Abstract

A urinal with a hygienic cover has the cover (3) on a swivel mounting about an axis through the top of the urinal. Es sind aber auch andere Materialien denkbar. Das Urinalbecken 1 ist als rotationssymmetrische Form, in diesem Fall als eine Art Kegel mit abgeschnittener Spitze ausgeführt, welcher etwas nach hinten gekippt vor der Wand montiert ist. Der Körper ist mit einer Wandverbindung ausgeführt, welche Zu- und Ablauf, sowie die Wandbefestigung verbirgt. Die Beckenöffnung 2 ist mittig ausgeführt. Der drehbare Deckel ist der rotationssymetrischen Form des Urinalbeckens wie eine Art Schale angepasst und ist so groß dimensioniert, daß er die Beckenöffnung 2 verschließen kann. Am Urinalbecken 1 ist oben auf der abgeschnittenen Kegelspitze eine Achse derart angebracht, daß der hierauf aufgesteckte Deckel 3 wenige mm über der Form des Urinalbeckens rotiert und hin und her geschoben werden kann. Ein zugehöriger Griff wurde für diese Darstellung vernachlässigt. Die Rotationsachse 4 des Deckels ist identisch mit der gedachten Rotationsachse des rotationssymetrischen, kegelförmigen Beckens. Der Deckel umschließt die Beckenform auch im geöffneten Zustand und exponiert nicht seine Innenseite. Der Deckel 3 bildet auch die Kegelspitze und ergänzt so die Form des Urinalbeckens 1. Darunter befindet sich eine Hülse z. B. aus Nylon, welche auf die Achse aufgesteckt wird. Die Drehmechanik kann mit Anschlägen oder Rasten versehen sein, um die Deckelbewegung zu begrenzen sowie den Deckel in geschlossenem Zustand zu fixieren. Auch im zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel ist das Urinalbecken 1' als rotationssymmetrische Form ausgeführt, die Beckenöffnung 2' ist aber seitlich nach rechts verschoben angeordnet. Die andere Seite bietet so Platz zum Verschieben des Deckels. Eine ausgeprägte Wandverbindung ist in diesem Fall nicht nötig. Die etwas nach hinten und zur Seite gekippte Form des Urinalbeckens 1' ist hinten abgeschnitten und kann direkt an die Wand angesetzt werden. Die Unterkante der Beckenöffnung 2' kommt dem Benutzer durch die Schrägstellung weiter entgegen. Der Deckel ist der Form schalenförmig angepasst und deckt das Urinalbecken 1' oben zum Großteil ab. Auf der Innenseite ist der Deckel 2' hier mit einer stutzenförmigen Achse ausgestattet, welche in eine versenkte Hülse im Urinalbecken 1' eingesetzt wird. Rotationsachse des Deckels 4' und der Beckenform sind identisch. Die Außenform des Urinalbeckens 1' ist zumindest im Bereich der Deckelbewegung rotationssymmetrisch, sodaß auch der geöffnete Deckel die Form umschließt. Die Rotationsachse 4' des Deckels ist so positioniert, daß der Deckel 3' beim Öffnen und Schließen gegen einen leichten Widerstand über eine Art Berg gedreht werden muß.
