, gerade die isometrischen Trainingsformen
einen hohen Zuspruch. Die Durchführung ist vom Geräteaufbau immer sehr aufwendig und nur
innerhalb einer Sport- oder Turnhalle möglich.
Bei der isometrischen Muskelanspannung wird keine Bewegung ausgeführt. Der Muskel
spannt sich an, leistet aber keine physikalische Arbeit (da das Produkt aus Kraft mal Weg
gleich Null ist). Bei isometrische Training genügt bereits eine Anspannung mit maximaler Kraft
für 3 Sekunden um einen Trainingserfolg zu erreichen. Um den gleichen Effekt beim
isotonischen Training zu erreichen muß man bei 30-40% der maximalen Kraft 15-20
Sekunden üben (Prof. Hettinger) Mit einer Trainingsdauer von 3 Sekunden arbeiten wir
zeitmäßig ökonomischer. Und das Training ist effektiver!
Bezeichnende Vorteile für das neue Gerät ist die handliche Form und das leichte Handling. Es
ermöglicht neue isometrische Trainingsformen durch viele verschiedene Griffmöglichkeiten und
Kombinationen von Hand - Füße - Beine - Oberschenkel - Nacken, und durch diverse
Ansatzmöglichkeiten an vielen Körperteilen. Dadurch können gezielt die gewünschten
Muskelgruppen angesprochen und trainiert werden. Das Training kann als Einzeltraining
durchgeführt werden, oder in der Gruppe und es ermöglicht neue Formen von Partnerübungen.
Es kann bei vielen Sportarten zu besseren und schnelleren Trainingserfolgen beitragen!
Zudem können eine ganze Reihe von Schwungübungen zur Erwärmung oder zur Lockerung
gemacht werden.
Durch die isometrischen Trainingsformen mit diesem Gerät wird ein enormer Beitrag für eine
bessere und gesündere Körperhaltung geleistet. Was dadurch das Selbstbewußtsein steigert.
Es besteht aus drei fest miteinander verbundenen Ringen (Holz oder Kunststoff) in Reihe. Der
mittlere Ring ist ca. ¼ seines Durchmessers von der Linie versetzt und ist nach innen
abgerundet. Das Material ist wegen der besseren Griffigkeit leicht oval geformt. Der einzelne
Ring hat einen Durchmesser von 250 mm (außen) und 170 mm (innen). Der Querschnitt
beträgt 17 mm. Die gesamte Länge des Gerätes beträgt ca. 650 mm.
Das Gewicht kann nach Leistungsstand variieren von 800 g (Anfänger) bis 2000 g
(Fortgeschrittene).

- Das entwickelte Gerät als ganzes, in der Form, als sportliches Trainingsgerät zur Ausführung von isometrischen Bewegungsformen.
Hauptmerkmal ist die besondere Anordnung und Form der Ringe. Dies ermöglicht die Ausführung einer Vielzahl von isometrischen Körperübungen zur Kräftigung von Muskelgruppen, und die Dehnung von Sehnen und Bändern im Bewegungsapparat des menschlichen Körpers.
