For removing excrement, especially dog droppings, from the street without

Temperaturbereich in gelöstem, flüssigem Zustand gehalten.
Fig. 1 shows an example of the invention and will be described in the following: In the drawing Fig. 1, a hand 9 includes the container 2 of the foam dispenser, a finger of the hand 9 actuates the operating device 7 to trigger the exit of the foam 1 . Due to the actuation, the foam 1 emerges from the outlet opening 6 of the foam dispenser. Here, the foam dispenser with the outlet opening 6 is directed towards an excrement 3 , as a result of which the foam 1 can be applied to the excrement 3 . To produce a certain distance between the possibly disgusting excrement 3 and the hand 9 of the user, the outlet opening 6 are attached to the excrement near and the operating device 7 on the excrement part of the foam dispenser. In this example of a foam dispenser, the button-like operating device 7 is moved towards the container 2 , which contains the foamable starting liquid of the foam, to trigger the foam outlet. Here, a curvature 10 on the operating device 7 presses a force transmission rod 11 , which is guided along a rail 13 , in the direction of the outlet opening 6 . The end part of the force transmission rod 11 near the excrement is located on the automatically closable valve 12 of a carbon dioxide cartridge which is inserted in the inner region of the container 2 which is not visible here. By the movement of the power transmission rod 11 the valve 12 and simultaneously the outlet opening 6 will be towards the outlet opening 6 is now opened, so that by the resulting in the interior of the container 2 over-pressure due to the released carbon dioxide which in the container 2 foamable material as a foam material 3 from the outlet opening 6 wells up. After removal of the finger from the operating device 7 , the latter and the force transmission rod 11 are automatically moved into the respective basic positions by means of the suspension 14 for the operating device 7 and the suspension 15 for the force transmission rod 11 , as a result of which the outlet opening 6 and valve 12 close. After applying the foam 1 to the excrement 3 , it hardens due to a hardening agent, which in this example is gelatin and forms a stable insulating layer on the excrement 3 . In the container, the gelatin is kept in a dissolved, liquid state by an additional, volatile, alcoholic solvent outside the container, even in the frosty temperature range. Due to the escape of the volatile solvent after the foam emerges from the container 2 , the chain molecules of the gelatin penetrate each other to a greater extent, so that a foamy, solid gelatin is formed. The jelly cannot be dissolved under normal rain conditions (see e.g. edible, possibly foamed fruit gums that are left outdoors for a long time) and is therefore stable over a longer period. The container 2 of the foam dispenser is also attached to a housing 4 for a rollable and automatically rollable dog leash 5 via a clamping device 8 . From the Klemmvor direction 8 , the foam dispenser can be removed if necessary.
